Abstract

L'invention concerne un produit alimentaire portionné (1) de type granola, lequel comprend une composition de mélange sec agglomérée par un liant. Le liant comprend au moins 45 % en poids de miel, de sucre inverti, ou d'un mélange de miel ou de sucre inverti. Le produit alimentaire a une composition de mélange sec à un rapport de liant de telle sorte que la quantité totale de sucre du produit alimentaire soit inférieure à 20 % en poids. Ce produit peut être moulé dans une forme attrayante telle qu'une forme d'ourson. Le produit alimentaire se désintègre en morceaux dans un liquide tel que du lait dans un temps raisonnable, fournissant ainsi au consommateur des morceaux de produits de granola dans du lait comme si le lait avait été versé sur du granola classique. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication dudit produit alimentaire.
