- FIG. 9 is a partially developed view of the tread of the pneumatic tire 10B according to the second modification.
- the pneumatic tire 10B is similar to the tread pattern of the pneumatic tire 10 described above, but the shapes of the first lateral groove 110B, the second lateral groove 160B, and the first lateral groove 170B are the first lateral grooves. It is slightly different from 110, the second lateral groove 160 and the first lateral groove 170.
- the shape of the second lateral groove 180B is the same as that of the second lateral groove 180.
- the pneumatic tire 10B has a smaller number of circumferential blocks formed on the tread 20 than the pneumatic tire 10.
- the pneumatic tire 10B can exhibit the same performance as the pneumatic tire 10.
- it is suitably used for light vehicles (displacement 660 cc or less) and compact cars with a narrow tread width (tire width) and light vehicle weight.
- the compact car referred to here may be used for a medium-sized car or a large-sized car to which the pneumatic tire 10 is mounted.
- registered vehicles other than light passenger vehicles may be targeted.
- the shoulder block 44 also has the first lateral groove 110
- the shoulder block 45 also has the second lateral groove 160.
- the shoulder block has the first lateral groove 110 and The second lateral groove 160 does not necessarily have to be formed.

Abstract
