Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mooring device for boats, which enables a boat to be attached to a mooring element with prior authorization.
- buoys for mooring boats near the coast.
- Boats are usually tied directly to the line or to a metal ring attached to the top of a buoy. These buoys do not provide information on the bearing capacity of the line, nor on the weight of the ballast. Mooring is usually carried out by two people, one pulling the buoy to deck level and the other placing the line through the ring. The mooring may only be done by one person, as long as the weather is favorable and the person has experience.
- the manager needs a suitable boat, which means a high expense not only in obtaining said boat, also gasoline, personnel and maintenance, so that in order to maintain an extensive buoy field structure there are no profitable methods that allow its exploitation in an economically and environmentally sustainable way.
- buoys Due to the fact that, according to the aforementioned, the management and control of buoys require the presence of at least one person, these buoys are generally located near inhabited coasts, while they are very rare in places further afield, such as islands, bays, etc.
- the mooring buoy or turret is transformed into a physical and face-to-face payment terminal by tokens or card or by means of an SMS or GSM message, and the correct operation of the system is conditioned on the continued operation of a communications network in the place of anchorage.
- This document also describes a mechanism on the front surface of the buoy to pay, but does not describe any digital virtual token system to perform this operation.
- an objective of the present invention is to provide a mooring device for boats that allows its authorized use, even if a direct and online communication network is not always available, in a simple and respectful way with the landscape and seabed. , even allowing a prior reservation of said mooring device.
- the mooring device according to the present invention is defined in the independent claim, and other additional and optional features are described in the dependent claims.
- the mooring device for boats according to the present invention can be controlled remotely by means of an application that acts as a terminal of the central control server, through which it is possible to access subscription, reservation, payment, pricing and use services. of these mooring devices.
- Said application may contain virtual digital tokens for authorization of use granted by the central control server
- the central control server is a computing and information storage unit located on the ground and connected to the Internet, where, among others, the billing data of the users of the system is available, this server communicates with the buoy fields and user applications, for the registration of new users, assignment of virtual digital cards, accounting and billing to users of mooring activities and data services, payment to the managers of the buoy fields of their corresponding services, reserve and queue management, environmental data recording and monitoring of the functional status of the buoys. Additionally, this server can offer all these services using a web browser as a terminal.
- the user's application and the web browser terminal can invoke a payment gateway of the mobile device to either verify and establish a banking relationship of trust in the new user registrations or alternatively, make specific payments for users who do not wish to register.
- the mooring device for boats comprises a mooring element, such as a ring, which can be placed in a use position or an inhibit position, depending on the authorization that is communicated to the device.
- the authorization of the device is a digital identifier that we call a digital virtual token from a mobile device of the user or the buoy field manager and that does not require the movement of an operator to use or inhibit the mooring point.
- the user's boat can be moored to the mooring device or buoy as established in the present invention with the use of the mobile device, even if there is no communication coverage at the mooring place, either with a mobile phone.
- smart device smart device (smartphone), electronic “tablet” with connectivity or similar, without the need to communicate with other additional elements, in the event of not having a mobile device the user may eventually request a radio authorization that can be transferred to the mooring device, in this case through a communication network with the outside world.
- the main advantage provided by the proposed invention is that said virtual digital token can be stored on the user's mobile device, without requiring other external means to act on the mooring point.
- the user's mobile device can communicate with the mooring device or buoy through a short-range local network, for example, Bluetooth® or similar, so that both, buoy and mobile device, can communicate even without having coverage of network for a global communication system, such as the Internet.
- said digital virtual token comprises a symmetric encryption key or a pair of asymmetric keys, one public and the other private, that encode its content.
- this buoy will have at least Bluetooth® radio frequency communication or similar and ultrasonic communication with the submerged buoys, being able to act as router between these two communication channels.
- the buoys will be able to send their information on occupation, use and inhibition and status to the central control server through data packets that can be transported over the internet or alternatively in the case of not having coverage in the mooring area, by means of the telephones of the Users, when they have internet coverage and later go to the mooring area, through the App installed in them.
- said mooring element is mounted on a submersible body, and said submersible body further comprises a pump to introduce or withdraw seawater in at least one area of said body to submerge or refloat said body.
- the mooring device when the mooring device is not in use, it can be submerged by the seawater itself, without affecting the environment.
- said lanyard element preferably comprises a pressure sensor, which measures the pressure exerted on it. That is, it detects that the lanyard is being used, by measuring the pressure exerted by a lanyard.
- the mooring device for boats according to the present invention preferably also comprises an ultrasonic transducer, which makes it possible to communicate with other mooring devices that may be submerged that are part of the buoy field.
- the mooring device In order to guarantee the permanent power supply of the mooring device, it also comprises one or more solar power panels and at least one energy storage battery.
- the mooring device for boats according to the present invention may also advantageously comprise:
- a flood detector connected to a bilge valve and a solenoid valve
- - environmental sensors such as temperature, solar radiation, and / or wave motion sensors
- the mooring device is designed to remain for a long time on the surface while being used by a boat, this leads to the device reaching substantially high temperatures in the upper part of the body during summer periods, due to solar radiation. .
- the device has a liquid cooling system that takes advantage of the sea waves to circulate seawater through conduits, without consuming energy from the device's batteries, thanks to small gates moved by the waves that force the water circulates mainly in one direction. This water Through conduction, it cools some plates with low thermal conductivity inside, that is, these plates and conduits act as a thermal bridge between the hot interior elements and the sea water.
- the mooring device can have a cooling system using plates that act as a thermal bridge directly between the interior elements and the water from the exterior sea.
- the mooring device will be equipped with a programmable electronic board capable of efficiently self-managing the energy consumption, the battery charge, the communication devices, the buoyancy of the device and submerging it and the sending / receiving of data through local and public networks or private. Capable of verifying and testing the environmental quality as well, health and life cycle of the internal components of the mooring device and generating usage statistics, gathering information from users and others.
