타이머 디스플레이 상의 제2 면이 제1 면으로 점차적으로 변화되어 목표 시간의 경과가 표시될 수 있다. 목표 시간이 종료되면 제1시간 표시 구조(310)의 제1 면이 타이머 디스플레이 상에 표시될 수 있다.
타이머 상에 다시 시간이 설정되면, 다시 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)가 제1 시간 표시 구조(310)의 상면에 위치한 상태가 될 수 있다.
타이머 디스플레이는 숫자로도 표시될 수 있지만, n분할로서 표현되어 어떠한 시간 설정에 대해서도 시간당 이동 각도 조절로 타이머 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 추가적인 제3 시간 표시 구조가 사용되어 추가의 시간 표시를 위해 활용될 수 있다. 제3 시간 표시 구조가 제3 연결 구조를 포함하고, 제3 시간 표시 구조가 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)의 상면에 위치하여 제3 시간 표시 구조를 통해 별도의 색깔로 추가적인 시간 관념에 대한 표시가 가능하다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 시간 표시 구조 상의 연결 구조를 이용하여 시간 표시 구조의 위치를 설정하기 위해서 시간 표시 구조의 위치를 조정하는 위치 조정 구조가 타이머 상에 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 시작 스위치가 눌리면 제1 연결 구조(315)와 제2 연결 구조(315)를 기반으로 제1 시간 표시 구조(310) 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)의 회전에 따라 제1 시간 표시 구조(310)의 제1 면이 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)의 제2 면의 상단으로 이동되면서 제1 시간 표시 구조(310)의 제1 면이 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)의 제2 면을 덮어야 한다. 위치 조정 구조는 이러한 동작을 용이하게 하기 위해 위치 제2 시간 표시 구조(320) 및/또는 제2 연결 구조의 각도 및 위치, 제1 시간 표시 구조(310) 및/또는 제1 연결 구조의 각도 및 위치를 조정하여 제1 시간 표시 구조(310) 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)의 회전에 따라 제1 시간 표시 구조(310)의 제1 면이 제2 시간 표시 구조(320)의 제2 면의 상단으로 이동되도록 할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 타이머 설정 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 4에서는 시간 설정 카드에 따른 타이머에서 목표 시간을 결정하고, 시간 변화 간격을 결정하기 위한 방법이 개시된다.
도 4를 참조하면, 시간 설정 카드는 타이머에서 설정될 시간을 설정하기 위한 카드일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 시간 설정 카드(410)의 목표 시간은 30분이고, 제1 시간 설정 카드(410)가 타이머에 삽입되는 경우, 타이머가 30분으로 설정될 수 있다. 제2 시간 설정 카드(420)의 목표 시간이 1시간이고, 제2 시간 설정 카드(420)가 타이머에 삽입되는 경우, 타이머가 1시간으로 설정될 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이 시간 설정 카드가 삽입되는 경우, 통신부는 근거리 통신(예를 들어, NFC(near field communication))를 이용하여 시간 설정 카드의 통신부와 통신하여 시간 설정 카드로부터 시간 설정 정보(450)를 수신할 수 있다. 통신부가 수신한 시간 설정 정보(450)는 타이머 구동부로 전달되어 목표 시간을 결정할 수 있다.
시간 설정 카드가 제1 시간으로 설정된 경우, 타이머 구동부는 제1 시간에 따른 시간 변화 간격(또는 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도)을 결정하고, 타이머 디스플레이 상의 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 움직임을 변화시킬 수 있다.
또한, 시간 설정 카드가 제2 시간으로 설정된 경우, 타이머 구동부는 제2 시간에 따른 시간 변화 간격(또는 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도)을 결정하고, 타이머 디스플레이 상의 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 움직임을 변화시킬 수 있다.
전술한 실시예에서는 기계적으로 시간 설정 카드를 삽입하여 시간 설정 카드에 따라 타이머의 목표 시간을 결정하는 방법이 개시되었으나, 통신부를 기반으로 사용자 장치의 타이머 어플리케이션을 통해 타이머의 목표 시간을 결정할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자 장치의 타이머 어플리케이션을 통해 타이머를 통해 설정하고 싶은 목표 시간이 결정될 수 있다. 타이머 어플리케이션 상의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 타이머 목표 시간이 30분으로 결정되면, 타이머 목표 시간 정보가 타이머로 전송되고, 타이머 목표 시간 정보에 따라 타이머의 시간 변화 간격(또는 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도)이 결정되어 동작할 수 있다.
