人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維において、芯部及び/又は鞘部は染色されている。本発明の1以上の実施形態において、染色とは、成形(紡糸)後の繊維に染料を結合吸着させることによって着色された繊維を得る方法を意味し、繊維素材に合わせて、例えば、分散染料、酸性染料及び塩基性染料等を用いることができる。染色法により着色する場合には、通常のポリエステル系繊維やポリアミド系繊維などの合成繊維を染色する場合の染色方法と同様の方法により染色することができる。少なくとも鞘部を染色する観点から、鞘部樹脂組成物のみで構成された繊維を染色する場合と同様の方法により染色してもよい。好ましくは、芯部及び鞘部のいずれも染色されていることである。後染色法に用いられる染料としては、黒色、黄色、赤色、褐色等の染料を任意に用いることができ、また、二種以上の染料を混合して調色して用いてもよい。上記染料の具体例としては、ベンゼンアゾ系(モノアゾ、ジスアゾ等)、複素環アゾ系(チアゾールアゾ、ベンゾチアゾールアゾ、チオフェンアゾ等)、アンスラキノン系、縮合系(キノフタリン、スチリル、クマリン等)の分散染料が好ましく用いられる。染色は、好ましくは90℃以上150℃以下、さらに好ましくは100℃以上140℃以下の温度で行う。また、染料を含む染色浴を適切なpHに調整して行うことが好ましい。また、後染色法においては、染料とともに、定着性や分散性を高める目的で染色助剤を用いてもよい。染色助剤としては、分散剤、均染剤、オリゴマー除去剤等が挙げられる。
人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、芯部及び鞘部を含み、芯鞘構造を有する。人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維及び芯部の断面形状は、特に限定されず、円形でもよく、異形でもよい。異形としては、例えば楕円形、扁平多葉形、交差円形、繭形、だるま形、ドッグボーン形及びリボン形からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の形状を有することができる。光沢、風合い、櫛通り、カール保持力等の美容特性の観点から繊維断面と芯部が繊維断面長軸方向と芯部長軸方向が略一致した同一の扁平多葉形の断面形状を有することが好ましい。繊維と芯部が繊維断面長軸方向と芯部断面長軸方向が略一致した同一の扁平多葉形の断面を有する場合、繊維断面において、繊維断面の外周形状と芯部の外周形状が相似形であるため、鞘の厚みが均一となり、人工毛髪として良好な触感と外観を維持した上で、芯部の表面への露出を防止することができる。また、繊維と芯部が扁平多葉形の断面形状を有することにより、芯鞘界面に凹部と凸部が存在することにより、曲げなどの変形により芯鞘界面に生じる応力を分散することができるため、二成分の剥離による繊維の分離を防止することができる。さらに、繊維断面と芯部断面の長軸方向が略一致しているため、断面2次モーメントに由来する曲げ弾性率の異方性も繊維全体と芯部で一致し、触感や櫛通りといった人工毛髪に必要とされる品質を容易に調整することもできる。
人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の組成は、特に限定されず、例えば、人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、アクリロニトリル系樹脂組成物、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物、塩化ビニリデン系樹脂組成物、ポリエステル系樹脂組成物、ポリアミド系樹脂組成物、ポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物等の熱可塑性樹脂組成物で構成することができる。また、これらの樹脂組成物を2種類以上組み合わせてもよい。さらに、難燃性の観点から、難燃剤を併用することもでき、ポリエステル系樹脂と臭素系高分子難燃剤を含むポリエステル系樹脂組成物や、ポリアミド系樹脂と臭素系高分子難燃剤を含むポリアミド系樹脂組成物などが好ましく用いられる。難燃性を有する樹脂組成物としては、例えば、ポリアルキレンテレフタレート、ポリアルキレンテレフタレートを主体とした共重合ポリエステル及びポリアミドからなる群から選ばれる1種以上の樹脂100重量部と、臭素系高分子難燃剤5重量部以上40重量部以下を含む樹脂組成物が挙げられる。
人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法としては、溶融紡糸法が好ましく、例えば、ポリエステル系樹脂組成物の場合は、押出機、ギアポンプ、ノズルなどの温度を250℃以上300℃以下とし、溶融紡糸し、紡出糸条を加熱筒に通過させた後、ポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移点以下に冷却し、50m/分以上5000m/分以下の速度で引取ることにより紡出糸条(未延伸糸)が得られる。また、ポリアミド系樹脂組成物の場合は、押出機、ギアポンプ、ノズルなどの温度を260℃以上320℃以下とし、溶融紡糸し、紡出糸条を加熱筒に通過させた後、ポリアミド系樹脂のガラス転移点以下に冷却し、50m/分以上5000m/分以下の速度で引き取ることにより紡出糸条(未延伸糸)が得られる。なお、溶融紡糸の際、芯部樹脂組成物は芯部用押出機で供給し、鞘部樹脂組成物は鞘部用押出機で供給し、所定の形状を有する芯鞘型複合紡糸ノズルにて溶融ポリマーを吐出することができる。
人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、頭飾製品であれば特に限定することなく用いることができる。例えば、ヘアーウィッグ、かつら、ウィービング、ヘアーエクステンション、ブレードヘアー、ヘアーアクセサリー及びドールヘアーなどに用いることができる。
オートバイブロ式繊度測定器「DENIER COMPUTER タイプDC-11」(サーチ社製)を使用して測定し、30個のサンプルの測定値の平均値を算出して単繊維繊度とした。
室温にて、繊維を束ね、繊維束(総繊度550dtex)がズレないように収縮チューブで固定した後、カッターで輪切りにし、断面観察用繊維束を作製した。この繊維束をレーザー顕微鏡(株式会社キーエンス社製、「VK-9500」)にて500倍の倍率で撮影し、得られた繊維断面写真をもとに芯鞘比率を評価した。
