Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 개별 연료전지가 병렬로 연결된 연료전지 그룹을 적어도 둘 이상 포함하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어 시스템에 있어서,상기 개별 연료전지의 출력을 제어하는 단위 레벨 제어기;상기 연료전지 그룹 내 개별 연료전지의 성능 저하율을 기반으로 상기 연료전지 그룹의 내 개별 연료전지들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 그룹 레벨 제어기; 및그리드의 전력 수요에 따라 연료전지 시스템의 총 출력을 결정하고 상기 총 출력에 대응하여 개별적인 상기 연료전지 그룹들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 총괄 레벨 제어기를 포함하는 연료전지 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단위 레벨 제어기는,연료, 공기, 물 중 적어도 하나의 제어 변수에 따라 개별 연료전지의 출력을 제어하고,상기 개별 연료전지의 온도, 압력, 유량 중 적어도 하나의 감시 변수를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 그룹 레벨 제어기는,상기 단위 레벨 제어기로부터 상기 제어 변수 및 상기 감시 변수를 수집하고,수집된 상기 제어 변수 및 상기 감시 변수를 성능 저하율, 출력 변화률 및 온도 변화률 중 적어도 하나의 데이터로 가공하고,가공된 상기 데이터에 따라 상기 개별 연료전지들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단위 레벨 제어기에 오류가 발생되면, 상기 그룹 레벨 제어기는 해당 단위 레벨 제어기로 제어되는 개별 연료전지의 출력을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 그룹 레벨 제어기에 오류가 발생되면, 상기 단위 레벨 제어기는 상기 개별 연료전지의 출력을 최종 설정값으로 설정하여 상기 연료전지의 출력을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 총괄 레벨 제어기에 오류가 발생되면, 상기 그룹 레벨 제어기는 상기 연료전지 그룹의 출력을 최종 설정값으로 설정하여 상기 연료전지 그룹의 출력을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 시스템.
- 적어도 하나의 개별 연료전지가 병렬로 연결된 연료전지 그룹을 적어도 둘 이상 포함하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어 방법에 있어서,그리드의 전력 수요에 따라 연료전지 시스템의 총 출력을 결정하고 상기 총 출력에 대응하여 개별적인 상기 연료전지 그룹들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 단계와;상기 연료전지 그룹 내 개별 연료전지의 성능 저하율을 기반으로 상기 연료전지 그룹의 내 개별 연료전지들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 단계와;상기 개별 연료전지의 출력을 제어하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 개별 연료전지들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 단계는,상기 개별 연료전지에 대한 제어 변수 및 감시 변수를 성능 저하율, 출력 변화률 및 온도 변화률 중 적어도 하나의 데이터로 가공하고, 가공된 상기 데이터에 따라 상기 개별 연료전지들의 출력 배분을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 연료전지 시스템은 개별 연료전지의 출력을 제어하는 단위 레벨 제어기와, 상기 연료전지 그룹의 출력을 제어하는 그룹 레벨 제어기, 및 상기 연료전지 시스템의 총 출력을 제어하는 총괄 레벨 제어기를 포함하고,상기 단위 레벨 제어기에 오류가 발생되면 상기 그룹 레벨 제어기는 오류가 발생한 단위 레벨 제어기로 제어되는 개별 연료전지의 출력을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 그룹 레벨 제어기에 오류가 발생되면,상기 단위 레벨 제어기는 상기 개별 연료전지의 출력을 최종 설정값으로 설정하여 상기 연료전지의 출력을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 총괄 레벨 제어기에 오류가 발생되면,상기 그룹 레벨 제어기는 상기 연료전지 그룹의 출력을 최종 설정값으로 설정하여 상기 연료전지 그룹의 출력을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 제어 방법.
