Abstract

본 문서에 따른 디코딩 장치에 의하여 수행되는 영상 디코딩 방법은 비트스트림으로부터 현재 블록에 대한 예측 모드 정보 및 블록 벡터 차분(block vector difference)에 관한 정보를 획득하는 단계, 상기 예측 모드 정보를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 예측 모드를 IBC(Intra Block Copy) 예측 모드로 도출하는 단계; 상기 블록 벡터 차분에 관한 정보를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 블록 벡터 차분을 도출하는 단계, 상기 블록 벡터 차분을 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 블록 벡터를 도출하는 단계 및 상기 블록 벡터가 가리키는 현재 픽처 내의 복원 샘플들을 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 예측 샘플들을 생성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 블록 벡터 차분에 관한 정보는 상기 블록 벡터 차분의 절대 값이 0보다 큰지에 대한 신택스 요소 및 상기 블록 벡터 차분의 부호에 대한 신택스 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