또한, 스위치부도 물리적인 스위치가 아닌 사용자 장치 상의 타이머 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자 인터페이스 상의 스위치를 누를 수 있도록 구현되어 타이머의 시작 및/또는 종료를 결정할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 타이머 어플리케이션을 통해 설정이 필요한 타임을 구매할 수도 있다. 자주 사용하는 시간의 경우, 시간(예를 들어, 30분)을 구매하여 설정하면, 타이머 어플리케이션을 통해 타이머 상에 30분의 시간에 대한 설정을 수행할 수 있다. 타이머 상에 설정 가능한 시간의 구매는 1회성 구매로 1회성으로 타이머 상에서 사용할 수도 있고, 영구 구매로서 타이머 상에서 지속적으로 사용 가능하도록 할 수도 있다. 즉, 별도의 NFC 카드를 이용한 방식이 아닌 타이머 어플리케이션 상의 가상의 타이머 카드를 구매하여 타이머 카드를 기반으로 타이머에 대한 설정이 가능하도록 할 수 있다.
마이페이지를 통해 구매한 시간 및 목표별 시간의 클릭(실행)횟수와 사용시간 총량의 기록이 남을 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 타이머를 기반으로 한 몰입 시간의 측정 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 5에서는 타이머를 활용하여 사용자의 학습 시간, 작업 시간과 같은 몰입 시간을 측정하기 위한 방법이 개시된다. 이하, 설명의 편의상 사용자가 타이머를 사용하여 자리에 앉아 있는 시간은 몰입 시간이라는 용어로 표현할 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 타이머 사용자가 자리에 앉아 타이머(500)의 스타트 버튼을 누르면 센서를 기반으로 타이머 사용자의 존재를 센싱하여 사용자의 몰입 시간을 측정할 수 있다.
센서에 의해 사용자의 존재가 센싱되는 경우, 타이머(500)가 동작하여 시간에 대한 카운트가 수행되고, 센서에 의해 사용자의 존재가 센싱되지 않는 경우, 타이머가(500) 동작하지 않고, 시간에 대한 카운트가 중단될 수 있다. 사용자가 자리를 비우는 경우, 사용자의 움직임을 감지하여 타이머(500)의 동작을 중단시킬 수 있다. 이러한 방식으로 사용자가 몰입하는 시간에 대한 측정이 수행될 수 있고, 사용자는 타이머(500)를 통해 몰입 시간을 확인할 수 있다.
타이머(500)를 통해 측정된 시간은 통신부를 통하여 사용자 장치(520)로 전송될 수 있다. 사용자 장치(520)는 사용자의 존재에 대한 센싱을 기반으로 타이머(500)의 측정 시작 및 측정 중단을 통해 사용자의 몰입 시간의 총량에 대한 정보를 수신하고, 몰입 시간의 총량에 대한 정보는 서버(540)에 저장될 수 있다.
사용자 장치(520) 상의 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 몰입 시간에 대한 정보가 사용자에게 제공될 수 있다. 또한, 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 몰입 시간에 대한 정보가 제공되고 또한, 사용자의 몰입 패턴에 대한 분석 정보, 몰입 패턴 교정 정보 등도 제공될 수 있다.
이뿐만 아니라, 몰입 시간 정보가 설정된 그룹 내에 공유되어 상호 간에 업무/학업을 독려하기 위해 사용될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 카테고리별 몰입 시간 측정 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 6에서는 카테고리별 몰입 시간을 측정하기 위한 방법이 개시된다.
도 6을 참조하면, 카테고리별 시간 측정 카드가 존재하고, 설정된 카테고리에 따라 몰입 시간이 측정될 수 있다.
시간 측정 카드(카테고리1)이 삽입되는 경우, 카테고리1에 대한 몰입 시간이 측정될 수 있다. 도 5에서 전술한 바와 같이 타이머(600)를 통해 측정된 시간은 통신부를 통하여 사용자 장치로 전송될 수 있다. 이때 카테고리1에 대한 것임을 지시하는 정보가 추가로 포함되어 사용자 장치(620)로 전송될 수 있다. 카테고리1에 대한 몰입 시간의 총량에 대한 정보는 서버(640)에 저장될 수 있다.
