作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述门体上设有第一配合部,所述箱体上设有第二配合部,当所述门体处于关闭状态时,所述第一配合部与所述第二配合部相互卡合,当所述门体处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度的过程中时,所述第二轴体以所述第一轴体为圆心并于所述第一段内运动而带动所述第一配合部脱离所述第二配合部。

装饰片60设置于第一铰链件32与第二铰链件31之间,且装饰片60与第一铰链件32可拆卸配合。
如此,装饰片60可以保护第一铰链件32,且便于更换铰链组件30。
在本实施方式中,铰链组件30包括相互配合的轴体311、312及槽体321、322,轴体311、312设置于第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31的其中之一,槽体321、322设置于第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31的其中另一,装饰片60包括与槽体321、322相互匹配的槽孔61、62。
具体的,槽体321、322包括第一槽体321及第二槽体322,轴体311、312包括第一轴体311及第二轴体312,第一轴体311与第一槽体321相互配合,第二轴体312与第二槽体322相互配合,第一轴体311位于第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31的其中之一,第一槽体321位于第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31的其中另一,第二轴体312位于第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31的其中之一,第二槽体322位于第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31的其中另一。

装饰片60包括与第一槽体321及第二槽体322相互匹配的第一槽孔61及第二槽孔62,第一轴体311穿过第一槽孔61而活动设置于第一槽体321内,第二轴体312穿过第二槽孔62而活动设置于第二槽体322内。
第一铰链件32包括第一铰链件本体323及位于第一铰链本体上323的第一槽体321及第二槽体322,第一槽体321及第二槽体322分别包括凸伸出第一铰链件本体323的表面的第一凸设部3211、第二凸设部3223,第一槽孔61与第一凸设部3211相互匹配,第二槽孔62与第二凸设部3223相互匹配。
这里,第一凸设部3211、第二凸设部3223相互连接,第一槽孔61、第二槽孔62相互导通。
一方面,通过设置第一凸设部3211及第二凸设部3223可以便于装饰片60的安装,且可对装饰片60进行限位,另一方面,当装饰片60与第一铰链件32相互组装时,第一凸设部3211及第二凸设部3223凸伸出装饰片60,此时,可减小第二铰链件31与第一铰链件32的接触面积,避免第二铰链件31与第一铰链件32之间的相对运动受阻。
在本实施方式中,第一铰链件32为塑料件,装饰片60为金属件,具体的,装饰片60为拉丝铝合金装饰片,便于外观颜色的控制。
装饰片60的外形与第一铰链件本体323的外形相互匹配,即装饰片60可以完全覆盖第一铰链件本体323。
装饰片60包括卡勾63,卡勾63与第一铰链件32的侧缘324相互配合。
具体的,装饰片60的边缘设有朝向第一铰链件32方向凸伸的卡勾63,当装饰片60与第一铰链件32相互组装时,卡勾63恰好与第一铰链件32的侧缘324相互卡紧。
结合图4,本发明一实施方式还提供一种冰箱100,包括箱体10、门体20及带有装饰片60的铰链组件30,第一铰链件32连接门体20,第二铰链件31连接箱体10。
门体20包括门本体20a、设置于门本体20a上方或下方的门饰条205,门饰条205具有容纳第一铰链件32的安装槽2051。
第一铰链件32包括第一安装固定孔325及第一结合固定孔326,这里,以第一铰链件32包括两个第一安装固定孔325及一个第一结合固定孔326为例,第一安装固定孔325及第一结合固定孔326位于第一槽体321及第二槽体322的周边区域。
安装槽2051包括第二安装固定孔2051a及第二结合固定孔2051b,这里,以安装槽2051包括两个第二安装固定孔2051a及一个第二结合固定孔2051b为例。
装饰片60包括第三结合固定孔64。
