Abstract

本发明提供一种发光装置,包括:透明导光元件,包括第一端、与第一端相对的第二端、连通第一、第二端的收容槽,第一端的尺寸小于第二端的尺寸;基板,包括与第二端相连的第一部分和设置于第一部分的光源;波长转换元件,设置于收容槽内;第一反射层,设置于波长转换元件和基板的第一部分之间;透明导光元件背离收容槽的外表面设有全反射膜,波长转换元件和透明导光元件之间设有滤光膜。本发明通过使光源中的每个激光器所发出的激发光照射在波长转换元件的不同位置,有效避免了波长转换元件效率下降的问题,确保出射高亮度的光。

Description

发光装置 技术领域
本发明涉及光学、照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种发光装置。
背景技术
近年来,激光光源的应用越来越广泛,以激光为激发光激发荧光材料的发光装置具有转换效率高、无效率骤降、亮度高、体积小以及可控性好等诸多优势。目前,常用的激光照明技术是将激光汇聚成一个高亮度的激光光斑照射荧光材料,使荧光材料受激发而发出的受激光与激发光混合,从而得到白光。但是,在需要高亮度的出射光的情况下,如果提高激光功率,会由于激光光斑的光功率密度过高,导致荧光材料因局部过热而引起效率下降,因此无法提高出射光的亮度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可以发出高亮度光的发光装置及其制造方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种发光装置,包括:透明导光元件,包括第一端、与第一端相对的第二端、以及连通第一端和第二端的收容槽,其中,第一端的尺寸小于第二端的尺寸;
基板,包括与第二端相连的第一部分和设置于第一部分的光源,光源用于向透明导光元件发出激发光;
波长转换元件,设置于收容槽内,用于在激发光的激励下产生受激光;
第一反射层,设置于波长转换元件和基板的第一部分之间;
其中,透明导光元件的背离收容槽的表面设有全反射膜,波长转换元件和透明导光元件之间设有滤光膜。
在本发明的一个实施例中,光源位于收容槽与透明导光元件的外表面之间,光源发出的激发光经过全反射膜的反射后入射波长转换元件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,透明导光元件的背离收容槽的表面与基板之间的夹角为45°,光源发出的激发光经全反射膜反射,垂直入射波长转换元件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,透明导光元件为圆台形,收容槽为圆筒形,波长转换元件为圆柱形,且嵌在收容槽内,波长转换元件的中心轴、收容槽的中心轴与透明导光元件的中心轴相同。
在本发明的一个实施例中,透明导光元件的形状为半圆台形,透明导光元件还包括连接第一端和第二端,且垂直于基板的第一部分的第一表面,收容槽开设于第一表面,波长转换元件为半圆柱形,且嵌在收容槽内;
在本发明的一个实施例中,基板还包括垂直于第一部分的第二部分,第二部分与透明导光元件的第一表面相连,波长转换元件与第二部分之间设有第二反射层。
在本发明的一个实施例中,光源由多个激光器组成,多个激光器分布在多个以第二端的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,且从靠近波长转换元件到远离波长转换元件的方向上,多个激光器的密度逐渐减小。
在本发明的一个实施例中,波长转换元件由多段荧光陶瓷拼接而成,波长转换元件自靠近基板的一端向远离基板的一端,依次包括橙光陶瓷层段、黄光陶瓷层段和绿光陶瓷层段。
在本发明的一个实施例中,光源由多个激光器组成,多个激光器分布在三个以第二端的圆心为圆心的,直径不同的同心圆上,不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在绿光陶瓷层段、黄光陶瓷层段或橙光陶瓷层段上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,波长转换元件为YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷,自靠近基板的一端向远离基板的一端,依次包括铈离子浓度逐渐降低的多个层段。