시간 측정 카드(카테고리1), 시간 측정 카드(카테고리2), 시간 측정 카드(카테고리3) 및 시간 측정 카드(카테고리n)이 존재할 수 있고, 시간 측정 카드의 삽입에 따라 설정된 카테고리 별 시간 측정이 수행될 수 있다.
이를 통해 카테고리별 몰입 시간에 대한 측정이 가능하고, 카테고리별 몰입 시간을 기반으로 종합적인 몰입 시간 관리도 수행될 수 있다. 마찬가지로 사용자 장치(620) 상의 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 카테고리별 몰입 시간에 대한 정보가 사용자에게 제공될 수 있다. 또한, 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 카테고리별 몰입 패턴에 대한 분석 정보, 몰입 패턴 교정 정보 등도 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면 타이머(600)는 사용자 장치(620)와 동기화되어 타이머(600)의 시작 버튼(또는 동작 버튼)이 눌리면, 사용자의 사용자 장치(620)와 동기화되어 사용자 장치(620)의 동작 중 일부를 차단할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 타이머(600)의 시작 버튼이 눌리는 경우, 사용자 장치(620)를 집중 모드로 자동 전환하여 사용자 장치(620)를 통해 전달되는 SMS(short message service) 메시지, 전화 등을 차단하는 기능이 수행될 수 있다.
또한, 사용자 장치(620)는 타이머 사용 중에 전달되는 전화 또는 메시지에 대하여 "현재 집중 모드입니다(현재 받을 수 없는 상황입니다.) 잠시 후 회신 드리겠습니다.”와 같은 SMS(short message service) 회신을 자동적으로 보내줄 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 타이머 디스플레이 설정 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 7에서는 타이머 디스플레이 상의 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 움직임을 변화시키기 위한 방법이 개시된다.
도 7을 참조하면, 사용자의 설정에 따라 타이머 시작 지점 및 타이머 종료 지점이 결정될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 애플리케이션 상의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 시작 지점과 종료 지점이 설정될 수 있고, 목표 시간 또한 설정될 수 있다. 설정된 시작 지점, 종료 지점 및 목표 시간을 기반으로 시간 변화 간격이 설정되고, 시간 변화 간격에 따라 타이머 디스플레이 상의 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 움직임이 변화될 수 있다.
또한, 설정된 타이머 시작 지점(710)과 설정된 타이머 종료 지점(720)에 따라 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 초기 위치가 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 연결 구조와 제2 연결 구조의 초기 위치가 시작 지점(600)으로 설정되어 타이머 시작 지점(710)으로부터 타이머 종료 지점(720)까지 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조가 회전될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 사용자 장치 상의 타이머 애플리케이션을 기반으로 설정된 타이머 시작 지점(710) 및 타이머 종료 지점(720)이 타이머 상에 표시될 수 있다. 구체적으로 사용자 장치를 통해 설정된 타이머 시작 지점(710), 타이머 종료 지점(720)에 대한 정보가 전달되고, 타이머 시작 지점(710), 타이머 종료 지점(720)이 시각적으로 표시될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예 따르면, 타이머 영역을 복수의 구간으로 분할하여 사용할 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 사용자가 50분, 10분, 50분 10분과 같이 복수의 시간 간격에 대한 시간 분할을 원하는 경우, 사용자 장치를 통해 복수의 시간에 대한 분할이 수행될 수 있다. 구체적으로 애플리케이션을 통해 분할하고자 하는 시간 간격을 제1 시간 간격, 제2 시간 간격, 제3 시간 간격, 제4 시간 간격으로 설정할 수 있다. 제1 시간 간격, 제2 시간 간격, 제3 시간 간격, 제4 시간 간격에 대한 정보를 기반으로 타이머 전체 영역이 제1 시간 분할 영역, 제2 시간 분할 영역, 제3 시간 분할 영역 및 제4 시간 분할 영역으로 나뉠 수 있다.
사용자 장치 상의 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 시간의 크기를 고려하여 제1 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점) 제2 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점), 제3 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점), 제4 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점)이 설정될 수 있다.
