Abstract
L'invention concerne un interféromètre de Sagnac à fibre optique en boucle ou en ligne. Selon l'invention, l'interféromètre comporte un circuit optique intégré hybride (200) comprenant au moins un premier substrat (1) électro-optique et un deuxième substrat (2) transparent ayant une interface (20) commune, le premier substrat (1) comprenant un premier guide d'onde optique (11), un deuxième guide d'onde optique (12), le premier guide d'onde optique (11) et le deuxième guide d'onde optique (12) étant reliés à au moins une extrémité (61) de la bobine de fibre optique (6), un guide d'onde optique d'entrée-sortie (10) relié à une source lumineuse (4) et à un système de détection (5), le deuxième substrat (2) comprenant au moins un guide d'onde optique (21) en forme de U et le circuit optique intégré hybride (200) comprenant une jonction Y (26) à guide d'onde planaire ayant une branche commune (160) et deux branches secondaires(161, 62).