在本发明的一个实施例中,光源由多个激光器组成,多个激光器分布在多个以第二端的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在波长转换元件的不同层段上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,发光装置还包括设置于波长转换元件的靠近第一端的散射层。
综上所述,本发明提供一种发光装置,该发光装置通过使光源中的每个激光器所发出的激发光照射在波长转换元件的不同位置,从而有效避免了波长转换元件效率下降的问题,确保发出高亮度的光。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明提供一种高亮度的发光装置,图1为本发明实施例一发光装置的整体结构示意图,图2为本发明实施例一基板俯视结构示意图,图3为本发明实施例一透明导光元件部件的整体结构示意图。如图1至图3所示,发光装置包括光源101、透明导光元件102、波长转换元件103、第一反射层104和基板105。
具体来说,透明导光元件102包括第一端1021、与第一端1021相对的第二端1022、以及连通第一端1021和第二端1022的收容槽 1023,其中,第一端1021的尺寸小于第二端1022的尺寸。本实施例中,透明导光元件102由蓝宝石制成。
换句话说,透明导光元件包括上端面、下端面及位于上端面和下端面之间且围绕上端面和下端面设置的侧面,透明导光元件的中间部位设置有一收容腔,收容腔的两个开口分别位于上端面和下端面,其中,上端面的尺寸小于下端面的尺寸。
基板105包括与透明导光元件102的第二端1022相连的第一部分1051。光源101设置于第一部分1051上,例如通过焊接等方式嵌入到基板105中。光源101位于所述收容槽1023与所述透明导光元件102的外表面102a之间,用于向透明导光元件102发出激发光L1。本实施例中,外表面102a是指透明导光元件102的背离收容槽1023的斜侧面。基板105为金属基板,优选为铜基板。为了方便散热,在基板105的下方还设有散热器106,波长转换元件103和光源101产生的热量可以通过透明导光元件102、基板105及散热器106扩散出去。
波长转换元件103设置于收容槽1023内,用于在激发光L1的激励下产生受激光L2。第一反射层104设置于波长转换元件103和基板105的第一部分1051之间。本实施例中,第一反射层104是在波长转换元件103的靠近基板105的一端镀制的由介质膜或者金属膜形成的镜面全反射层,在其他实施例中,第一反射层也可以是硅胶和漫反射粒子制成的漫反射层,或者是玻璃和漫反射粒子形成漫反射层,但优选的是用介质膜作反射层。第一反射层104的作用,是将波长转换元件103产生的受激光中的,往朝向基板105的方向出射的光反射,使这部分光往波长转换元件103的远离基板105的一端出射。
也就是说,波长转换元件,与收容腔的形状相匹配,置于收容腔内,用于将入射的激发光转换为受激光,受激光从波长转换元件位于上端面的面出射。
透明导光元件102的背离收容槽1023的外表面102a上镀一层全反射膜1024,用于引导光源101发出的光射向透明导光元件102,使得光源101照射透明导光元件102时,激发光L1被全部反射到波长转换元件103的表面上。波长转换元件103和透明导光元件102之间设 有滤光膜1025,滤光膜1025可以透射激发光L1并反射受激光L2。
本实施例中,光源101为蓝色激光器,其发出的激发光L1为蓝色光,滤光膜1025为蓝光透射膜,用于透射入射角度≤17°的蓝色光,反射非蓝色的光和入射角度>17°的蓝色光。为了达到更好的效果,透明导光元件102的背离该收容槽1023的外表面102a与基板105之间的夹角为45°,这样,光源101发出的激发光L1经全反射膜1024反射,能够垂直入射波长转换元件103。
波长转换元件103为复相荧光陶瓷,其内部具有较多的散射相,光线很难在其内部进行传导,蓝光吸收率在85%-95%之间。复相荧光陶瓷可以是YAG:Ce+Al2O3或LuAG:Ce,优选是YAG:Ce+Al2O3。
本实施例中,透明导光元件102为圆台形,收容槽1023为圆筒形,波长转换元件103为圆柱形,且嵌在收容槽1023内。波长转换元件103的中心轴、收容槽1023的中心轴与透明导光元件102的中心轴相同。