타이머 상에서는 제1 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점), 제2 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점), 제3 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점), 제4 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점)이 표시될 수 있다. 타이머 디스플레이 상에 별도의 시작 지점, 종료 지점이 표시될 수 있다.
타이머의 시작에 따라, 제1 시간 간격 동안 제1 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점) 상에서 시간 표시 영역이 변화되면서 시간이 카운팅될 수 있다.
이후, 제2 시간 간격 동안 제2 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점) 상에서 시간 표시 영역이 변화되면서 시간이 카운팅되고, 제3 시간 간격 동안 제3 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점) 상에서 시간 표시 영역이 변화되면서 시간이 카운팅되고, 제4 시간 간격 동안 제4 시간 분할 영역(시작 지점, 종료 지점) 상에서 시간 표시 영역이 변화되면서 시간이 카운팅될 수 있다.
이러한 방법으로 사용자는 타이머 상에서 복수의 서로 다른 시간을 설정하여 하나의 타이머 화면 상에서 시각적으로 확인할 수 있다.
또는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 시간 분할 영역을 설정하고, 시간 분할 영역마다 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도가 다르도록 설정할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 시간 분할 영역에 대하여 1분에 1도를 움직이도록 설정하고, 제2 시간 분할 영역에 대하여는 1분에 5도를 움직이도록 설정하여 필요에 따라 각 영역을 회전하는 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도를 다르게 설정할 수 있다.
이러한 시간 분할 영역을 표시하기 위해 전술한 추가적인 제3 시간 표시 구조가 활용될 수도 있다. 제1 시간 표시 구조와 제2 시간 표시 구조는 분할 영역을 표시하기 위해 사용되고, 제3 시간 표시 구조는 분할 영역 내에서의 시간의 변화를 표시하기 위해 활용될 수 있다. 제1 시간 표시 구조 및 제2 시간 표시 구조를 통해 제1 시간 분할 영역에 해당하는 영역이 하얀색으로 표시되어 설정되고, 제1 시간 분할 영역 상에서 제3 시간 표시 구조가 녹색으로 이동되면서 시간의 변화를 표시할 수 있다. 즉, 제1 시간 표시 구조 및 제2 시간 표시 구조는 분할 영역 상에서 타이머 시작 영역, 타이머 종료 영역을 표시하고, 제3 시간 표시 구조가 시간이 흐름에 따라 회전하면서 시각적으로 시간의 흐름을 표시할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 타이머를 기반으로 몰입 시간을 교정하는 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 전술한 바와 같이 사용자 장치 상의 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 몰입 시간에 대한 정보가 사용자에게 제공될 수 있다. 또한, 타이머 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 몰입 시간에 대한 정보가 제공되고 또한, 사용자의 몰입 패턴에 대한 분석 정보, 몰입 패턴 교정 정보 등도 제공될 수 있다.
서버는 사용자의 몰입 패턴을 분석할 수 있다. 사용자의 시간대 별 몰입 시간에 대한 정보 분석, 몰입 시간의 길이, 몰입 시간의 빈도 등을 고려하여 몰입 패턴에 대한 분석이 수행될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 아침에는 사용자의 상대적으로 긴 몰입 시간을 가지고 저녁으로 갈수록 몰입 시간의 길이가 짧아지거나, 점심 시간 전후로 몰입 시간이 길어지는 등의 패턴이 분석될 수 있다.
몰입 패턴의 분석의 정확도를 위해서 시간 구간이 분할되고 해당 시간 구간 별로 몰입도가 결정될 수 있다. 사용자의 몰입 패턴을 분석하기 위해 기존의 사용자의 몰입 시간 정보가 수집될 수 있다. 복수의 시간 구간이 설정되고, 복수의 시간 구간 내에서 사용자의 하위 몰입 시간 패턴 정보가 추출될 수 있다. 제1 시간 구간이 오전 9시에서 오전 11시 사이인 경우, 해당 시간 구간에서 사용자의 하위 몰입 시간이 추출될 수 있다. 하위 몰입 시간 패턴 정보는 (1시간 몰입 20분 휴식, 40분 몰입), (50분 몰입, 5분 휴식 1시간 몰입 5분 휴식) 등과 같은 몰입 시간과 휴식 시간에 대한 정보일 수 있다.
