Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Halbzeug (1) zur Herstellung eines Strukturbauteils (B) mit einer Vielzahl von Prepregbändern (2), welche jeweils in ein thermoplastisches Matrixmaterial (20) eingebettete, unidirektional angeordnete Verstärkungsfasern (21) aufweisen, und einer Vielzahl von ein thermoplastisches Kunststoffmaterial (30) enthaltenden Verbindungssträngen (3). Die Prepregbänder (2) und die Verbindungsstränge (3) sind entweder zu einem textilen Flächengebilde (4) verbunden oder die Prepregbänder (2) sind zu einem multiaxialen Gelege (6) angeordnet, wobei einzelne Lagen (60) des Geleges (6) durch die Verbindungsstränge (3) verbunden sind. Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gewölbten Strukturbauteils (B) aus einem solchen Halbzeug (1) beschrieben.
