Abstract
L'invention concerne une soupape de commande directionnelle à trois clapets coniques. Trois clapets coniques (Pt) reliés les uns aux autres à l'intérieur du corps de soupape (Pt) ouvrent deux trajets d'écoulement avec le mouvement axial à droite du clapet gauche (M) (Pt) et ferment les deux autres trajets d'écoulement (Α,Ρ,Β, T). Selon l'invention, la forte force radiale dans les soupapes à tiroir est proche de zéro. Par conséquent, un problème tel que l'abrasion, la compression, le blocage, l'adhérence, la fuite ne se produisent pas dans le mécanisme interne. L'étanchéité, la soupape de sécurité, la soupape de sélection, ainsi que la soupape anti-retour..... les principes de compression se trouvent sur la surface des clapets coniques (11), (6) l'étanchéité est complète. 3/2 Dans le système hydraulique, la soupape de commande directionnelle pilote (15) commande séparément l'ensemble de soupapes (Pt) gauche, (Pt) droite. Grâce à un système de commande électronique programmable, la commande de flux peut être effectuée avec une planification réglable en précision. Ce système peut mettre en oeuvre les positions souhaitées (A-O-B). L'utilisation industrielle, la valeur commerciale: l'invention sera utilisée en tant que soupapes de commande directionnelle dans des machines de travail à haut rendement, des machines-outils à commande numérique, des presses hydrauliques, des presses à injection de plastique, l'industrie aéronautique et l'industrie de la défense. Grâce à l'augmentation de l'efficacité hydraulique, de la fiabilité, de l'utilisation pratique, de la durée de vie prolongée, la soupape de commande de direction sécurisée est destinée à être commercialisée.