第一安装固定孔325与第二安装固定孔2051a通过安装螺丝71锁固。
第一结合固定孔326、第二结合固定孔2051b及第三结合固定孔64通过结合螺丝72锁固。
装饰片60包括遮盖部65,遮盖部65遮挡第一安装固定孔325及安装螺丝71。
这里,装饰片60、第一铰链件32及安装槽2051之间通过安装螺丝71、结合螺丝72及卡勾63固定,便于第一铰链件32及装饰片60的拆卸、维修或更换等,而且,装饰片60的遮盖部65 遮挡第一安装固定孔325及安装螺丝71,提高整体美观度。
另外,装饰片60暴露在冰箱100外部,特别是门体20打开过程中,而本实施方式的装饰片60为金属件,便于控制装饰片60的颜色,可使得装饰片60与冰箱100整体上保持颜色一致,可大大提高美观度。
参图5至图10,本发明一实施方式还提供一种带有装饰片60的冰箱100。
冰箱100包括箱体10、用以打开和关闭箱体10的门体20以及连接箱体10及门体20的铰链组件30。
箱体10包括容纳腔室S及连接铰链组件30的枢转侧P。
这里,“枢转侧P”定义为门体20相对箱体10转动的区域,即设置有铰链组件30的区域,枢转侧P朝向容纳腔室S的方向定义为第一方向X,容纳腔室S朝向枢转侧P的方向定义为第二方向Y。
具体的,当冰箱100左右两侧均设有铰链组件30时,箱体10包括左侧枢转侧P1及右侧枢转侧P2,当枢转侧P为左侧枢转侧P1时,第一方向X为从左至右的方向,第二方向Y为从右至左的方向,当枢转侧P为右侧枢转侧P2时,第一方向X为从右至左的方向,第二方向Y为从左至右的方向,也就是说,对应不同的枢转侧P,第一方向X与第二方向Y的实际方向是不同的,后续说明以枢转侧P为左侧枢转侧P1为例。
铰链组件30包括相互配合的第一铰链件32及第二铰链件31,以及装饰片60。
装饰片60设置于第一铰链件32与第二铰链件31之间,且装饰片60与第一铰链件32可拆卸配合。
当门体20处于打开过程中时,第二轴体312于第二槽体322内运动而驱动门体20由枢转侧P朝向容纳腔室S移动。
这里,当门体20处于打开过程中时,门体20朝向容纳腔室S的一侧移动,即此时门体20既相对箱体10发生转动又相对箱体10沿第一方向X产生了位移,如此,门体20在转动过程中朝远离容纳腔室S的一侧凸伸出箱体10的距离会大大减小,即门体20沿第一方向X产生的位移抵消了门体20转动过程中沿第二方向Y凸伸出箱体10的部分,从而避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,适用于嵌入式橱柜或容纳冰箱100的空间较小的场景。
而且,装饰片60可以保护第一铰链件32,且便于更换铰链组件30。
装饰片60的其他说明可以参考前述铰链组件30的说明,在此不再赘述。
在本实施方式中,结合图7,当门体20处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,铰链组件30驱动门体20相对箱体10原地转动。
这里,当门体20处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,门体20相对箱体10原地转动,即门体20仅转动而不产生其他方向的位移,可以有效避免因门体20某个方向的位移而导致门体20无法正常开启,具体可参考下述具体示例的说明。
结合图8,当门体20处于由第一开启角度α1继续开启至第二开启角度α2的过程中时,铰链组件30驱动门体20由枢转侧P朝向容纳腔室S移动。
这里,当门体20处于由第一开启角度α1继续开启至第二开启角度α2的过程中时,门体20朝向容纳腔室S的一侧移动,即此时门体20既相对箱体10发生转动又相对箱体10沿第一方向X产生了位移,如此,门体20在转动过程中朝远离容纳腔室S的一侧凸伸出箱体10的距离会大大减小,即门体20沿第一方向X产生的位移抵消了门体20转动过程中沿第二方向Y凸伸出箱体10的部分,从而避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,适用于嵌入式橱柜或容纳冰箱100的空间较小的场景。

这里,当门体20处于由第二开启角度α2继续开启至第三开启角度α3的过程中时,门体20 朝向枢转侧P的一侧移动,即此时门体20既相对箱体10发生转动又相对箱体10沿第二方向Y产生了位移,如此,可使得门体20尽量远离箱体10,保证箱体10的开度,避免箱体10内的抽屉、搁物架等受门体20干涉而无法打开的问题。
结合图10,当门体20处于由第三开启角度α3继续开启至最大开启角度α4的过程中时,铰链组件30驱动门体20相对箱体10原地转动。