圆柱形具体地,透明导光元件102的高度在5mm-20mm的范围内,第一端1021的直径在0.5mm-3mm的范围内,第二端1022的直径在10mm-40mm的范围内。波长转换元件103的直径在0.5mm-3mm的范围内,高度在5mm-20mm的范围内。基板105为圆盘形,且直径在10mm-40mm的范围内。波长转换元件103的高度与透明导光元件102的高度相同,波长转换元件103的直径与第一端1021的直径相同,基板105的直径与第二端1022的直径相同。
圆柱形可以理解,波长转换元件103除了可以采用的圆柱形,也可以根据实际需要设计成其他形状,例如,波长转换元件103还可以为方柱,则此时透明导光元件102可以是棱台形。只要能满足激发光以大致垂直的角度入射波长转换元件的要求,波长转换元件和透明导光元件的具体形状,在实际应用中可以根据需要进行选择。
嵌设在基板105中的光源101由多个激光器组成,该多个激光器分布在若干个以第二端1022的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,环绕在波长转换元件103的外周。如图2所示,多个激光器分布在同心圆A、B和C上,三个同心圆等间距设置。其中,同心圆A的直径最小,同心圆B和同心圆C的直径依次增大。设置在同心圆A上的激光器1011 的数量为15个,设置在同心圆B上的激光器1012的数量为12个,而设置在同心圆C上的激光器1013的数量则为8个。也就是说,靠近波长转换元件103的最内侧的同心圆A上的激光器设置数量紧密,中间的同心圆B次之,最外面的同心圆C一圈上的激光器设置数量最少。显然,从靠近波长转换元件103到远离波长转换元件103的方向上,激光器的设置密度逐渐减小,呈梯度分布。在实际应用中,激光器的具体设置数量可以根据实际需要进行选择,并不受限于图2中所示的数量。
光源101的上述设置方式主要解决的是蓝光透过率的问题,具体来说,结合图1和图2,距离波长转换元件103较远的激光器所发射出的激光,通过透明导光元件102的反射,激发波长转换元件103的下端,此处到出光口(波长转换元件103的顶部)的光程较远,蓝激光易被吸收转换为受激光,因此蓝光损失较多。而距离波长转换元件103较近的激光器所发射出的激光,通过透明导光元件102的反射,激发波长转换元件103的上端,此处到出光口的光程较近,蓝光损失较少。基于上述原理,通过调整不同同心圆上的激光器的个数,就可以控制发光装置最终出射的光中的蓝光的量。
可以理解,除上述的激光器设置方式外,也可以设置成多圈中的每一圈的激光器数量相同,即:非梯度分布,根据上述原理,只要保证距离波长转换元件103较近的激光器的数量足够多即可。
本发明的发光装置通过使光源中的每个激光器所发出的激发光照射在波长转换元件的不同位置,从而有效避免了波长转换元件效率下降的问题,确保发出高亮度的光。
实施例二
图4为本发明实施例二发光装置的整体结构示意图。在本实施例中,发光装置包括透明导光元件202、波长转换元件203、嵌设有光源201的基板205和散热器206。
基板205除了包括第一部分2051之外,还包括垂直于该第一部分2051的第二部分2052。透明导光元件202的形状为半圆台形,该透明 导光元件202包括第一端2021、第二端2022、连通第一端2021和第二端2022的收容槽2023,以及连接第一端2021和第二端2022,且垂直于基板205的第一部分2051的第一表面202b。收容槽2023开设于该第一表面202b,波长转换元件203为半圆柱形,且嵌在收容槽2023内。
波长转换元件203和透明导光元件202之间设有滤光膜2025。波长转换元件203和基板205的第一部分2051之间设有第一反射层204。第二部分2052与透明导光元件202的第一表面202b相连,波长转换元件203与第二部分2052之间设有第二反射层207。
光源201发出的激发光透过滤光膜2025入射波长转换元件203,波长转换元件203产生的受激光在滤光膜2025、第一反射层204和第二反射层207处发生反射,这样,可以使波长转换元件体203产生受激光最终往波长转换元件203的顶部出射。
由于基板205的第一部分2051和第二部分2052都可以散热,本实施例的发光装置具有比实施例一的发光装置更好的散热效果。而且,由于波长转换元件203与第二部分2052直接接触,更有利于波长转换元件203的散热,使得本实施例的波长转换元件能够承受更大功率的光源的照射,有利于提高发光装置的亮度。
