엘리베이터는 건물의 상하방향을 따라 형성된 승강로를 따라 승객 또는 화물을 승강시키는 장치로서, 일반적인 엘리베이터는 승강로 내에 승강 가능하도록 배치되는 엘리베이터 카, 엘리베이터 카와 와이어로프(wire rope)에 의해 연결되어 있는 균형추(counterweight), 승강로의 상측에 와이어로프와 마찰 접촉되어 정역 회전함으로써 엘리베이터 카 및 균형추를 승강 구동시키는 권상기를 구비한 소위 로프식 엘리베이터가 널리 이용되고 있다.
그러나 이러한 로프식 엘리베이터는 엘리베이터 카가 로프에 매달린 상태이므로 승강되는 높이가 높을 경우에는 로프의 길이가 길어지게 되므로 효율과 안정성 면에서도 문제가 있다. 무엇보다도 현재 기술로는 하나의 승강로에 일반적으로 1대, 최대 2대의 엘리베이터 카만 운전할 수 있고, 수직이동만 할 수 있어 운송 효율성 측면에서 여러 가지로 불리한 점이 많이 있다.
이에 건물의 초 고층화 추세에 부응하여 건물 내부의 인력 수송을 위한 엘리베이터에 관한 기술 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있다.
이러한 초고층 건물에 적합한 엘리베이터 시스템을 운용하기 위해서는 기존의 로프 구동방식의 한계성을 극복할 수 있어야 하고, 새로운 액추에이터에 의해 구동되는 신개념의 엘리베이터가 도입되어야 한다.
또한, 구동방식 및 그 구동원으로서의 액추에이터에 대한 관련 문제 이외에도, 건물 구조에 적합한 운송 효율성 및 공간 활용성을 극대화할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 엘리베이터가 필연적으로 요구되고 있다.
따라서, 이러한 조건들을 감안해 볼 때, 초고층 건물에 적용할 수 있는 엘리베이터는 단일 통로 내에서 복수대의 엘리베이터 카를 동시에 운행할 수 있고, 엘리베이터 카가 건물 내부의 입체 통로를 따라 수직/수평 방향으로 자유롭게 이동할 수 있으며, 인근 건물 및 지하도 등에도 연계되어 활용할 수 있는 종합 운송시스템으로서의 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 것이라야 한다.
현재 사용되고 있는 엘리베이터는 로프의 견인에 의한 승강 구동 방식을 채택하고 있어, 설계시 층수에 비례한 엘리베이터 카의 하중 및 진동 특성을 고려하여야 할 뿐만 아니라, 엘리베이터 카의 수직/수평 방향전환이 불가능한 점 등의 한계성을 갖고 있으므로, 이를 극복하기 위한 대체 구조가 시급히 마련되어야 한다.
또한, 로프식 엘리베이터의 경우에는 엘리베이터 카가 로프에 매달린 상태이므로 승강되는 높이가 높을 경우에는 로프의 길이가 길어지게 되므로 효율과 안정성 측면에서도 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 발명한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛에 다수개의 승강로를 형성하고 다수개의 엘리베이터 카를 각각 다수개의 승강로를 따라 동시 주행할 수 있도록 하며, 중간 구간에서는 회전 레일부를 통해 엘리베이터 카의 승강로를 변경시켜 다른 승강로를 따라 승강 이동할 수 있도록 하는 구조를 통해 다수개의 엘리베이터 카에 대한 다양한 주행 경로를 설정할 수 있고, 이에 따라 건물에 대한 승객 또는 화물 운송의 효율을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 서로 평행한 중앙 레일 유닛을 다수개 설치하고, 서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛 사이에 엘리베이터 카를 수평 이송할 수 있는 수평 이송 수단을 설치함으로써, 엘리베이터 카에 대한 수평 및 수직 이동을 더욱 다양하게 설정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 각 중앙 레일 유닛 상에서 주행 승강로의 회전 변경 또한 가능하여 더욱 신속하고 효율적인 엘리베이터 주행 환경을 제공할 수 있는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은, 수직 방향으로 길게 고정 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 고정 레일부와, 상기 고정 레일부의 일단 또는 양단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 적어도 하나 이상의 회전 레일부를 포함하고, 외주면에는 원주 방향을 따라 등간격으로 다수개의 승강로가 형성되는 중앙 레일 유닛; 상기 중앙 레일 유닛의 승강로를 따라 상하 이동하는 다수개의 엘리베이터 카; 및 상기 엘리베이터 카를 상하 이동시키도록 상기 중앙 레일 유닛 및 엘리베이터 카에 장착되는 승강 리니어 액츄에이터를 포함하고, 다수개의 승강로 중 어느 하나의 승강로를 따라 상하 이동하는 엘리베이터 카는 상기 회전 레일부와 함께 회전하여 다른 승강로를 따라 상하 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템을 제공한다.
