When the doner kebap is finished, the empty casing spit affixed over the cooling spit on the machine is removed, and a casing spit on which doner kebap is mounted is affixed over the cooling spit. This way, use of cooling spits in restaurants with large amounts of doner kebap consumption is made convenient and low cost.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une broche de rôtisserie à refroidissement novatrice (1) qui comporte au moins un tube principal (2), comprenant un tube interne (2.1) incluant des trous de passage de réfrigérant sur celui-ci et un tube externe (2.1) incluant des trous de passage de réfrigérant sur celui-ci, au moins une chambre supérieure (3) pour le passage du réfrigérant qui va être envoyé entre le tube externe (2.2) et le tube interne (2.1), au moins une chambre inférieure (4) destinée à empêcher le mélange du réfrigérant qui a terminé sa circulation et revient à travers le tube interne (2.1) avec le réfrigérant qui va être fourni pour sa circulation, au moins une base de support fixe (7) qui est reliée à la chambre inférieure (4), un groupe commun (5) qui est utilisé pour relier la chambre inférieure (4) au tube principal (2) qui est relié à la chambre inférieure (4) à la base de support (7) et permettant un mouvement de celle-ci, et qui comprend au moins une fente (5.1) présentant une géométrie inclinée et au moins une tige (5.2) se déplaçant à l'intérieur de la fente (5.1), au moins un arbre de centrage (6) pour garantir l'alignement (le centrage) pendant l'agencement de la chambre inférieure (4) sur la base de support (7) et pour le mouvement de rotation du tube principal (2), au moins un boîtier d'arbre de centrage (7.1) qui correspond à l'arbre de centrage (6) et est utilisé pour aligner la chambre inférieure (4) et la base de support (7), au moins un plateau (8) destiné à placer la base de support (7) sur celui-ci, au moins un moteur (8.1) qui est situé sous le plateau (8) et qui génère la puissance requise pour le mouvement de rotation du tube principal (2), au moins un arbre de moteur (7.2) destiné à transmettre l'entraînement reçu du moteur (8.1) au tube principal (2) au moyen de l'arbre de centrage (6), au moins un compresseur de refroidissement (8.2) qui est situé sous le plateau (8) et qui est utilisé pour refroidir le réfrigérant, au moins un tuyau d'entrée de réfrigérant (8.3) destiné à transférer le réfrigérant du compresseur de refroidissement (8.2) vers la chambre supérieure (3), au moins un tuyau de sortie de réfrigérant (8.4) destiné à transférer le réfrigérant qui a achevé le cycle de circulation de la chambre inférieure (4) vers le compresseur de refroidissement (8.2), une soupape électronique ou mécanique (V) destinée à arrêter l'écoulement et à restaurer l'écoulement après son arrêt.