하위 몰입 시간 중 최대값의 임계 퍼센트와 최소값의 임계 퍼센트가 제외되고, 나머지 값의 평균으로 시간 구간의 몰입 시간이 결정될 수 있다.
이때 복수의 시간 구간은 단순 분할되는 것이 아니라, 사용자의 몰입 패턴의 클러스터링을 통해 유사한 패턴을 가지는 시간 구간으로 그룹핑될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 오후 1시에서 오후 3시 사이에 유사한 몰입 패턴이 많이 보이는 경우, 해당 시간 구간이 하나의 시간 구간으로 그룹핑될 수 있다. 즉, 사용자의 몰입 패턴의 특징별로 시간 구간도 분할될 수 있다.
서버는 분석 결과를 기반으로 사용자의 몰입이 취약한 몰입 취약 시간대(800)를 결정하고, 몰입 취약 시간대에서 타이머의 설정을 다르게 진행할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 몰입 취약 시간대(800)에서는 사용자의 몰입도를 높이기 위한 목표 시간을 설정하고, 목표 시간에 맞추어 타이머 설정을 수행할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 몰입 취약 시간대(800)에서 몰입 시간이 15분인 경우, 목표 시간(820)을 몰입 시간의 200%로 설정하여 30분 동안 사용자가 몰입 취약 시간대(800)에서 몰입이 가능하도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자의 몰입 취약 시간대가 분석되어 목표 시간이 사용자의 몰입 취약 시간에 따라 적응적으로 설정될 수도 있다. 기존의 사용자와 유사한 몰입 취약 시간대를 가졌던 다른 사용자의 몰입도를 개선하기 위해 효과적이었던 타임 테이블을 정보를 학습하여 사용자의 몰입 취약 시간대 별로 분석하여 목표 시간을 적응적으로 설정할 수도 있다.
이러한 방식으로 사용자가 자신의 몰입 취약 시간대(800)에서 몰입을 좀 더 할 수 있도록 목표 시간(820)이 설정되고, 목표 시간(820)에 따라 타이머 설정이 수행될 수 있다. 이러한 방식으로 사용자는 타이머의 사용이 가능한 전체 시간 대를 분할하여 몰입 시간을 효과적으로 배분할 수 있고, 분할된 시간대의 시간에 맞도록 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도가 결정될 수 있다.
몰입 취약 시간대(800)가 아닌 경우, 기존의 몰입 패턴을 기준으로 목표 시간(820)이 설정되고, 목표 시간(820)에 따라 타이머 설정이 수행될 수 있다.
즉, 사용자 장치의 타이머 어플리케이션 상에서는 사용자의 몰입 패턴에 따라 개인 스케줄에 대한 타이머의 목표 시간이 설정되어 사용자가 타이머를 기반으로 목표 시간 동안 몰입할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면 이러한 타이머를 기반으로 데드라인에 대한 관리가 수행될 수도 있다. 구체적으로 데드라인 관리 방법에서는 다른 통신 장치와 결합하여 IoT(internet of things) 기반의 서비스가 제공될 수도 있다. 다른 사용자의 장치(예를 들어, 타이머, 핸드폰, 인공지능 스피커, 스마트워치, 인터폰 등)와 결합될 수 있다.
구체적으로 타이머와 연동되어 사용자의 데드라인에 대한 관리가 진행될 수 있다. 사용자에 의해 설정된 데드라인 정보가 어플리케이션을 통해 타이머로 전송될 수 있다. 타이머는 설정된 데드라인 정보를 수신하고, 데드라인 정보에 따라 타이머를 세팅하여 데드라인에 대한 정보를 시각적으로 제공할 수 있다.
타이머는 가장 우선 순위의 데드라인과 연동되어 사용자에게 데드라인을 처리하도록 알람을 제공할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시예에서는 데드라인의 우선 순위를 결정하는 방법이 개시된다.
도 9는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 타이머 상에서 데드라인에 대한 알람 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 9에서는 타이머와 연동 가능한 데드라인 관리 어플리케이션에서 타이머를 통한 데드라인의 알람을 제공하기 위해 데드라인의 우선 순위를 결정하는 방법이 개시된다.