继续参图5至图10,在本发明一具体示例中,门体20上设有第一配合部21,箱体10上设有第二配合部11。
结合图6,当门体20处于关闭状态时,第一配合部21与第二配合部11相互卡合。
这里,第一配合部21与第二配合部11相互卡合可实现门体20与箱体10的闭合,第一配合部21与第二配合部11的具体形式可以根据实际情况而定。
结合图7,当门体20处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,铰链组件30驱动门体20相对箱体10原地转动而带动第一配合部21脱离第二配合部11。
这里,当门体20处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,门体20相对箱体10原地转动,即门体20仅转动而不产生其他方向的位移,可以有效避免因门体20某个方向的位移而导致第一配合部21无法脱离第二配合部11的现象。
需要说明的是,本示例中的冰箱100可以是具有第一配合部21及第二配合部11的单门冰箱,或者是具有第一配合部21及第二配合部11的对开门冰箱、多门冰箱等等。
在其他具体示例中,冰箱100也可以不包含第一配合部21及第二配合部11,结合图11及图12,冰箱100为对开门冰箱100’,冰箱100’包括两个间隔分布的间室,两个间室之间通过固定梁200’相互间隔,冰箱100’还包括分别对应两个间室的第一门体201’及第二门体202’,第一门体201’及第二门体202’邻近设置,当冰箱100’处于关闭状态时,第一门体201’及第二门体202’均与固定梁200’接触而实现密封,当第一门体201’和/或第二门体202’处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,第一门体201’和/或第二门体202’相对箱体10’原地转动。
这里,若第一门体201’在开启时产生水平方向的位移,那么第一门体201’与第二门体202’之间会产生相互干涉而导致第一门体201’、第二门体202’无法正常开启,而本示例的冰箱100’在开启时第一门体201’、第二门体202’是原地转动的,可以有效避免相邻的第一门体201’及第二门体202’之间相互干涉。
当然,冰箱100的类型不以上述具体示例为限,可以根据实际情况而定。
结合图13及图14,门体20包括枢轴连接箱体10且沿水平方向并排设置的第一门体201及第二门体202。
冰箱100还包括活动连接于第一门体201靠近第二门体202一侧的竖梁40,第一配合部21设置于竖梁40处。
这里,竖梁40活动连接于第一门体201的右侧,竖梁40与第一门体201之间可通过复位弹簧41连接,竖梁40以竖直方向的轴线为中心相对第一门体201转动,换句话说,竖梁40可通过复位弹簧41作用而相对第一门体201转动并保持在一预定位置。
第一配合部21为向上凸伸出竖梁40的凸块21。
第二配合部11固设于箱体10上,例如,第二配合部11为基座101上的凹槽11,基座101固设于容纳腔室S顶部,凹槽11的一端具有缺口111,缺口111的开口方向朝前,凸块21及凹槽11均呈弧状,凸块21通过缺口111进入或脱离凹槽11以实现凸块21与凹槽11的相互限位及相互分离。
当然,可以理解的,第一配合部21、第二配合部11的具体结构不以上述说明为限,即第一配合部21不限定为竖梁40处的凸块21,第二配合部11不限定为与凸块21配合的凹槽11,第一配合部21及第二配合部11可以是冰箱100其他区域相互配合的结构。
在本实施方式中,门体20还包括枢轴连接箱体10且沿水平方向并排设置的第三门体203 及第四门体204,第三门体203位于第一门体201的下方,且第四门体204位于第二门体202的下方,冰箱100还包括位于第三门体203及第四门体204下方的抽屉50。
这里,第一门体201及第二门体202对应的容纳腔室S为冷藏室,即冷藏室为对开门结构;第三门体203及第四门体204分别对应独立的两个变温间室S1;抽屉50为冷冻抽屉。
需要说明的是,冰箱100包括固定于箱体10内部且用于分隔两个变温间室S1的固定梁,第三门体203及第四门体204可与固定梁配合而实现密封,也就是说,此时第三门体203及第四门体204处无需再设置竖梁。
可以理解的,本实施方式的冰箱100也可为其他结构,例如为仅包括第一门体201及第二门体202的对开门冰箱等等。