芯部又は鞘部の色は、デジタルマイクロスコープ(キーエンス社VHX-60)にて断面を観察し、色情報を数値化することで芯部又は鞘部のRGB値を測定し、当該RGB値からL*a*b*を算出することで取得した。
実施例及び比較例における繊維の外観は、専門美容師による官能評価を行い、以下の4段階の基準で評価した。
A:人毛と外観が同等(深い色合いを有し、深みのある外観が発現し極めて良好)
B:人毛と外観がほぼ同等(深い色合いを有し、深みのある外観が発現し良好)
C:人毛に比べ外観が劣る
D:人毛に比べかなり劣る悪い外観
水分量100ppm以下に乾燥したポリエチレンテレフタレートペレット(East West Chemical Private Limited製、EastPET 商品名「A-12」)100重量部に対し、臭素化エポキシ系難燃剤(阪本薬品工業製、商品名「SR-T2MP」)20重量部、アンチモン酸ナトリウム(日本精鉱製、商品名「SA-A」)2重量部、黒色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM22367BLACK(20)」、顔料:20重量%、ベース樹脂:ポリエステル系樹脂)2重量部、黄色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM1001YELLOW(20)」、顔料:20重量%、ベース樹脂:ポリエステル系樹脂)0.7重量部、赤色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM3005RED(20)」、顔料:20重量%、ベース樹脂:ポリエステル系樹脂)0.5重量部を添加し、ドライブレンド後に二軸押出機に供給し、バレル設定温度280℃にて溶融混練を行い、ペレット化した後に水分量100ppm以下に乾燥させてポリエステル系樹脂組成物を得た。
鞘部に用いる樹脂をナイロン66(東レ社製、商品名「アミランCM3001」)とし、ペレット化時のバレル設定温度を280℃、ノズル設定温度を280℃とし、芯鞘比率を面積比で芯:鞘を7:3とし、ナイロン66に顔料マスターバッチを添加しないとした以外は実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度61.5dtex)を得た。
鞘部に用いる樹脂をナイロン66(東レ社製、商品名「アミランCM3001」)とし、ペレット化時のバレル設定温度を280℃、ノズル設定温度を280℃とし、芯鞘比率を面積比で芯:鞘を3:7とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度55.1dtex)を得た。
芯部に用いる樹脂をポリブチレンテレフタレートペレット(三菱ケミカル社製、商品名「ノバデュラン5020」)とし、ペレット化時のバレル設定温度260℃とし、ナイロン6に顔料マスターバッチを添加しないとした以外は実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度58.3dtex)を得た。
ポリアミド系樹脂組成物を芯部に、ポリエステル系樹脂組成物を鞘部に用い、芯鞘比率を面積比で芯:鞘を7:3とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度61.5dtex)を得た。
芯部のポリエステル系樹脂組成物に顔料マスターバッチを添加せず、鞘部のポリアミド系樹脂組成物の顔料配合を、黒色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM22367BLACK(20)」)2重量部、黄色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM1001YELLOW(20)」)0.7重量部、赤色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM3005RED(20)」)0.5重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度58.3dtex)を得た。
鞘部のポリアミド系樹脂組成物の顔料配合を、黒色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM22367BLACK(20)」)2重量部、黄色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM1001YELLOW(20)」)0.7重量部、赤色顔料マスターバッチ(大日精化工業製、商品名「PESM3005RED(20)」)0.5重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度58.3dtex)を得た。
芯部のポリエステル系樹脂組成物に顔料マスターバッチを添加しないとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度58.3dtex)を得た。
染色工程を行っていない以外は、実施例1と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度58.3dtex)を得た。
染色工程を行っていない以外は、実施例2と同様にして芯鞘複合繊維(単繊維繊度61.5dtex)を得た。
[1] 芯部と鞘部を含む人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維であって、
前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、着色繊維であり、
芯部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が10以下であり、かつ鞘部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が15以上であることを特徴とする人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[2] 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維において、少なくとも芯部は顔料を含む、[1]に記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[3] 芯部及び鞘部はいずれも染色されている、[1]又は[2]に記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[4] 