- the change in the subject 70 includes a change in a factor that affects the sleep state of the subject 70. Thereby, the user can easily grasp the influence of the change in the factor affecting the sleep state of the subject 70 on the sleep state of the subject 70.
- Changes in factors affecting the sleep status of the subject 70 include changes in at least one of the amount of use of the sleep-inducing agent, the amount of exercise, the nap time, and the meal content of the subject 70. This allows the user to change the amount of use of the sleep-inducing agent that directly affects the sleep state of the subject 70, or the amount of exercise, the nap time, and the meal content that are likely to have some influence on the subject 70. It is possible to easily understand the effect that actually has on the 70 sleep situations. That is, for example, the user determines whether or not use of the sleep-inducing agent is necessary, whether or not the amount of use is appropriate, or the like, and improves the sleep of the subject 70 for exercise, nap, and meal. Therefore, it can be determined whether or not appropriate measures have been taken. Therefore, the staff 80 as the user, the manager 90, and the like can reflect the determination result in a future care plan.
- information on the change in the subject 70 is obtained based on information on a care plan for the subject 70.

- the factor for setting the predetermined period is a factor selected at the time of outputting the report or in advance by the administrator 90. Is also good.
- the predetermined period may be set based on the day when the amount of the sleep-inducing agent used by the subject 70 changes.
- “exercise amount” is selected by the administrator 90
- the predetermined period may be set based on the day when the exercise amount of the target person 70 has changed.
- the candidates of the factors may be selectively displayed on the display unit 33 of the administrator terminal 30. Then, a factor for setting a predetermined period among the factor candidates may be selected by the administrator 90 via the input unit 34 of the administrator terminal 30.
- the process illustrated in FIG. 9 may further include a step of receiving the selection of the factor from the administrator terminal 30 at least before step S104. Then, in step S104, information on a change in the accepted factor may be obtained as subject change information.
- a report that visualizes the tendency of the sleep state of the subject 70 before and after the change in the selected factor among the plurality of factors affecting the sleep state of the subject 70 is output. Then, the user can easily grasp the influence of the change in the factor on the sleep state of the subject 70.
- the report is described to be output periodically or irregularly each time there is an instruction. However, the report is automatically output when it is determined that there is a change in the target person 70. May be output.
- the processing illustrated in FIG. 9 may further include a step of determining whether or not the subject 70 has changed at least before step S103. If it is determined that there is a change in the target person 70, it is determined in step S103 that the designation of the changed target person 70 has been accepted, and the changed target person 70 is determined in steps S104 to S107.
- the processing may be performed automatically. As described above, when there are a plurality of factors that affect the sleep state of the subject 70, when it is determined that there is a change in the factors selected by the manager 90, the processes of steps S104 to S107 are performed. It may be performed automatically.
- the subject sleep state information has been described to include the information on the wake-up time measured by the detection unit 10; It may further include information. Then, a report that visualizes the tendency of the time from getting up to leaving the bed may be output. Thus, for example, when the time is long, the user can recognize that the sleep inducer remains affected after the subject 70 wakes up, and that the subject 70 uses too much the sleep inducer.
- the function provided in the server 20 may be provided in the administrator terminal 30 or the detection unit 10.
- the detection unit 10, the server 20, the administrator terminal 30, and the staff terminal 40 may each be configured by a plurality of devices, or any one of the plurality of devices may be configured as a single device.
- steps may be omitted from the flowchart described above, and other steps may be added. Further, some of the steps may be executed simultaneously, or one step may be divided into a plurality of steps and executed.
