- 상하 수직되게 배치된 지주 폴에 대하여 직교되도록 일측으로 수평되게 연장 배치된 가이드 아암 유닛; 및상기 가이드 아암 유닛 내에 배치되고, 힌지 위치가 고정된 안테나 모듈의 하단부를 기준으로 상기 가이드 아암 유닛 내에서 상기 안테나 모듈의 상단부를 상기 수평 방향으로 무빙시켜 상기 지주 폴에 대한 틸팅 각도를 조정하는 틸팅부; 를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 틸팅부는,상기 가이드 아암 유닛 내에 길이방향으로 길게 설치되고, 외주면에 수나사산이 형성된 스크류 볼트; 및상기 스크류 볼트를 따라 이동되고, 상기 안테나 모듈의 상단부와 상부 회동 링크를 통해 힌지 연결된 틸팅 구동부; 를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 틸팅 구동부는,내부에 소정 공간이 구비된 구동부 하우징;상기 구동부 하우징에 결합된 모터 하우징에 구비되고, 전기적으로 구동되는 구동 모터;상기 모터 하우징에서 상기 구동부 하우징 측으로 연장된 상기 구동 모터의 회전 축에 연동되어 회전되고, 외주면에 기어치가 구비된 구동 기어; 및회전 중심에 상기 스크류 볼트가 관통하여 결합되는 암나사산이 형성되고, 외주면에 상기 구동 기어와 치합되는 기어치가 구비된 무빙 기어; 를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 틸팅 구동부는,상기 구동 기어를 상기 구동부 하우징에 대하여 회전 지지하는 구동 베어링 지지부; 및상기 무빙 기어를 상기 구동부 하우징에 대하여 회전 지지하는 무빙 베어링 지지부; 를 더 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 틸팅 구동부는,상기 가이드 아암 유닛의 폭 방향 일측 및 폭 방향 타측에 각각 배치되고, 상기 가이드 아암 유닛의 길이방향으로 길게 배치된 한 쌍의 가이드 레일; 및상기 구동부 하우징의 외측에 고정되고, 상기 한 쌍의 가이드 레일 각각에 결합되어 상기 구동부 하우징의 결합을 매개하는 한 쌍의 무빙 가이드 블록; 을 더 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가이드 아암 유닛은,상기 지주 폴에 대한 결합을 매개하는 하우징 커넥터; 및상기 하우징 커넥터에 연결되고, 상기 지주 폴에 대하여 직교되는 방향으로 수평 연장되는 가이드 하우징; 을 포함하고,상기 가이드 하우징은, 하방이 개구된 'ㄷ'자 형상의 수직 단면을 가지는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 지주 폴에 상하로 소정 거리 이격되게 결합된 상부 결합 클램프 및 하부 결합 클램프; 및상기 상부 결합 클램프의 하측에 구비되고, 상기 하우징 커넥터를 안착 고정시키는 안착 클램프; 를 더 포함하고,상기 가이드 아암 유닛은,상기 하우징 커넥터가 상기 안착 클램프에 안착된 후, 상기 상부 결합 클램프를 매개로 고정되는 동작으로 상기 지주 폴에 결합되는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 상부 결합 클램프는, 상기 안테나 모듈의 상단부에 상부 회동 링크를 매개로 힌지 고정된 상기 가이드 아암 유닛과 결합되고,상기 하부 결합 클램프는, 상기 안테나 모듈의 하단부에 고정된 하부 회동 링크와 힌지 고정되는 회동 브라켓을 매개로 상기 안테나 모듈과 결합되는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 상부 회동 링크는, 일단부가 상기 안테나 모듈에 힌지 회동 가능하게 힌지 고정되고, 타단부가 상기 가이드 아암 유닛에 힌지 회동 가능하게 힌지 고정되며,상기 하부 회동 링크는, 일단부가 상기 안테나 모듈에 고정되고, 타단부가 상기 회동 브라켓에 힌지 회동 가능하게 힌지 고정되는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 안착 클램프는,상기 지주 폴의 외주면에 밀착 결합되는 지주폴 결합부; 및상기 지주폴 결합부의 상부에서 방사상으로 직교되게 절곡 연장되고, 상기 하우징 커넥터가 안착되는 안착 플랜지부; 를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 하우징 커넥터는,상기 가이드 하우징에 면착 결합되도록 수직 배치된 수직부;상기 수직부의 하단으로부터 상기 지주 폴의 외주면을 감싸면서 상기 안착 플랜지부의 상면에 면착되는 수평부; 및상기 수평부의 선단에서 절곡되어 상기 안착 플랜지부의 테두리에 걸림되는 걸림부; 를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 상부 결합 클램프 및 하부 결합 클램프는,상기 지주 폴의 외주면 중 상기 안테나 모듈과의 사이에 해당하는 외주면에 밀착되는 일측 클램프 블록;상기 지주 폴의 외주면 중 상기 일측 클램프 블록에 대향되는 반대 측의 외주면에 밀착되는 타측 클램프 블록; 및상기 일측 클램프 블록과 타측 클램프 블록을 관통하여 너트 체결되는 적어도 둘 이상의 고정 볼트; 를 포함하는 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 하부 결합 클램프는, 하부 회동 링크를 매개로 상기 안테나 모듈의 하단부에 힌지 고정되는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 틸팅부는, 무선 또는 유선을 통해 원격으로 구동 제어되는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 스크류 볼트에 형성된 수나사산은, 소정 크기의 볼이 삽입되는 볼 스크류 형상 및 사다리꼴 형상 중 어느 하나를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
- 상하 수직되게 배치된 지주 폴에 대하여 평행되도록 일측으로 수직되게 연장 배치된 가이드 아암 유닛; 및상기 가이드 아암 유닛 내에 배치되고, 힌지 위치가 고정된 안테나 모듈의 하단부를 기준으로 상기 가이드 아암 유닛 내에서 상기 안테나 모듈의 상단부를 상기 수직 방향으로 무빙시켜 상기 지주 폴에 대한 틸팅 각도를 조정하는 틸팅부; 를 포함하는, 기지국 안테나용 클램핑 장치.