이때, 상기 중앙 레일 유닛은 상기 회전 레일부를 상기 중앙 레일 유닛의 길이 방향 중심축을 중심으로 회전 구동하는 회전 레일 구동부를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 고정 레일부와 회전 레일부의 외주면에는 상기 엘리베이터 카의 상하 이동 경로를 가이드하도록 다수개의 상기 승강로마다 상하 방향으로 가이드 레일이 형성되고, 상기 고정 레일부와 회전 레일부의 가이드 레일은 상기 회전 레일부가 정위치된 상태에서 동일 직선 상에 위치하도록 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 고정 레일부와 회전 레일부는 동일한 단면 형상을 갖도록 형성되며, 단면 형상은 다각형 또는 원형으로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 중앙 레일 유닛은 서로 평행하게 복수개 설치되고, 서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛은 별도의 수평 이송 수단을 통해 연결되며, 어느 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛의 승강로를 따라 상하 이동하는 엘리베이터 카는 상기 수평 이송 수단을 통해 수평 이동하여 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛의 승강로를 따라 상하 이동할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 수평 이송 수단은, 서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛의 고정 레일부를 수평 방향으로 관통하도록 배치되는 수평 레일부; 상기 수평 레일부를 따라 수평 이동하는 수평 캐리어; 및 상기 수평 캐리어를 수평 이동시키도록 상기 수평 레일부 및 수평 캐리어에 장착되는 수평 리니어 액츄에이터를 포함하고, 상기 수평 캐리어는 상기 중앙 레일 유닛에 정위치 고정 상태에서 상기 고정 레일부와 함께 하나의 승강로를 이루도록 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 수평 레일부의 양단부에는 상기 고정 레일부를 관통하여 수평 연장되어 상기 수평 캐리어가 이동 대기할 수 있는 보조 연장부가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 의하면, 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛에 다수개의 승강로를 형성하고 다수개의 엘리베이터 카를 각각 다수개의 승강로를 따라 동시 주행할 수 있도록 하며, 중간 구간에서는 회전 레일부를 통해 엘리베이터 카의 승강로를 변경시켜 다른 승강로를 따라 승강 이동할 수 있도록 하는 구조를 통해 다수개의 엘리베이터 카에 대한 다양한 주행 경로를 설정할 수 있고, 이에 따라 건물에 대한 승객 또는 화물 운송의 효율을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 서로 평행한 중앙 레일 유닛을 다수개 설치하고, 서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛 사이에 엘리베이터 카를 수평 이송할 수 있는 수평 이송 수단을 설치함으로써, 엘리베이터 카에 대한 수평 및 수직 이동을 더욱 다양하게 설정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 각 중앙 레일 유닛 상에서 주행 승강로의 회전 변경 또한 가능하여 더욱 신속하고 효율적인 엘리베이터 주행 환경을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템은 하나의 수직 레일을 통해 다수개의 승강로를 형성하여 다양한 주행 동작을 구현할 수 있는 엘리베이터 시스템으로, 중앙 레일 유닛(100)과, 다수개의 엘리베이터 카(200)와, 승강 리니어 액츄에이터(300)를 포함하여 구성된다.
중앙 레일 유닛(100)은, 수직 방향으로 길게 고정 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 고정 레일부(110)와, 고정 레일부(110)의 일단 또는 양단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 적어도 하나 이상의 회전 레일부(120)를 포함하여 구성되며, 외주면에는 원주 방향을 따라 등간격으로 다수개의 승강로(101,102,103)가 형성된다.
고정 레일부(110)와 회전 레일부(120)는 동일한 단면 형상을 갖는 형태로 형성되며, 회전 레일부(120)가 정위치로 회전한 상태에서 고정 레일부(110)와 회전 레일부(120)는 동일한 외곽 평면을 갖도록 형성된다.
