  • This control module also has an electronic board that controls the opening and closing of the beverage outlet of each of the tanks to the beverage supply lines by means of solenoid valves.
  • This control module has a flowmeter in the outlet pipes of the tanks that provide the system with information on the quantity of beverage supplied by each tank and allows you to determine the amount of drink remaining in each of the tanks.
  • this system includes auxiliary telematic control modules, the number of which can be expanded adapting it to each installation and depending on the parameters that you want to monitor in it.
  • auxiliary telematic control modules have an electronic board and specific sensors that monitor the desired parameters of the installation, for example, the cooling equipment and the pressurization equipment of the tanks and act on them, keeping said parameters within predetermined values; said auxiliary modules sending the corresponding information through wireless communication means to the control module that acts as a link between the control unit and said auxiliary modules.
  • Both the control unit and the control module and auxiliary modules have an external power supply and batteries for eventual power supply in the event of an external power failure. These batteries are able to keep the measurement system active autonomously, that is, in the absence of external power for a period of at least 8 hours, also preventing the loss of information.

L'invention concerne un système de surveillance et de commande applicable à des installations distributrices de boissons, concrètement des installations pourvues : d'un équipement distributeur (1) avec plusieurs cuves (11, 12) contenant une boisson à distribuer ; d'un équipement de réfrigération (2) et d'un équipement de mise sous pression (3) des cuves (11, 12). Le système comprend : une commande centrale (4) avec une interface d'utilisateur (41) pour commander le fonctionnement du système et des moyens de communication sans fil (44) ; un module de commande (5) de l'équipement distributeur (1) de boisson au moyen d'électrovannes, et de réception de données d'un nombre variable de modules auxiliaires (6) de commande télématique de l'installation qui surveillent et commandent des paramètres de fonctionnement du système. La commande centrale (4), le module de commande (5) et les modules auxiliaires (6) disposent d'une alimentation électrique externe, et de batteries (45, 57, 63) d'alimentation en cas de panne de l'alimentation externe.
