To compare the degree of Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 targeting of tumor tissues and other major organ tissues, the liver and spleen tissues were also homogenized under the same conditions to count bacteria, and the results were shown in FIGS. 5 (CT26 cell transplantation mouse) and FIG. 6 (MC38). Cell transplanted mice).
- Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 accumulates in tumor tissue and is effectively targeted in a mouse model in which CT26 cells and MC38 cells are transplanted.

- the present invention was to measure the cell viability assay of cells treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 after culturing cells of pancreatic cancer (2 types), liver cancer (1 type), bladder cancer (1 type), and skin cancer (1 type).
- the anti-cancer activity efficacy of the cancer cells not treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 was confirmed based on a growth rate of 100%.
- the cell growth rate (cell viability assay) was treated with MOI1 concentration, and then cultured for 72 hours. After incubation, the cell counting Kit-8 reagent was treated and absorbance (OD 450 nm) was measured. The growth rate of cells treated with Lactobacillus fermentum WiKim0102 was calculated based on 100% absorbance of cells not treated with Lactobacillus fermentum WiKim0102, and the experimental results are described below. Did.
- cell growth rate of 26.3% in the human-derived pancreatic cancer ASPC1 cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 and 49.4% in the human-derived pancreatic cancer cell line PANC1 was measured. From the above results, it can be seen that in the case of the pancreatic cancer cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102, the cell growth rate is significantly inhibited and thus has excellent anticancer activity efficacy against pancreatic cancer.
- a cell growth rate of 31.4% was measured in a human-derived liver cancer HepG2 cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102. From the above results, it can be confirmed that in the case of a liver cancer cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102, the cell growth rate is remarkably inhibited and thus has excellent anticancer activity efficacy against liver cancer.
- a cell growth rate of 66.8% was measured in a bladder cancer T24 cell line derived from humans treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102. From the above results, it can be seen that in the case of the bladder cancer cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102, the cell growth rate is remarkably inhibited, so it has excellent anticancer activity efficacy against bladder cancer.
- a cell growth rate of 39.7% was measured in a skin melanoma B16F10 cell line derived from a mouse treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102. From the above results, it can be seen that in the case of a skin cancer cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102, cell growth rate is remarkably inhibited, and thus it has excellent anticancer activity efficacy against skin cancer.
- the cell growth rate was measured to be 96.2% in the normal skin cell line treated with Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102, and it can be confirmed from the above results that Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 has no toxicity to the normal skin cell line. .
- the two-way test t-test determined statistically significant differences in tumor growth between the negative control group and the Lactobacillus performance WiKim0102 treatment group. P ⁇ 0.05 was considered significantly for all tumor growth graph analysis.