以上两个实施例为发光装置的整体结构的不同实例,以下三个实施例仅对波长转换元件的不同结构逐一进行说明,且以下三个实施例中的任何一个实施例均可以应用在上述两个实施例的发光装置中。
实施例三
图5为本发明实施例三波长转换元件结构示意图。如图5所示,在本实施例中,波长转换元件103由多段荧光陶瓷拼接而成。该波长转换元件103自靠近出光口的一端向远离出光口的一端,依次包括绿光陶瓷层段103a橙光陶瓷层段103c、黄光陶瓷层段103b和,其中的橙光陶瓷层段也可以采用主波长偏红的黄光陶瓷。陶瓷层段的高度不限,只要总高度与透明导光元件102的高度相吻合即可。
本实施例中,光源由多个激光器组成,该多个激光器分布在直径 依次增大的三个同心圆上,位于直径最小的同心圆上的激光器照射绿光陶瓷层段103a,位于中间的同心圆上的激光器照射黄光陶瓷层段103b,位于直径最大的同心圆上的激光器照射橙光陶瓷层段103c。各陶瓷层段在蓝色激发光的照射下可以产生对应颜色的受激光,由于橙光陶瓷层段103c产生的橙光不会被黄光陶瓷层段103b和绿光陶瓷层段103a吸收,黄光陶瓷层段103b产生的黄光不会被绿光陶瓷层段103a吸收,因此可通过调整光源101中激光器的分布来控制照射在不同陶瓷层段上的激发光的光束数量,从而得到所需的红光占比的出射光。绿光陶瓷层段103a、黄光陶瓷层段103b和橙光陶瓷层段103c的长度比例,可以依照所需的出射光的颜色指标要求调整。
由于波长转换元件分段设计,配合多个激光器的分布,容易获得红光占比较高的出射光,实现高亮度的白光照明。
同时,通过调整照射在不同颜色的陶瓷层段上的光束,可以调整出射光的光谱。具体地,通过控制某一圈激光器的功率,或者控制点亮的激光器的个数,从而调整激发光功率,可以调整该激发光对应的波长转换元件段的受激光,使得不同颜色的受激光的比例可以调整,最终混合光的波长可以改变。例如,内圈激光器全部点亮,则最后出射光的蓝光成分比较多,内圈激光器只点亮一半,最后出射光的蓝光成分比全部点亮时要少。
可以理解,上述实施例的出射光为白光,但本发明的发光装置也可以出射白光以外的光,例如出射绿光。由于波长转换元件的透明度和蓝光吸收率与波长转换元件中的荧光颗粒密度有关,在出射绿光的情况下,波长转换元件中的绿色荧光颗粒密度很高,导致波长转换元件透明度低,蓝光吸收率高,蓝光大部分被吸收了,所以出射的光主要是荧光的颜色。
实施例四
图6为本发明实施例四波长转换元件结构示意图。如图6所示,在本实施例中,波长转换元件为YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷,自靠近出光口的一 端向远离出光口的一端,依次包括铈(Ce)离子浓度逐渐降低的多个层段。也就是说,从上至下依次为铈离子浓度最低的上层103a’、铈离子浓度最高的下层103c’以及设置于上层103a’和和下层103c’之间的中层103b’,中层103b’的段数可以≥1,不仅限于图6中所示的段数。各层段的高度不限,总高度和透明导光元件的高度相吻合即可。各段的长度比例,依照产品颜色指标要求调整。
光源由多个激光器组成,该多个激光器分布在多个直径不同的同心圆上,同心圆的个数与波长转换元件的段数相同,不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在该波长转换元件的不同层段上。靠近出光口处选择铈离子浓度较低的荧光陶瓷,是由于能够照射到层段103a’的激光器是处于距离波长转换元件较近的地方且比较密集,铈离子浓度较低时,荧光陶瓷的热稳定性较好,温度猝灭也较少,产生的热量较少。远离出光口的层段103c’选择掺杂铈离子浓度较高的荧光陶瓷,是因为铈离子浓度较高时对蓝光的吸收较强,蓝激光通过较长的光程到达出光口后剩余蓝光较少,因此通过调整开启的激光器的个数,可制成蓝光透过率可调的波长转换元件。
实施例五
图7为本发明实施例五波长转换元件结构示意图。如图7所示,本实施例是在波长转换元件103最上层增加了半透明的散射层108。通常情况下,该散射层108的厚度小于1mm,优选厚度范围是0.5mm-1mm。散射层108可以起到均光的作用。
实施例六
本发明还提供一种发光装置的制造方法,图8为本发明实施例六的发光装置制造方法的流程图,该方法包括如下步骤:
S101,制备透明导光元件,其中,透明导光元件包括第一端、第二端以及连通第一端和第二端的收容槽,第一端的尺寸小于第二端的尺寸。
S103,在透明导光元件的背离该收容槽的表面上镀全反射膜。