예를 들면, 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 고정 레일부(110)와 회전 레일부(120)는 모두 삼각 기둥 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 삼각 기둥의 각 변에 각각 하나씩 승강로(101,102,103)가 형성될 수 있다. 물론, 이는 예시적인 것으로, 고정 레일부(110)와 회전 레일부(120)는 사각 기둥, 오각 기둥 등 다양한 다각 기둥 형태 또는 원기둥 형태로 변경될 수 있다.
회전 레일부(120)는 고정 레일부(110)와 교대로 상향 적층되는 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 회전 레일부(120)는 고정 레일부(110)에 대해 길이 방향 축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 회전 레일부(120)를 회전 구동하기 위해 중앙 레일 유닛(100)에는 도시되지는 않았으나, 회전 레일부(120)을 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 길이 방향 중심축을 중심으로 회전 구동하는 회전 레일 구동부(미도시)가 장착될 수 있다. 회전 레일 구동부는 예를 들면, 고정 레일부(110)의 내부 공간에 장착될 수 있으며, 회전 레일부(120)를 원주 방향을 따라 일정 각도만큼씩 분할 회전시키는 방식으로 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 360°를 회전 레일부(120)의 단면 형상의 다각형 꼭지점 개수로 나눈 각도만큼 분할 회전하도록 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 삼각 기둥 형태의 경우, 120°만큼씩 분할 회전시킬 수 있고, 사각 기둥 형태의 경우, 90°만큼씩 분할 회전시킬 수 있다. 이러한 분할 회전 방식을 통해 회전 레일부(120)는 회전한 이후 항상 고정 레일부(110)와 동일 외곽 평면을 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 고정 레일부(110)와 회전 레일부(120)의 외주면에는 엘리베이터 카(200)의 상하 이동 경로를 가이드하도록 다수개의 승강로(101,102,103)마다 상하 방향으로 가이드 레일(130)이 형성되고, 고정 레일부(110)와 회전 레일부(120)의 가이드 레일(130)은 회전 레일부(120)가 정위치로 회전한 상태에서 동일 직선 상에 위치하도록 형성된다.
따라서, 회전 레일부(120)는 정위치로 회전한 상태에서 고정 레일부(110)의 일부 구간을 이루며, 엘리베이터 카(200)의 승강 이동을 가이드하는 기능을 수행한다. 또한, 엘리베이터 카(200)가 회전 레일부(120)에 위치한 상태에서 회전 레일부(120)가 회전함으로써, 엘리베이터 카(200)가 위치한 승강로의 위치를 변경시키는 기능을 수행한다.
이러한 중앙 레일 유닛(100)은 별도의 고정 브래킷(11)을 통해 건물의 벽면(10)에 고정 설치될 수 있는데, 고정 브래킷(11)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 고정 레일부(110)를 고정하도록 설치되고, 회전 레일부(120)는 고정 설치된 고정 레일부(110)의 끝단에 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 구성될 수 있다.
엘리베이터 카(200)는 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 승강로(101,102,103)를 따라 상하 이동하도록 다수개 구비될 수 있는데, 엘리베이터 카(200)의 일측에는 별도의 서포트 프레임(210)이 장착될 수 있고, 서포트 프레임(210)에는 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 가이드 레일(130)을 따라 롤링 접촉하도록 가이드 롤러(220)가 다수개 결합될 수 있다.
승강 리니어 액츄에이터(300)는 엘리베이터 카(200)를 상하 이동시키도록 중앙 레일 유닛(100) 및 엘리베이터 카(200)에 장착될 수 있다. 이러한 승강 리니어 액츄에이터(300)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 외주면에 설치되는 고정자(310)와, 고정자(310)와 대향되게 위치하도록 엘리베이터 카(200)에 설치되는 이동자(320)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 고정자(310)와 이동자(320)의 전자기력에 의한 추력을 통해 엘리베이터 카(200)를 승강 이동시키도록 구성되는 리니어 모터 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 물론, 이와 달리 랙 피니언 구조 등을 적용할 수도 있는 등 리니어 액츄에이터의 구조는 다양하게 변경 가능하다.
이러한 구조에 따라 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛(100)에는 다수개의 승강로(101,102,103)가 형성되며, 다수개의 엘리베이터 카(200)가 각각 다수개의 승강로(101,102,103)를 따라 동시 주행할 수 있으며, 중간 구간에서 승강로를 변경하여 다른 승강로를 따라 승강 이동할 수 있다.
