Definitions

  • the present disclosure is related to a heating module (radiator) comprising a kapton coated flexible resistance in its internal surfaces, used in the heaters that provide heating of various environments.
  • heating systems that operate with the principle to compensate the heat loss from the internal environment to the external environment (medium) are used.
  • heating systems in general; radiators, heating fans, unit heaters, air conditioners, heating stoves with various firings/fuel, towel warmers or infrared heaters are used.
  • Homogenous heat distribution cannot be provided by said systems.
  • Another disadvantage of these heater types is they cannot distribute the heat to the environment efficiently.
  • the present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages by means of being inspired by the current conditions.
  • the main aim of the present invention is to provide a heater that distributes the heat in a more efficient and homogenous manner by means of the kapton coated heating module (radiator) to meet the need for heating in various environments.
  • Another aim of the invention is to produce a heating module that is more durable against to heat and external factors and can operate continuously at high temperatures by means of its kapton coating.
  • the present disclosure is a heating module which is used in heaters that providing to heat indoor and outdoor usage areas; wherein an embodiment is obtained by means of the heat path that enables the heating function via energy connections; the heating plates act as a heat exchanger and kapton coating that coated mentioned heat path and enabling to heat the heating plates by means of transferring heat received from the heat path.

  • the required energy of the heat path (101 ) is provided via the energy connections (103) located on the heating module (1 ).
  • the heat path (101 ) is covered by the kapton layers (102). In this manner it is provided that the heat path (101 ) heats the kapton layer (102).
  • the kapton layer (102) heats the heat exchanger plates (104) that enable homogenous heat distribution and to give heat to the environment as a radiator by the heat exchanger plates (104).
  • the heat exchanger plates (104) can be made of metal (aluminum, copper, iron, steel), ceramic or stone material.
  • the kapton layer (102) is a polyamide film; that has high resistance degree due to its structure, can remain without any degradation between -269 ⁇ ’ to+260 t C temperatures and has a heat carrying capacity up to 400TT It ca n be produced in various forms and sizes. It can be used in irregular and narrow areas easily due to its flexible, light and thin structure. It provides high resistance against to most solvents, oils and radiation, At the same time it is appropriate for the applications which the heater can be exposed to a chemical or a liquid. Due to these features the kapton layer (102) is very ideal with the applications where the area and weight is limited or the applications which he heater can be exposed to a chemical or a liquid. Thus, the heating module (1 ) is provided to be used in all heaters with an easy manner.
