Claims (17)
- 제1 케미컬 용기가 케미컬 공급 장치로부터 배출되어 대피할 수 있도록 구비된 대피부;제2 케미컬 용기가 일시적으로 대기할 수 있도록 구비된 대기부;상기 제1 케미컬 용기가 배출되는 경로와 상기 제2 케미컬 용기를 상기 케미컬 공급 장치에 투입하기 위한 경로가 되는 입구부;상기 대기부와 대피부와 입구부 각각에서 상기 제1 케미컬 용기와 제2 케미컬 용기의 이송을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 케미컬 용기를 상기 케미컬 공급 장치로 이송하기 위한 적어도 하나의 이송라인을 포함하고;상기 대기부는 상기 이송라인과 상기 케미컬 공급 장치 사이에 구비되고, 상기 대피부는 상기 입구부의 일측에 연결되고, 상기 대기부는 상기 입구부의 다른 위치에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 대기부는 상기 이송라인과 상기 케미컬 공급 장치 사이에 구비된 것;을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케미컬 공급 장치와 입구부 및 대피부는 직선 경로 상에 구비되고;상기 대기부는 상기 입구부에 연결되되, 상기 입구부를 기준으로 상기 대피부와 수직을 이루도록 구비된 것;을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입구부에는 상기 케미컬 용기를 상기 입구부에서 대피부 방향으로 이송하기 위한 제1 이송부재와, 상기 대기부에서 상기 입구부 방향으로 이송하기 위한 제2 이송부재가 구비되고;상기 제1 이송부재와 제2 이송부재의 이송방향은 수직을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 이송라인의 적어도 일부와 나란하게 구비된 이송차 레일;상기 이송차 레일을 따라 직선 이동하되, 상기 대기부에 인접한 투입위치에서 상기 케미컬 용기를 상기 이송라인으로부터 상기 케미컬 공급 장치에 전달하거나, 상기 투입위치로부터 상기 이송차 레일을 따라 이격된 위치의 배출위치에서 상기 케미컬 용기를 상기 케미컬 공급 장치로부터 상기 이송라인으로 전달하기 위한 이송차;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 이송라인을 통해 이송되는 상기 케미컬 용기의 케미컬 정보를 수신받고, 상기 수신된 케미컬 정보가 상기 케미컬 공급 장치에서 필요로 하는 정보와 일치하면 상기 케미컬 용기를 상기 케미컬 공급 장치로 공급하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케미컬 공급장치는 입구가 서로 마주보도록 한 쌍으로 이루어지고;상기 입구부는 상기 한 쌍의 케미컬 공급장치의 입구 측에 한 쌍이 구비되고;상기 대기부는, 한 쌍의 입구부 각각에 이웃하도록 한 쌍이 구비되고;상기 한 쌍의 입구부 각각은 타측의 케미컬 공급장치에서 배출된 제1 케미컬 용기가 대피하는 대피부로 기능하는 것;을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 대기부는, 상기 케미컬 공급장치의 입구와 상기 입구부를 연결하는 직선 경로와 수직을 이루는 위치에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 대기부는 상기 제1 케미컬 용기가 배출되는 경로가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 대기부와 대피부는 상기 입구부의 양측에 각각 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 대기부를 기준으로 상기 입구부의 반대 측에 구비된 제1 이송차 레일을 따라 직선 이동하는 제1 이송차가 구비되고;상기 대피부를 기준으로 상기 입구부의 반대 측에 구비된 제2 이송차 레일을 따라 직선 이동하는 제2 이송차가 구비되며;상기 제1 이송차에 적재된 제2 케미컬 용기는 상기 대기부를 거쳐 상기 입구부를 통해 상기 케미컬 공급 장치에 투입되고;상기 케미컬 공급 장치 내부의 제1 케미컬 용기는 상기 입구부와 대피부를 거쳐 상기 제2 이송차에 이송된 후 이송라인을 통해 외부로 배출되는 것;을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송장치
- a) 케미컬 공급 장치에서 사용 완료된 제1 케미컬 용기를 상기 케미컬 공급 장치의 입구 측에 위치한 입구부로 배출하는 단계;b) 상기 입구부의 제1 케미컬 용기를 대피부로 이송하는 단계;c) 대기부에 대기하고 있던 새로운 케미컬 용기인 제2 케미컬 용기를 상기 입구부를 거쳐 상기 케미컬 공급 장치에 투입하는 단계;를 포함하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송방법
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 대피부는 상기 입구부의 일측에 연결되고;상기 c) 단계에서 상기 제2 케미컬 용기는 적어도 하나의 이송라인을 통해 이송된 후 상기 입구부의 다른 위치에 연결된 상기 대기부에 대기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송방법
- 제14항에 있어서,d) 상기 대피부에 대피하고 있던 상기 제1 케미컬 용기를 상기 이송라인으로 이송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송방법
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 d)단계에서 상기 제1 케미컬 용기는 상기 대피부에서 상기 입구부와 대기부를 순차 거친 후 상기 이송라인으로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송방법
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1 케미컬 용기는 상기 이송라인의 적어도 일부와 나란하게 구비된 이송차 레일을 직선 이동하는 이송차에 적재된 후, 상기 이송라인을 통해 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케미컬 용기 자동이송방법