좀더 자세히 살펴보면, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 단면 형상이 삼각형인 경우, 중앙 레일 유닛(100)에는 원주 방향을 따라 서로 이격되게 3개의 승강로(101,102,103)가 형성되고, 각각의 승강로(101,102,103)를 따라 각각 엘리베이터 카(200)가 동시 주행할 수 있다. 또한, 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 주행하는 엘리베이터 카(200)는 회전 레일부(120)에 위치한 상태에서 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전하여 제 2 승강로(102)로 위치 변경될 수 있으며, 이후 제 2 승강로(102)를 따라 계속해서 승강 이동할 수 있다.
한편, 엘리베이터 카(200)는 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 형상 및 엘리베이터 카(200)의 배치 형태에 따라 다양하게 변경할 수 있는데, 예를 들면, 도 4의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이 카 도어(230)를 일반적인 평면 형태로 구성할 수도 있으며, 도 4의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이 서로 교차하는 다수개의 직선 형태를 갖는 각진 형태로 구성할 수도 있으며, 도 4의 (c)에 도시된 바와 같이 원호 형태로 구성할 수도 있다. 이와 같이 카 도어(230)를 중심으로 엘리베이터 카(200)의 형태를 다양하게 변경할 수 있어 건물 전체적으로 엘리베이터 카(200)에 대한 더욱 효율적인 공간 배치를 이룰 수 있다.
다음으로, 이상에서 설명한 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템을 통한 엘리베이터 카(200)의 다양한 주행 과정을 살펴본다.
도 5 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템의 엘리베이터 카의 주행 과정을 예시적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 엘리베이터 카(200)가 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 최상층으로 상승 이동한 후, 최상층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 2 승강로(102)로 이동할 수 있으며, 이후, 제 2 승강로(102)를 따라 최하층으로 하향 이동한 후, 다시 최하층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 1 승강로(101)로 이동할 수 있다. 이후, 다시 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 상승 이동할 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 엘리베이터 카(200)가 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 중간층으로 상승 이동한 후, 중간층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 2 승강로(102)로 이동하고, 이후, 제 2 승강로(102)를 따라 최하층으로 하향 이동할 수도 있다.
도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 엘리베이터 카(200)가 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 최상층으로 상승 이동한 후, 최상층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 2 승강로(102)로 이동하고, 이후, 제 2 승강로(102)를 따라 중간층으로 하향 이동하고, 다시 중간층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 1 승강로(101)로 이동할 수 있으며, 이후, 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 최상층으로 상승 이동할 수도 있다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 엘리베이터 카(200)가 제 1 승강로(101)를 따라 최상층으로 상승 이동한 후, 최상층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 2 승강로(102)로 이동하고, 곧바로 다시 최상층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전 이동하여 제 3 승강로(103)로 이동할 수도 있다. 이후에는 제 3 승강로(103)를 따라 최하층으로 하향 이동한 후, 최하층의 회전 레일부(120)와 함께 회전하여 제 1 승강로(101)로 다시 복귀 이동할 수도 있다.
이러한 엘리베이터 카(200)의 주행 과정은 예시적인 것으로, 이러한 방식으로 매우 다양한 엘리베이터 카(200) 주행 경로를 설정할 수 있고, 이를 통해 더욱 효율적인 엘리베이터 카(200)의 운행을 가능하게 한다.
도 9는 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예에 따른 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템의 구성을 개념적으로 도시한 사시도이고, 도 10은 도 9에 도시된 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템의 엘리베이터 카의 주행 과정을 예시적으로 도시한 도면이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예에 따른 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템은 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 중앙 레일 유닛(100)이 서로 평행하게 복수개 설치되고, 서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛(100)은 별도의 수평 이송 수단(400)을 통해 연결되며, 어느 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 승강로(101,102,103)를 따라 상하 이동하는 엘리베이터 카(200)는 수평 이송 수단(400)을 통해 수평 이동하여 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 승강로(101,102,103)를 따라 상하 이동하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 수평 이송 수단(400)은, 서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 고정 레일부(110)를 수평 방향으로 관통하도록 배치되는 수평 레일부(410)와, 수평 레일부(410)를 따라 수평 이동하는 수평 캐리어(420)와, 수평 캐리어(420)를 수평 이동시키도록 수평 레일부(410) 및 수평 캐리어(420)에 장착되는 수평 리니어 액츄에이터(430)를 포함한다.