S105,制备波长转换元件,该波长转换元件的形状与收容槽的形状一致。本实施例中,波长转换元件由多段荧光陶瓷拼接而成,该波长转换元件自下而上依次包括橙光陶瓷层段、黄光陶瓷层段和绿光陶瓷层段。在其他实施例中,波长转换元件也可以为YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷。
S107,在波长转换元件的靠近透明导光元件的第二端的一端设置第一反射层。
S109,在波长转换元件的表面镀滤光膜,或者在收容槽的表面镀滤光膜。其中,滤光膜为蓝光透射膜,用于透射入射角度≤17°的蓝色光,反射非蓝色的光和入射角度>17°的蓝色光。
S111,将波长转换元件嵌入透明导光元件的收容槽中。
S113,制备设有多个激光器的基板,其中,多个激光器分布在多个以该第二端的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,使得不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在该波长转换元件的不同层段上。
S115,将基板固定于该透明导光元件的第二端。
本实施例中,透明导光元件的背离收容槽的表面与基板之间的夹角为45°,使得激光器发出的激发光经全反射膜反射后,垂直入射波长转换元件。
透明导光元件为圆台形,波长转换元件为圆柱形,为了方便镀膜,制备透明导光元件的步骤S101包括:制备两个半圆台形状;将波长转换元件嵌入透明导光元件的收容槽的步骤S113包括:将波长转换元件固定于两个半圆台形状的透明导光元件之一的收容槽中,然后胶合两个半圆台形状的透明导光元件,使两个半圆台形状的透明导光元件与波长转换元件合并呈圆台形。
在一个实施例中,发光装置的制造方法还包括:在波长转换元件靠近第一端的一面设置散射层。
可以理解,上述步骤的顺序不唯一,例如制备基板的步骤S115可以在制备透明导光元件的步骤S101之前。
实施例七
图9为本发明实施例七的发光装置制造方法的流程图,该方法包括如下步骤:
S201,制备透明导光元件,其中,透明导光元件包括第一端、第二端以及连通第一端和第二端的收容槽,第一端的尺寸小于第二端的尺寸。
S203,在透明导光元件的背离收容槽的表面上镀全反射膜;
S205,制备波长转换元件,波长转换元件的形状与收容槽一致。在本实施例中,波长转换元件为YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷,自下而上依次包括铈离子浓度逐渐降低的多个层段。
S207,在波长转换元件的靠近透明导光元件的第二端的一端设置第一反射层;
S209,在波长转换元件的表面镀滤光膜,或者在收容槽的表面镀滤光膜。其中,滤光膜为蓝光透射膜,用于透射入射角度≤17°的蓝色光,反射非蓝色的光和入射角度>17°的蓝色光。
S211,将波长转换元件嵌入透明导光元件的收容槽中。
S213,制备设有多个激光器的基板,其中,多个激光器分布在多个以该第二端的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,使得不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在该波长转换元件的不同层段上。
S215,将基板固定于该透明导光元件的第二端。
在本实施例中,透明导光元件为半圆台形状,波长转换元件为半圆柱形,基板包括与透明导光元件的第二端相连的第一部分和垂直于第一部分的第二部分。发光装置制造方法还包括:在第二部分和波长转换元件之间设置第二反射层。
将波长转换元件嵌入透明导光元件的收容槽的步骤S213包括:利用低折射率胶水,将波长转换元件胶合到透明导光元件中。
将基板固定于该透明导光元件的第二端的步骤S215包括:将透明导光元件的第二端胶合于基板的第一部分,将透明导光元件的竖直面胶合于基板的第二部分。。
本发明提供的发光装置及其制造方法具有如下有益效果:
(1)不同的激光器分别照射波长转换元件的不同位置,有效地避免了激光光功率密度过高引起的波长转换元件效率下降。
(2)波长转换元件分段设置,比如:波长转换元件从上至下分别为绿光陶瓷、黄光陶瓷、和橙光陶瓷,或者从上至下分别为铈离子浓度逐渐升高的YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷,能得到红光占比较高的光束,最后得到亮度较高的白光。
