Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초음파 트랜스듀서를 이용한 마이크로로봇 구동시스템은 피검체의 내부를 이동하는 마이크로로봇; 및 상기 마이크로로봇의 위치를 제어하는 마이크로로봇 구동장치;를 포함할 수 있다. 초음파 트랜스듀서를 이용한 마이크로로봇 구동장치는 복수의 초음파 트랜스듀서를 포함하는 초음파 트랜스듀서부 및 상기 복수의 초음파 트랜스듀서를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 초음파 트랜스듀서는 공간 상 특정 위치를 향하도록 굴곡면을 형성하도록 배열될 수 있다.
