Abstract
Le non-tissé par filage direct pour filtres selon la présente invention est formé de filaments continus thermoplastiques comprenant un composant à point de fusion élevé et un composant à point de fusion bas, est partiellement fondu, et comporte une partie saillante non fusionnée et une partie en retrait fusionnée. L'épaisseur tA, mesurée d'une surface à l'autre surface de la partie saillante dans une surface en coupe transversale du non-tissé, et l'épaisseur tB, mesurée d'une surface à l'autre surface de la partie en retrait, et les distances respectives tC, tD (tC<tD) comprises entre les surfaces de la partie saillante et les surfaces de la partie en retrait, satisfont les relations représentées par les formules (1) et (2). Le débit d'air (q) (cm3/(cm2∙sec))/(g/m2) par masse surfacique unitaire du non-tissé par filage direct satisfait la formule (3). Formule (1) : 0,05 ≤1-tB/tA<0,50. Formule (2) : 0,2≤tC/tD<1,0. Formule (3): 0,05≤q≤0,50.
