Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shock absorber for a sliding door, and more particularly, the weight is increased due to the enlargement, while in a sliding door slimmed according to the user's preference, the door closing is quietly finished while alleviating the impact of the door when closing the door. And a sliding buffer device for sliding doors.
- Sliding is a general term for doors that are designed to open and close by sliding doors or windows to the side, which has traditionally been used as a door of hanok, and has been gradually increasing in recent years.
- the door frame supporting the door is becoming thinner according to the consumer's preference for slim design, and it is inevitable to install a shock absorber to alleviate the shock generated when the large door is closed.
- shock absorber 101 is a door shock absorber ( 110, the door buffer 110 is provided with a support member 111, the movement guide member 113, the binding member 115, and the buffer cylinder (117).
- the support member 111 guides the movement of the movement guide member 113 and simultaneously supports the buffer cylinder 117, and the movement guide member 113 is movably coupled to the support member 111.
- the binding member 115 binds the binding body 123 that rotates by the pressing of the pressing protrusion 121 when the door is closed with the pressing protrusion 121, and conversely, the pressing protrusion 121 is rotated by the binding body 123. When the binding is released, the door is opened freely.
- the buffer cylinder 117 is coupled to the support member 111 and the movement guide member 113 to buffer the pressing force of the door applied to them.
- the conventional shock absorber 101 is bound with the pressure protrusion 121 while the binding member 115 rotates by pressing the pressure protrusion 121 when the door is closed, thereby preventing the door from being opened and binding from the door.
- the pressing force applied to the member 115 can be buffered by the operation of the buffer cylinder 117.
- the conventional shock absorber 101 has to push the door to the door closing position continuously even after the pressing protrusion 121 is coupled with the binding member 115 for the door closing, making the door closing operation cumbersome and troublesome. There was a problem.
- the temporary force is weak, the door stops in the middle due to the resistance of the buffer cylinder 117 or the like, and the door is not closed. There was also.
- the shock absorber 101 is damaged by propagating through the shock absorber 101 almost without absorbing the impact applied when the door is strongly closed by a momentary force. There was also a problem that could cause a malfunction.

- the rotating hook 23 is continuously retracted by the door closing spring 27 to pull the impact protrusion 72 to the door closing position at a relatively slow speed, and finally the door 30 to the door closing position.
- the door 30 is closed, and repeats the above operation every time it is opened and closed.
- the present invention has the effect that the shock applied to the shock absorber by the door at the time of closing the door is first received and buffered by the shock absorbing spring, and the door is completely closed by the door closing spring.