在本实施方式中,位于门体20不同区域的铰链组件30结构会有区别,例如,位于第一门体201的上端与箱体10之间的为第一铰链组件30a,位于第一门体201的下端、第三门体203的上端与箱体10之间的为第二铰链组件30b,位于第三门体203的下端与箱体10之间的为第三铰链组件30c,且铰链组件30左右对称设置,即第二门体202处的铰链组件30的说明可以参考第一门体201处的第一铰链组件30a、第二铰链组件30b的说明,第四门体204处的铰链组件30的说明可以参考第三门体203处的第二铰链组件30b、第三铰链组件30c的说明。
这里,第二铰链组件30b位于第一门体201及第三门体203之间,即第一门体201及第三门体203共用该第二铰链组件30b,第二铰链组件30b可做适应性的处理。
结合图15至图17,图15为第一铰链组件30a的示意图,图16为第二铰链组件30b的示意图,图17为第三铰链组件30c的示意图。
下面,以位于第一门体201的上端与箱体10之间的第一铰链组件30a为例对本实施方式的铰链组件30作说明,其他铰链组件的说明可以参考第一铰链组件30a的说明。
结合图18至图28,在本实施方式中,第一槽体321包括初始位置A1及第一停止位置A2,第二槽体322包括相对设置的第一端3221及第二端3222,当门体20处于关闭状态时,第一轴体311处于初始位置A1,第二轴体312位于第一端3221,当门体20处于打开过程中时,第二轴体312于第二槽体322内运动而带动第一轴体311由初始位置A1运动至第一停止位置A2。
箱体10包括邻近铰链组件30且在门体20转动路径延伸段上的外侧面12,门体20包括远离容纳腔室S的前壁22及始终夹设于前壁22及容纳腔室S之间的侧壁23,前壁22与侧壁23之间具有侧棱24。
这里,外侧面12即为箱体10的左侧面(对应左侧枢转侧P1)或右侧面(对应右侧枢转侧P2),不同的枢转侧P对应不同的外侧面12,前壁22即为门体20的前表面,侧壁23即为门体20的侧表面。
第二槽体322的第一端3221及第二端3222之间包括相连的第一段L1及第二段L2。
结合图19及图20,当门体20处于关闭状态时,第一配合部21与第二配合部11相互卡合,即凸块21限位于凹槽11中,第一轴体311位于初始位置A1,第二轴体312位于第一端3221。
具体的,凸块21限位于凹槽11中而使得竖梁40延伸至第二门体202处,即此时竖梁40将贴附在第一门体201、第二门体202的内侧表面,以防止容纳腔室S内的冷气泄漏至对冰箱100的外部。
另外,外侧面12与侧壁23位于同一平面,可以保证外观上的流畅性,提高美观度,且也便于门体20的安装,但不以此为限。
结合图21及图22,当门体20处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,第一轴体311保持在初始位置A1,第二轴体312以第一轴体311为圆心并于第一段L1内运动而带动第一配合部21脱离第二配合部11。
具体的,凸块21通过缺口111逐渐脱离凹槽11,同时,竖梁40朝靠近容纳腔室S的一侧转动而使得第一门体201与竖梁40之间具有第一折叠角度β。
这里,当凸块21完全脱离凹槽11时,第一折叠角度β较佳保持在小于90度,避免竖梁40影响第二门体202的开启和关闭。
需要说明的是,由于凸块21及凹槽11之间为弧形配合,当门体20处于关闭状态时,于第一方向X或第二方向Y上,凸块21及凹槽11是相互限位的,若此时在门体20开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中门体20沿第一方向X或第二方向Y发生位移,那么凸块21与凹槽11之间会相互干涉卡死而导致凸块21无法脱离凹槽11,从而导致门体20无法开启。
而本实施方式在门体20开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中门体20相对箱体10原地转动,保证在此过程中门体20沿第一方向X或第二方向Y不会发生位移,进而保证凸块21可以顺利脱离凹槽11。
这里,第一开启角度不大于10°,也就是说,大约在门体20开启至10°的过程中,凸块21就可以不受到凹槽11的限制作用,此时,可以是凸块21完全脱离凹槽11,或者是凸块21即使沿第一方向X或第二方向Y发生位移也不会与凹槽11相互干涉的状态。
另外,若门体20处于关闭状态时外侧面12与侧壁23位于同一平面,此时,侧棱24在转动过程中会沿第二方向Y凸伸出外侧面12(凸伸距离一般不会超出3mm)。
结合图23及图24,当门体20处于由第一开启角度α1继续开启至第二开启角度α2的过程中时,第二轴体312于第二段L2内运动而带动第一轴体311由初始位置A1运动至第一停止位置A2,同时第二轴体312由第一位置3221朝向第二位置3222运动。
