Abstract

Produit en carton revêtu et façonné (101) comprenant un élément façonné (102) composé de carton, par exemple du carton blanchi ou une feuille métallique. L'élément façonné est sans soudure et présente des plis (103) qui lui confèrent une forme tridimensionnelle. Le produit en carton revêtu et façonné comprend en outre une membrane de revêtement (104) fixée à une surface de l'élément façonné. La membrane de revêtement est conçue pour recouvrir les plis de l'élément façonné de sorte que la membrane de revêtement soit dépourvue de plis et de rides. La membrane de revêtement étant dépourvue de plis et de rides, une pièce hermétique peut être mise en œuvre par fixation d'un élément de couverture sur des zones de bord de la membrane de revêtement.