도 9를 참조하면, 데드라인 관리 어플리케이션은 데드라인별 중요도를 판단하여 데드라인의 우선 순위를 설정할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 데드라인 중요도는 데드라인 별로 데드라인에 대한 처리가 수행되는 패턴을 고려하여 결정될 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에서는 데드라인 별 중요도를 결정하기 위해 데드라인을 기준으로 한 데드라인 처리 패턴이 결정될 수 있다. 데드라인 관리 서버는 사용자들의 데드라인을 기점으로 데드라인을 처리하는 데드라인 처리 정보(900)를 수집하고, 데드라인 처리 패턴을 결정할 수 있다.
데드라인 관리 서버는 데드라인별 데드라인 처리 패턴을 제1 데드라인 처리 패턴(910), 제2 데드라인 처리 패턴(920), 제3 데드라인 처리 패턴(930) 등으로 분류하여 관리할 수 있다. 이러한 데드라인 처리 패턴은 데드라인을 기준으로 이전 시점에 데드라인을 관리해야 하는 전체 사용자 중 데드라인에 대한 사전 처리를 한 사전 처리 사용자의 제1 비율, 데드라인을 기준으로 이후 시점에 데드라인을 관리해야 하는 전체 사용자 중 데드라인에 대한 사후 처리를 한 사후 처리 사용자의 제2 비율, 전체 사용자 중 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하지 않은 사용자의 제3 비율을 기준으로 데드라인 처리 패턴이 결정될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제1 데드라인 처리 패턴(910)은 데드라인을 기준으로 이전 전체 사용자 중 제1 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사전 처리 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하고, 데드라인 이후, 전체 사용자 중 제2 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사후 처리 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하고, 전체 사용자 중 제3 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하지 않은 경우일 수 있다.
제2 데드라인 처리 패턴(920)은 데드라인을 기준으로 전체 사용자 중 제4 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사전 처리 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하고, 데드라인 이후, 전체 사용자 중 제5 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사후 처리 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하고, 전체 사용자 중 제6 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하지 않은 경우일 수 있다. 여기서, 제4 임계 퍼센트는 제1 임계 퍼센트보다 작은 값이고, 제5 임계 퍼센트는 제2 임계 퍼센트보다 큰 값이고, 제6 임계 퍼센트는 제3 임계 퍼센트보다 큰 값일 수 있다.
제3 데드라인 처리 패턴(930)은 데드라인을 기준으로 전체 사용자 중 제7 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사전 처리 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하고, 데드라인 이후, 전체 사용자 중 제8 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사후 처리 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하고, 전체 사용자 중 제9 임계 퍼센트에 해당하는 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하지 않은 경우일 수 있다. 여기서, 제7 임계 퍼센트는 제4 임계 퍼센트보다 작은 값이고, 제8 임계 퍼센트는 제5 임계 퍼센트보다 작은 값이고, 제9 임계 퍼센트는 제6 임계 퍼센트보다 큰 값일 수 있다.
이러한 데드라인 패턴을 기반으로 해당 데드라인에 대해 사용자들이 얼마나 중요도를 가지고 처리하는지에 대한 판단되고, 데드라인에 대한 우선 순위가 결정될 수 있다. 데드라인을 기준으로 상대적으로 이전에 데드라인에 대한 처리가 이루어질수록 데드라인에 높은 우선 순위가 부여되고, 데드라인을 기준으로 상대적으로 이후에 데드라인에 대한 처리가 이루어질수록 데드라인에 낮은 우선 순위가 부여되고, 데드라인에 대한 처리가 되지 않을수록 상대적으로 낮은 우선 순위가 부여될 수 있다.
또는 전술한 바와 같이 데드라인 처리 패턴은 데드라인을 기준으로 이전 시점에 데드라인을 관리해야 하는 전체 사용자 중 데드라인에 대한 사전 처리를 한 사전 처리 사용자의 제1 비율에 대한 제1 가중치, 데드라인을 기준으로 이후 시점에 데드라인을 관리해야 하는 전체 사용자 중 데드라인에 대한 사후 처리를 한 사후 처리 사용자의 제2 비율에 대한 제2 가중치, 전체 사용자 중 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하지 않은 사용자의 제3 비율에 대한 제3 가중치를 기준으로 데드라인 처리 패턴에 대한 우선 순위가 부여될 수 있다. 이러한 제1 가중치, 제2 가중치, 제3 가중치는 데드라인을 지키지 못할 경우, 발생하는 추가 금액 정보(이하, 추가 금액 정보), 데드라인을 지키지 못할 경우 서비스 중단 여부 정보(이하, 서비스 중단 정보), 사용자의 서비스 이용도에 대한 정보(이하, 사용자 서비스 이용도 정보)를 고려하여 결정될 수 있다. 추가 금액 정보 및 서비스 중단 정보는 서비스를 제공하는 데드라인 수집 외부 서버로부터 제공될 수 있다. 사용자 서비스 이용도 정보는 사용자가 해당 서비스를 얼마나 이용했는지에 대한 누적된 기록을 기반으로 결정될 수 있다.