具体的,竖梁40与第一门体201保持相对静止,即竖梁40与第一门体201之间保持为第一折叠角度β,此时,当第一门体201再次闭合时,凸块21通过凹槽11的缺口111插入凹槽11,并沿着凹槽11的延伸轨迹运动,以带动竖梁40逐渐转动至完全展开状态,即此时竖梁40同时贴附第一门体201、第二门体202的内侧表面。
另外,侧棱24运动至位于外侧面12靠近容纳腔室S的一侧,也就是说,此时铰链组件30驱动侧棱24朝靠近容纳腔室S的一侧移动,在门体20打开过程中,可以避免因侧棱24凸伸出外侧面12而与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉。
这里,为了尽量保证箱体10的开度,避免箱体10内的抽屉、搁物架等受门体20干涉而无法打开的问题,侧棱24朝靠近容纳腔室S的一侧移动至外侧面12所在的平面内之后,铰链组件30驱动侧棱24于该平面内运动并逐渐靠近容纳腔室S。
也就是说,此时在保证侧棱24不凸伸出对应的外侧面12的基础上,使得侧棱24尽量靠近外侧面12,如此,既可以避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,又可以尽量保证箱体10的开度。
在另一实施方式中,第一槽体321还包括位于初始位置A1远离第一停止位置A2一侧的第二停止位置A3,第二槽体322还包括位于第二段L2及第二端3222之间的第三段L3、第四段L4。
结合图25及图26,当门体20处于由第二开启角度α2继续开启至第三开启角度α3的过程中时,第二轴体312于第三段L3内运动而带动第一轴体311由第一停止位置A2运动至第二停止位置A3,此时,门体20由容纳腔室S朝向枢转侧P移动而避免门体20阻碍箱体10内抽屉、搁物架等的开启。
具体的,竖梁40与第一门体201保持相对静止。
另外,侧棱24于外侧面12所在平面内运动并逐渐靠近容纳腔室S。
可以理解的,当门体20处于由第二开启角度α2继续开启至第三开启角度α3的过程中时,若门体20相对箱体10原地转动,侧棱24会逐渐朝靠近容纳腔室S的一侧移动,同时,门体20逐渐靠近容纳腔室S移动,门体20会阻碍箱体10内的抽屉、搁物架等的开启,即会降低箱体10的开度。
而本实施方式的铰链组件30驱动侧棱24于外侧面12所在平面内运动,即可以使得门体20 尽量远离箱体10,保证箱体10的开度,避免箱体10内的抽屉、搁物架等受门体20干涉而无法打开的问题,又可以避免侧棱24朝远离容纳腔室S的方向凸伸出外侧面12。
结合图27及图28,当门体20处于由第三开启角度α3继续开启至最大开启角度α4的过程中时,第一轴体311保持在第二停止位置A3,第二轴体312以第一轴体311为圆心并于第四段L4内运动。
这里,侧棱24始终位于外侧面12靠近容纳腔室S的一侧。
另外,第二开启角度不大于90°,第三开启角度为90°,最大开启角度大于90°,也就是说,在门体20开启至90°的过程中,门体20先沿第一方向X产生位移,避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,而后门体20再沿第二方向Y产生位移,避免门体20阻碍箱体10内的抽屉、搁物架等的开启,最后达到90°之后,门体20相对箱体10原地转动而进一步打开门体20。
可以理解的,当门体20由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,由于是门体20相对箱体10原地转动,门体20会朝远离容纳腔室S的一侧(左侧)稍许凸伸出箱体10,而当门体20由第一开启角度α1继续开启至第二开启角度α2的过程中时,门体20沿第一方向X的位移可以抵消门体20在整个转动过程中沿第二方向Y凸伸出箱体10的所有部分,而后当门体20由第二开启角度α2继续开启至第三开启角度α3的过程中时,门体20沿第二方向Y的位移可以使得门体20不凸伸出箱体10且尽量保证箱体10开度。
在其他实施方式中,所述第一槽体321还包括位于第二停止位置A3远离初始位置A1一侧的枢转位置A4,所述第二槽体322还包括位于第三段L3与第四段L4之间的过渡段L,第二停止位置A3与枢转位置A4的连线平行于过渡段L。
第一停止位置A2、初始位置A1及第二停止位置A3位于一条直线上,而枢转位置A4不位于该直线上,枢转位置A4与该直线之间具有夹角。
当门体20处于由第三开启角度α3继续开启至最大开启角度α4的过程中时,第二轴体312于过渡段L内运动而带动第一轴体311由第二停止位置A3运动至枢转位置A4,而后第一轴体311保持在枢转位置A4,第二轴体312以第一轴体311为圆心并于第四段L4内运动。