수평 캐리어(420)는 중앙 레일 유닛(100)에 정위치 고정 상태에서 고정 레일부(110)와 함께 하나의 승강로(101,102,103)를 이루도록 형성되는데, 이를 위해 수평 캐리어(420)의 표면에는 고정 레일부(110)에 형성된 가이드 레일(130)과 동일한 형태로 동일한 직선 상에 위치하는 가이드 레일(422)이 형성된다. 또한, 승강 리니어 액츄에이터(300)를 동일하게 구성할 수 있도록 수평 캐리어(420)의 표면에는 고정 레일부(110)에 형성된 고정자(310)와 동일한 형태로 동일한 직선 상에 위치하는 고정자(421)가 또한 형성된다.
수평 캐리어(420)는 엘리베이터 카(200)가 안착된 상태에서 엘리베이터 카(200)와 함께 수평 레일부(410)를 따라 이동하여 엘리베이터 카(200)를 인접한 다른 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 승강로에 배치시키는데, 이때, 수평 캐리어(420)는 수평 리니어 액츄에이터(430)를 통해 수평 이동한다. 수평 리니어 액츄에이터(430)는 승강 리니어 액츄에이터(300)와 마찬가지 방식으로 구성될 수 있으며, 예를 들면, 수평 레일부(410)에 고정 설치되는 수평 고정자(431)와, 수평 고정자(431)와 대향되도록 수평 캐리어(420)의 일면에 설치되는 수평 이동자(미도시)를 포함하는 형태로 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 수평 레일부(410)의 양단부에는 고정 레일부(110)를 관통하여 수평 연장되어 또 다른 수평 캐리어(420)가 이동 대기할 수 있는 보조 연장부(401)가 형성된다. 이러한 보조 연장부(401)에 또 다른 수평 캐리어(420)가 대기 상태로 위치함으로써, 어느 하나의 수평 캐리어(420)가 수평 이동하는 동안, 또 다른 수평 캐리어(420)가 고정 레일부(110)에 정위치 고정 상태로 위치할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 어느 하나의 수평 캐리어(420)가 수평 이동하는 동안에도 다른 수평 캐리어(420)에 의해 고정 레일부(110)의 승강로가 정상적인 상태로 보완 유지되므로, 해당 승강로에서는 엘리베이터 카(200)가 수평 캐리어(420)의 이동 상태와는 무관하게 승강 이동할 수 있다.
이러한 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템에서 엘리베이터 카(200)의 주행 과정을 예를 들어 살펴보면, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 어느 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 제 2 승강로(102) 상에서 상층으로 이동하는 엘리베이터 카(200)가 수평 캐리어(420)에 안착하게 되면, 수평 캐리어(420)와 함께 엘리베이터 카(200)가 수평 이동하여 인접한 다른 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 제 2 승강로(102)로 이동할 수 있고, 이후, 엘리베이터 카(200)는 해당 중앙 레일 유닛(100)의 제 2 승강로(102)를 따라 승강 이동할 수 있다. 물론, 해당 중앙 레일 유닛(100)에서도 회전 레일부(120)를 통해 다른 승강로로 위치 이동할 수 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 고정 레일부와 회전 레일부는 동일한 단면 형상을 갖도록 형성되며, 단면 형상은 다각형 또는 원형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 레일 유닛은 서로 평행하게 복수개 설치되고,서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛은 별도의 수평 이송 수단을 통해 연결되며,어느 하나의 중앙 레일 유닛의 승강로를 따라 상하 이동하는 엘리베이터 카는 상기 수평 이송 수단을 통해 수평 이동하여 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛의 승강로를 따라 상하 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 수평 이송 수단은서로 인접한 중앙 레일 유닛의 고정 레일부를 수평 방향으로 관통하도록 배치되는 수평 레일부;상기 수평 레일부를 따라 수평 이동하는 수평 캐리어; 및상기 수평 캐리어를 수평 이동시키도록 상기 수평 레일부 및 수평 캐리어에 장착되는 수평 리니어 액츄에이터를 포함하고, 상기 수평 캐리어는 상기 중앙 레일 유닛에 정위치 고정 상태에서 상기 고정 레일부와 함께 하나의 승강로를 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 수평 레일부의 양단부에는 상기 고정 레일부를 관통하여 수평 연장되어 상기 수평 캐리어가 이동 대기할 수 있는 보조 연장부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로프리스 엘리베이터 시스템.