이러한 데드라인별 우선 순위를 기반으로 최우선 데드라인에 대한 알람이 타이머를 통해 제공될 수 있다. 데드라인의 우선 순위는 사용자의 데드라인의 처리에 따라 적응적으로 계속 변화될 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 데드라인의 우선 순위를 결정하는 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 10에서는 데드라인별 우선 순위를 결정하기 위한 방법이 개시된다.
도 10을 참조하면, 데드라인 관리 어플리케이션은 데드라인별 우선 순위를 결정하기 위해 데드라인을 기준으로 얼마나 빠르게 처리되는지에 대한 경향도를 추가적으로 판단하여 데드라인의 우선 순위가 결정될 수도 있다.
데드라인을 기준으로 이전 시점에서 데드라인으로 갈수록 사용자가 데드라인에 대한 처리를 하는 처리율이 높아질 수 있다. 데드라인에 임박해서 처리하는 사용자의 수보다 데드라인에 임박하지 않아서 미리 처리하는 사용자의 수가 많을수록 상대적으로 높은 우선 순위가 부여될 수 있다.
데드라인의 우선 순위에 대한 결정을 위해 통보 시점에서 데드라인 시점까지를 n개의 구간으로 분할하고, n개의 구간별 사용자의 처리율을 산정할 수 있다. n이 5인 경우, n 1(1010), n 2(1020), n 3(1030), n 4(1040), n 5(1050) 각각의 구간에서 사용자의 처리율이 산정될 수 있다. n 1(10%) n 2(25%), n 3(50%), n 4(70%), n 5(90%)와 같이 사용자의 사전 처리율이 결정되고 이러한 사전 처리율의 변화를 고려하여 데드라인을 기준으로 상대적으로 이전 시점에 데드라인에 대한 사용자의 처리율이 높아질수록 데드라인의 우선 순위가 상대적으로 더 높게 설정될 수 있다.
구체적으로 n 1(1010)의 초기값, n 1(1010)에서 n 2(1020)로 진행되는 제1 비율, n 2(1020)에서 n 3(1030)으로 진행되는 제2 비율, n 3(1030)에서 n 4(1040)로 진행되는 제3 비율, n 4(1040)에서 n 5(1050)로 진행되는 제4 비율 각각을 고려하여 초기값, 제1 비율, 제2 비율과 같은 초기 비율이 상대적으로 높을수록 해당 데드라인이 상대적으로 높은 우선 순위로 설정될 수 있다.
이러한 구간의 분할은 우선 순위를 판단해야 하는 데드라인별 패턴의 유사도에 따라 다르게 설정될 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 데드라인의 우선 순위를 결정하는 방법을 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 11에서는 우선 순위를 판단해야 하는 데드라인별 패턴의 유사도에 따라 구간을 분할하는 방법이 개시된다.
도 11을 참조하면, 복수의 데드라인에 대한 처리 우선 순위를 결정하기 위해 1차 구간 분할이 수행될 수 있다.
1차 구간 분할은 2분할로서 데드라인을 기준으로 이전 기간을 2개의 구간(n 1, n 2)으로 분할할 수 있다.
2개의 구간의 분할 이후, n 1 구간(1110)과 n 2 구간(1120) 각각에 대한 사전 처리율이 결정될 수 있다.
만약, 1차 구간 분할을 기준으로 n 1 구간(1110)과 n 2 구간(1120) 각각에 대한 사전 처리율이 설정된 유사 임계 범위 내에서 유사한 경우, 추가의 2차 구간 분할이 수행될 수 있다.