这里,当门体20相对箱体10原地转动而继续开启门体20时,若第一轴体311保持在第二停止位置A3,由于此时第一停止位置A2与第二停止位置A3之间的部分与第四段L之间存在平行部分,会导致门体20侧滑或晃动。
而本实施方式当第二轴体312于第四段L4内运动时,第一轴体311保持在枢转位置A4而不会发生晃动,解决了门体20侧滑或晃动的问题。
在本实施方式中,第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心、第一轴体311位于第一停止位置A2时的中心及第一轴体311位于第二停止位置A3时的中心的第一连线经过门体20的侧棱24。
第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心与侧棱24之间的距离大于第一轴体311位于第一停止位置A2时的中心与侧棱24之间的距离,第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心与侧棱24之间的距离小于第一轴体311位于第二停止位置A3时的中心与侧棱24之间的距离。
第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心与前壁22之间的距离大于第一轴体311位于第一停止位置A2时的中心与前壁22之间的距离,第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心与前壁22之间的距离小于第一轴体311位于第二停止位置A3时的中心与前壁22之间的距离。
第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心与侧壁23之间的距离大于第一轴体311位于第一停止位置A2时的中心与侧壁23之间的距离,第一轴体311位于初始位置A1时的中心与侧壁23之间的距离小于第一轴体311位于第二停止位置A3时的中心与侧壁23之间的距离。
第一轴体311的中心与侧棱24之间为第一间距,第一轴体311的中心与前壁22之间为第二间距,第一轴体311的中心与侧壁23之间为第三间距,在门体20打开过程中,第一间距、第二 间距及第三间距是变化的。
当门体20处于由第一开启角度α1继续开启至第二开启角度α2的过程中时,第一间距、第二间距及第三间距均呈减小趋势,当门体20处于由第二开启角度α2继续开启至第三开启角度α3的过程中时,第一间距、第二间距及第三间距均呈增大趋势,当门体20处于由第三开启角度α3继续开启至最大开启角度α4的过程中时,第一间距、第二间距及第三间距均保持不变。
在本发明另一实施方式中,参考图1至图28,带有装饰片的冰箱100包括箱体10、用以打开和关闭箱体10的门体20以及连接箱体10及门体20的铰链组件30。
箱体10包括容纳腔室S及连接铰链组件30的枢转侧P。
铰链组件30包括位于门体20的第一铰链件32及位于箱体10的第二铰链件31。
装饰片60设置于第一铰链件32与第二铰链件31之间,且装饰片60与第一铰链件32可拆卸配合。
第一铰链件32包括第一驱动件,第二铰链件31包括第二驱动件。
铰链组件30包括相互配合的第一轴体311、第一槽体321以及相互配合的第二轴体312、第二槽体322,第一轴体311作为第一驱动件及第二驱动件的其中之一,第一槽体321作为第一驱动件及第二驱动件的其中另一,第二轴体312作为第一驱动件及第二驱动件的其中之一,第二槽体322作为第一驱动件及第二驱动件的其中另一。
第一槽体321包括初始位置A1及第一停止位置A2,第二槽体322包括相对设置的第一端3221及第二端3222。
当门体20处于关闭状态时,第一轴体311处于初始位置A1,第二轴体312位于第一端3221。
当门体20处于打开过程中时,第二轴体312于第二槽体322内运动而带动第一轴体311由初始位置A1运动至第一停止位置A2,门体20由枢转侧P朝向容纳腔室S移动。
本实施方式可避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,适用于嵌入式橱柜或容纳冰箱100的空间较小的场景。
在其他实施方式中,门体20包括第一配合部21,箱体10包括第二配合部11,第一槽体321还包括位于第一停止位置A2远离初始位置A1的第二停止位置A3,第二槽体322包括依次相连的第一段L1、第二段L2、第三段L3及第四段L4。
当门体20处于关闭状态时,第一配合部21与第二配合部11相互卡合,第一轴体311位于初始位置A1,第二轴体312位于第一段L1远离第二段L2的一侧。