(3)光源的多个激光器可分别控制,配合多段式波长转换元件使用,可实现不同波长光的转换。
(4)激光激发波长转换元件产生的热量可通过蓝宝石的透明导光元件、金属基板以及散热器快速扩散出去,有利于波长转换元件的散热。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种发光装置,其特征在于,包括:透明导光元件,包括第一端、与所述第一端相对的第二端、以及连通所述第一端和所述第二端的收容槽,其中,所述第一端的尺寸小于所述第二端的尺寸;
    基板,包括与所述第二端相连的第一部分和设置于所述第一部分的光源,所述光源用于向所述透明导光元件发出激发光;
    波长转换元件,设置于所述收容槽内,用于在所述激发光的激励下产生受激光;
    第一反射层,设置于所述波长转换元件和所述基板的第一部分之间;
    其中,所述透明导光元件的背离所述收容槽的外表面设有全反射膜,所述波长转换元件和所述透明导光元件之间设有滤光膜。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述光源位于所述收容槽与所述透明导光元件的外表面之间,所述光源发出的激发光经过所述全反射膜的反射后入射所述波长转换元件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述透明导光元件的背离所述收容槽的外表面与所述基板之间的夹角为45°,所述光源发出的激发光经所述全反射膜反射,垂直入射所述波长转换元件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述透明导光元件为圆台形,所述收容槽为圆筒形,所述波长转换元件为圆柱形,且嵌在所述收容槽内,所述波长转换元件的中心轴、所述收容槽的中心轴与所述透明导光元件的中心轴相同。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述透明导光元件的形状为半圆台形,所述透明导光元件还包括连接所述第一端和所述第二端,且垂直于所述基板的第一部分的第一表面,所述收容槽开设于所述第一表面,所述波长转换元件为半圆柱形,且嵌在所述收容 槽内;
    所述基板还包括垂直于所述第一部分的第二部分,所述第二部分与所述透明导光元件的第一表面相连,所述波长转换元件与所述第二部分之间设有第二反射层。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述光源由多个激光器组成,所述多个激光器分布在多个以所述第二端的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,且从靠近所述波长转换元件到远离所述波长转换元件的方向上,所述多个激光器的密度逐渐减小。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述波长转换元件由多段荧光陶瓷拼接而成,所述波长转换元件自靠近所述基板的一端向远离所述基板的一端,依次包括橙光陶瓷层段、黄光陶瓷层段(103b)和绿光陶瓷层段。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述光源由多个激光器组成,所述多个激光器分布在三个以所述第二端的圆心为圆心的,直径不同的同心圆上,不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在所述绿光陶瓷层段、黄光陶瓷层段或橙光陶瓷层段上。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述波长转换元件为YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷,自靠近所述基板的一端向远离所述基板的一端,依次包括铈离子浓度逐渐降低的多个层段。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述光源由多个激光器组成,所述多个激光器分布在多个以所述第二端的圆心为圆心,直径不同的同心圆上,不同同心圆上的激光器分别照射在所述波长转换元件的不同层段上。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,还包括设置于 所述波长转换元件的靠近所述第一端的散射层。