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の芯部が、ポリアルキレンテレフタレート及びポリアルキレンテレフタレートを主体とした共重合ポリエステルからなる群から選ばれる1種以上のポリエステル系樹脂を含む、[1]~[3]のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[5] 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の鞘部が、ナイロン6及びナイロン66からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を主体としたポリアミド系樹脂を含む、[1]~[4]のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[6] 芯部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が8以下であり、かつ鞘部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が24以上である、[1]~[5]のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[7] 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、繊維断面における芯鞘比率が面積比で芯:鞘が1:9~9:1である、[1]~[6]のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
[8] [1]~[7]のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維を含むことを特徴とする頭飾製品。
[9] 前記頭飾製品が、ヘアーウィッグ、かつら、ウィービング、ヘアーエクステンション、ブレードヘアー、ヘアーアクセサリー及びドールヘアーからなる群から選ばれる一種である、[8]に記載の頭飾製品。
[10] [1]~[7]のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法であって、
芯部樹脂組成物及び鞘部樹脂組成物を芯鞘型複合ノズルを用いて溶融紡糸する工程、及び人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維を染色する工程を含み、
少なくとも芯部樹脂組成物は顔料を含むことを特徴とする人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法。
[11] 前記顔料は、黒色、赤色及び黄色の3種類の顔料マスターバッチで構成されている、[10]に記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法。

Claims (11)
- 芯部と鞘部を含む人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維であって、
前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、着色繊維であり、
芯部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が10以下であり、かつ鞘部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が15以上であることを特徴とする人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。 - 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維において、少なくとも芯部は顔料を含む請求項1に記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
- 芯部及び鞘部はいずれも染色されている請求項1又は2に記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
- 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の芯部が、ポリアルキレンテレフタレート及びポリアルキレンテレフタレートを主体とした共重合ポリエステルからなる群から選ばれる1種以上のポリエステル系樹脂を含む請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
- 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の鞘部が、ナイロン6及びナイロン66からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を主体としたポリアミド系樹脂を含む請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
- 芯部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が8以下であり、かつ鞘部はCIE1976色空間における明度L*が24以上である請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
- 前記人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維は、繊維断面における芯鞘比率が面積比で芯:鞘が1:9~9:1である請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維を含むことを特徴とする頭飾製品。
- 前記頭飾製品が、ヘアーウィッグ、かつら、ウィービング、ヘアーエクステンション、ブレードヘアー、ヘアーアクセサリー及びドールヘアーからなる群から選ばれる一種である請求項8に記載の頭飾製品。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法であって、
芯部樹脂組成物及び鞘部樹脂組成物を芯鞘型複合ノズルを用いて溶融紡糸する工程、及び人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維を染色する工程を含み、
少なくとも芯部樹脂組成物は顔料を含むことを特徴とする人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法。 - 前記顔料は、黒色、赤色及び黄色の3種類の顔料マスターバッチで構成されている請求項10に記載の人工毛髪用芯鞘複合繊維の製造方法。
