Abstract

La présente invention concerne : une composition permettant d'induire une différenciation de cellules souches en cellules cartilagineuses, comprenant de l'acide folique, un dérivé d'acide folique ou un inhibiteur d'acide folique ; un procédé permettant d'induire une différenciation de cellules souches en cellules cartilagineuses ; et une composition pharmaceutique destinée au traitement de maladies endommageant le cartilage, contenant des cellules cartilagineuses différenciées par le procédé permettant d'induire une différenciation.