当门体20处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度α1的过程中时,第一轴体311保持在初始位置A1,第二轴体312以第一轴体311为圆心并于第一段L1内运动而带动第一配合部21脱离第二配合部11,且第一卡合部61脱离第二卡合部62。
当门体20处于由第一开启角度α1继续开启至第二开启角度α2的过程中时,第二轴体312于第二段L2内运动而带动第一轴体311由初始位置A1运动至第一停止位置A2,门体由枢转侧P朝向容纳腔室S移动。
当门体20处于由第二开启角度α2继续开启至第三开启角度α3的过程中时,第二轴体312于第三段L3内运动而带动第一轴体311由第一停止位置A1运动至第二停止位置A2。
当门体20处于由第三开启角度α3继续开启至最大开启角度α4的过程中时,第一轴体311保持在第二停止位置A2,第二轴体312以第一轴体311为圆心并于第四段L4内运动。
本实施方式可以保证第一配合部21顺利脱离第二配合部11,以及保证第一卡合部61顺利脱离第二卡合部62,且可避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,适用于嵌入式橱柜或容纳冰箱100的空间较小的场景,另外,还可保证箱体10有足够的开度。
本实施方式的其他说明可以参考前述说明,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明通过第一轴体311、第一槽体321、第二轴体312、第二槽体322这种双轴双槽的配合结构可以保证第一配合部21顺利脱离第二配合部11,当冰箱100包括竖梁40时, 可以保证在最开始的门体20开启阶段,竖梁40上的凸块21顺利脱离箱体10上的凹槽11而不会相互干涉,而后在门体20继续开启的过程中门体20由枢转侧P朝向容纳腔室S移动而避免门体20在打开过程中与周边的橱柜或墙体等产生干涉,适用于嵌入式橱柜或容纳冰箱100的空间较小的场景,另外,当门体20开启角度更大时,门体20由容纳腔室S朝向枢转侧P移动而避免门体20阻碍箱体10内抽屉、搁物架等的开启,且本发明的挡板60可以避免灰尘、杂质等进入第二槽体322。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,例如,不同的实施例中的技术若可叠加使用以同时达到对应的效果,其方案也在本发明的保护范围内。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,包括相互配合的第一铰链件、第二铰链件,以及装饰片,所述装饰片设置于所述第一铰链件与所述第二铰链件之间,且所述装饰片与所述第一铰链件可拆卸配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述铰链组件包括相互配合的轴体及槽体,所述轴体设置于所述第一铰链件及所述第二铰链件的其中之一,所述槽体设置于所述第一铰链件及所述第二铰链件的其中另一,所述装饰片包括与所述槽体相互匹配的槽孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述第一铰链件包括第一铰链件本体及位于所述第一铰链本体上的槽体,所述槽体包括凸伸出所述第一铰链件本体的表面的凸设部,所述槽孔与所述凸设部相互匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述槽体包括第一槽体及第二槽体,所述轴体包括第一轴体及第二轴体,所述第一轴体与所述第一槽体相互配合,所述第二轴体与所述第二槽体相互配合,所述第一轴体位于所述第一铰链件及所述第二铰链件的其中之一,所述第一槽体位于所述第一铰链件及所述第二铰链件的其中另一,所述第二轴体位于所述第一铰链件及所述第二铰链件的其中之一,所述第二槽体位于所述第一铰链件及所述第二铰链件的其中另一。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述第一槽体及所述第二槽体位于所述第一铰链件,所述第一轴体及所述第二轴体位于所述第二铰链件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述第一铰链件为塑料件,所述装饰片为金属件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述装饰片包括卡勾,所述卡勾与所述第一铰链件的侧缘相互配合。
