Abstract
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'expédition d'articles. Le procédé consiste à faire adhérer un emballage à une surface interne d'un emballage d'expédition, ce qui permet d'empêcher le déplacement de l'emballage par rapport à l'emballage d'expédition. Le procédé consiste à envelopper un ou plusieurs articles avec une couche sacrificielle, telle qu'une enveloppe rétractable, une enveloppe étirable, un papier, ou similaire, créant ainsi une barrière étanche de l'emballage. Le système comprend un ou plusieurs systèmes de transporteur et un ou plusieurs applicateurs d'adhésif permettant d'automatiser les procédés de la présente invention. Après l'application d'un adhésif sur une première surface de l'emballage et/ou la surface interne de l'emballage d'expédition, l'emballage est placé dans l'emballage d'expédition et l'emballage d'expédition est mis en configuration fermée, définissant ainsi un vide entourant la totalité de l'emballage à l'exception de la première surface.