2차 구간 분할에서는 n 1 구간(1110) 또는 n 2 구간(1120) 중 사전 처리율의 차이가 더 큰 구간에 대해 수행될 수 있다. 만약, n 2 구간(1120) 보다 n 1 구간(1110)의 사전 처리율의 차이가 더 큰 경우, n 1 구간(1110)에 대한 구간 분할이 수행될 수 있다.
n 1 구간(1110)에 대한 구간 분할은 n 1 구간(1110) 중 1/2 지점(1150) 또는 최대 처리율 변화 지점(1160)을 기준으로 분할될 수 있다. 우선 제1 데드라인 및 제2 데드라인이 2차 구간 분할의 대상인 경우, 제1 데드라인 및 제2 데드라인 각각의 1/2 지점(1150) 또는 최대 처리율 변화 지점(1160)을 추출하고, 1/2 지점(1150)과 최대 처리율 변화 지점(1160) 사이의 기간을 결정할 수 있다. 1/2 지점(1150)과 최대 처리율 변화 지점(1160) 사이의 기간이 n 1 구간(1110)의 임계 퍼센트 이하인 경우, 최대 처리율 변화 지점을 기준으로 n 1 구간(1110)이 분할될 수 있다. 반대로 1/2 지점(1150)과 최대 처리율 변화 지점(1160) 사이의 기간이 n 1 구간(1110)의 임계 퍼센트 초과인 경우, 1/2 지점(1150)을 기준으로 n 1 구간(1150)이 분할될 수 있다.
이러한 분할을 통해 데드라인의 사전 처리율의 특징에 대한 보다 빠른 추출 및 비교가 가능할 수 있다.
이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예는 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 실행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM 및 DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical medium), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은, 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 실행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의하여 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용하여 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위하여 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로 변경될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의하여 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위하여 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정과 변경을 꾀할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 또는 이로부터 등가적으로 변경된 모든 범위는 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 타이머 설정 방법은,
    타이머가 목표 시간을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 타이머가 상기 목표 시간을 기반으로 시간 표시 영역의 넓이를 변화시켜 상기 목표 시간을 카운팅하는 단계를 포함하되,
    상기 시간 표시 영역의 넓이는 복수의 시간 표시 구조의 회전을 기반으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 목표 시간은 상기 타이머에 삽입되는 시간 설정 카드로부터 전송된 시간 설정 정보를 기반으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 시간 표시 구조는 제1 시간 표시 구조 및 제2 시간 표시 구조를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 시간 표시 구조는 제1 연결 지점을 포함하고,
    상기 제2 시간 표시 구조는 제2 연결 지점을 포함하고,
    상기 시간 표시 영역의 넓이는 상기 제1 시간 표시 구조와 상기 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전에 따른 회전 각도에 따라 상기 제1 연결 지점 및 상기 제2 연결 지점을 기준으로 제1 시간 표시 구조의 제1 면이 제2 시간 표시 구조의 제2 면의 상단에 위치하여 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 타이머는 상기 시간 설정 카드에 따라 상기 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 상기 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 타이머는,
    목표 시간을 수신하도록 구현되는 통신부; 및
    상기 목표 시간을 기반으로 시간 표시 영역의 넓이를 변화시켜 상기 목표 시간을 카운팅하도록 구현되는 타이머 구동부를 포함하되,
    상기 시간 표시 영역의 넓이는 복수의 시간 표시 구조의 회전을 기반으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이머.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 목표 시간은 상기 타이머에 삽입되는 시간 설정 카드로부터 전송된 시간 설정 정보를 기반으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이머.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 시간 표시 구조는 제1 시간 표시 구조 및 제2 시간 표시 구조를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 시간 표시 구조는 제1 연결 지점을 포함하고,
    상기 제2 시간 표시 구조는 제2 연결 지점을 포함하고,
    상기 시간 표시 영역의 넓이는 상기 제1 시간 표시 구조와 상기 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전에 따른 회전 각도에 따라 상기 제1 연결 지점 및 상기 제2 연결 지점을 기준으로 제1 시간 표시 구조의 제1 면이 제2 시간 표시 구조의 제2 면의 상단에 위치하여 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이머.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 타이머 구동부는 상기 시간 설정 카드에 따라 상기 제1 시간 표시 구조 및/또는 상기 제2 시간 표시 구조의 회전 속도를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이머.