  8. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括箱体、门体及如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的带有装饰片的铰链组件,所述第一铰链件连接所述门体,所述第二铰链件连接所述箱体,所述门体还包括门饰条,所述门饰条具有容纳所述第一铰链件的安装槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一铰链件包括第一安装固定孔及第一结合固定孔,所述安装槽包括第二安装固定孔及第二结合固定孔,所述装饰片包括第三结合固定孔,所述第一安装固定孔与所述第二安装固定孔通过安装螺丝锁固,所述第一结合固定孔、所述第二结合固定孔及所述第三结合固定孔通过结合螺丝锁固。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述装饰片包括遮盖部,所述遮盖部遮挡所述第一安装固定孔及所述安装螺丝。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括箱体、用以打开和关闭所述箱体的门体以及连接所述箱体及所述门体的铰链组件,所述铰链组件为权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的铰链组件,所述箱体包括容纳腔室及连接所述铰链组件的枢转侧,当所述门体处于打开过程中时,所述铰链组件驱动所述门体由所述枢转侧朝向所述容纳腔室移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述铰链组件包括相互配合的轴体及槽体,所述槽体包括第一槽体及第二槽体,所述轴体包括第一轴体及第二轴体,所述第一槽体包括初始位置及第一停止位置,所述第二槽体包括相对设置的第一端及第二端,当所述门体处于关闭状态时,所述第一轴体处于初始位置,所述第二轴体位于第一端,当所述门体处于打开过程中时,所述第二轴体于所述第二槽体内运动而带动所述第一轴体由所述初始位置运动至所述第一停止位置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第二槽体的所述第一端及所述第二端之 间包括相连的第一段及第二段,当所述门体处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度的过程中时,所述第一轴体保持在所述初始位置,所述第二轴体以所述第一轴体为圆心并于所述第一段内运动,当所述门体处于由第一开启角度继续开启至第二开启角度的过程中时,所述第二轴体于所述第二段内运动而带动所述第一轴体由所述初始位置运动至所述第一停止位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述门体上设有第一配合部,所述箱体上设有第二配合部,当所述门体处于关闭状态时,所述第一配合部与所述第二配合部相互卡合,当所述门体处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度的过程中时,所述第二轴体以所述第一轴体为圆心并于所述第一段内运动而带动所述第一配合部脱离所述第二配合部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述门体包括枢轴连接所述箱体且沿水平方向并排设置的第一门体及第二门体,所述冰箱还包括活动连接于所述第一门体靠近所述第二门体一侧的竖梁,所述第一配合部设置于所述竖梁处,当所述门体处于关闭状态时,所述竖梁延伸至所述第二门体处,当所述门体处于由关闭状态开启至第一开启角度的过程中时,所述竖梁朝靠近所述容纳腔室的一侧转动而使得所述第一门体与所述竖梁之间具有第一折叠角度,当所述门体处于由第一开启角度继续开启至第二开启角度的过程中时,所述竖梁与所述第一门体保持相对静止。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一槽体还包括位于所述初始位置远离所述第一停止位置一侧的第二停止位置,所述第二槽体还包括位于所述第二段及所述第二端之间的第三段、第四段,当所述门体处于由第二开启角度继续开启至第三开启角度的过程中时,所述第二轴体于所述第三段内运动而带动所述第一轴体由所述第一停止位置运动至所述第二停止位置,当所述门体处于由第三开启角度继续开启至最大开启角度的过程中时,所述第一轴体保持在所述第二停止位置,所述第二轴体以所述第一轴体为圆心并于所述第四段内运动。
