如图2、图3和图4所示,图2是实施例1中的显示装置收缩状态示意图;图3是实施例1中的显示装置展开状态示意图;图4是实施例1中的显示装备剖视图。
所述显示装置10包括框架100和柔性屏200,所述框架100的宽度可调节,所述柔性屏200安装至所述框架100上,且柔性屏200的宽度可以随着框架宽度的变化而变化。
如图1所示,图1是实施例1中的框架示意图。
框架100包括壳体101、第一支架102和第二支架103。
壳体101设有若干彼此平行的滑槽1011,每一滑槽1011包括两端的第一槽口1012和第二槽口1013,第一槽口1012和第二槽口1013的开口方向即为框架100的宽度调节方向。
所述第一支架102包括第一滑块1021和第一盒体1022,第一滑块1021为长条形滑块,其一端与第一盒体1022的一侧面连接,另一端穿过第一槽口1012可滑动式插入滑槽1011内,为了使第一滑块1021在对应的滑槽1011中顺滑地滑动,相邻两个第一滑块1021的间距相等,且间隔至少一个滑槽1011。
第一滑块1021与第一盒体1022侧面连接,当第一盒体1022远离所述壳体101运动时,第一滑块1021朝滑槽1011的第一槽口1012方向滑动,第一滑块1021与相对应的滑槽1011之间设有制动锁紧机构,用以限定第一滑块1021滑出滑槽1011的距离,以及锁紧第一滑块1021的位置,使其处于稳定状态。
如图6、图7和图8所示,图6是实施例1中的弹性锁制动位置示意图;图7是实施例1中的弹性锁回弹位置示意图;图8是实施例1中的弹性锁缩回位置示意图。
本实施例中,采用弹性锁300作为第一滑块1021和滑槽1011的制动装置,具体的,弹性锁300具有一锁舌301和锁扣302,锁舌301为弹性锁舌,且弹性设于所述第一滑块1021内部,锁舌301的形状为扇形凸起结构,包括一平面3011与一弧形面3012,当锁舌301与锁扣302“错位”时,锁舌301克服弹性力完全设于第一滑块1021内部,锁舌301的弧形面3012一侧朝向滑槽1011方向且始终与滑槽1011的一内侧壁相切。当锁舌301和锁扣302相对时,锁舌301从第一滑块1021内部弹出,锁舌301的平面3011一侧从第一滑块1021内部弹出,抵接至锁扣302侧壁,达到制动第一滑块1021的目的。
所述锁舌301与所述锁扣302对的相对位置随着第一滑块1021在所述滑槽1011的滑动而变化,在第一滑块1021自所述制动位置往回移动时,锁扣302远离所述平面3011的侧壁抵接所述弧形面3012,由于所述弧形面3012本身的弧度,锁舌301会在锁扣302外力作用下,克服弹性模量缩回第一滑块1021内部。
锁扣302设于滑槽1011靠近第一槽口1012的位置,为了保证第一滑块1021可以在滑槽1011内自由滑动,锁扣302与第一槽口1012之间具有一安全距离,避免第一滑块1021在滑动过程中完全脱离滑槽1011。
所述第一盒体1022包括第一开口10221和第一开口10221对应的第一空腔10222,第一盒体10221的一外侧壁与所述第一滑块1021固定连接,使得第一盒体10221相对第一槽口1012的位置可以随着第一滑块1021在滑槽1011内移动而改变。
第一支架103还包括有第一卷轴1023,第一卷轴1023可转动式连接至所述第一空腔10222内,具体的,第一卷轴1023的轴向两端可转动式连接至第一空腔10222侧对所述第一槽口1012的侧壁,第一卷轴1023的外侧壁与第一空腔1022的内侧壁之间具有一间隙。
所述柔性屏300包括中央显示区301、第一延伸区302和第二延伸区303。
中央显示区301设于所述壳体101正上方,在本发明的一实施例中,由于滑槽1011采用u形滑槽,即滑槽1011除第一槽口1012和第二槽口1013之外还具有开口1014,为了便于加工,开口1014的朝向为使用者使用所述显示装置10时的正对方向,即壳体101靠近中央显示区301方向。
如图5所示,图5是实施例1中的显示装置侧视图,中央显示区301还包括有第一侧边3011和第二侧边3012,其中,第一侧边3011和第一延伸区302一端连接,所述第一延伸区302与第一侧边3011连接处始终处于张紧状态,第二侧边3012和第二延伸区303一端连接,所述第二延伸区303与第二侧边3012连接处始终处于张紧状态,中央显示区301始终处于张紧状态。
第一延伸区302远离第一侧边3011一端,穿过所述第一开口10221螺旋套设于第一卷轴1023的轴外侧壁,且连接至第一卷轴1023的外侧壁上,当卷轴1023的转动方向背向壳体101时,第一延伸区302螺旋式脱离第一空腔10222内部,逐步平展至裸露于滑槽1011外的第一滑块1021上,直至第一滑块1021到达所述制动距离;当卷轴1023的转动方向朝向壳体101方向时,第一延伸区302随着卷轴1023转动方向螺旋套设至卷轴1023上,且置于第一空腔10222内。
所述第二支架103包括第二滑块1031和第二盒体1032,第二滑块1031为长条形滑块,其一端与第二盒体1032的一侧面连接,另一端穿过第二槽口1032可滑动式插入滑槽1011内。
所述第二滑块1031和滑槽1011之间也设有与所述弹性锁300相同的装置,其中,与第二滑块1031上设置的锁舌相对应的锁扣置于滑槽1011的第二槽口1032附近。
第一滑块1021的滑动方向与第二滑块1031的滑动方向相反,且第一滑块1021与第二滑块1031间隔插入滑槽1011中,有利于第一支架102和第二支架103受力均匀,提高所述显示装置10的使用寿命。
为了使第一卷轴1023和所述第二卷轴1033能够自主转动,所述显示装置10还包括有第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机具有第一转子,第一转子连接至第一卷轴1023,用以控制第一卷轴1023的转动,具体的,所述第一转子的转动方向包括第一方向和第二方向。
所述第二电机具有第二转子,第二转子连接至第二卷轴1033,用以控制第二卷轴1033的转动,具体的,所述第二转子的转动方向包括第三方向和第四方向,所述第一方向和所述第三方向相互平行且方向相反,所述第二方向和所述第四方向相互平行且方向相反。
实施例2
如图9、图10和图11所示,图9是实施例2中的显示设备局部示意图;图10是实施例2中的显示设备收缩状态示意图;图11是实施例2中的显示设备展开状态示意图。
本实施例中,所述显示设备包括第一显示装置11、第二显示装置12和连接部13,连接部13包括中心轴线,其中,第一显示装置11和第二显示装置12关于所述中心轴线对称。
所述第一显示装置11与实施例1中的显示装置10的结构相同。
如图12和图13所示,图12是实施例2中的连接部示意图,图13是实施例2中的连接部剖视图,连接部13包括转动轴131、第一连接件132和第二连接件133。其中,转动轴131的轴线与连接部13的所述中心轴线重合。
第一连接件132包括第一连接本体1321和第一连接支架1322。第一连接本体1321的形状为中空圆柱体,其内径与所述转动轴132的外径相匹配,所述第一连接本体1321套设于转动轴132上,且第一连接本体1321和转动轴132之间还设有平键,用以轴向固定第一连接本体1321和转动轴132,达到传递扭矩的作用。
第一连接支架1322一端连接至第一连接本体1321的外侧壁上,另一端连接至所述第一显示装置11的壳体101一端,具体的,连接至壳体101与滑槽1011可滑动方向平行的一侧。
所述第二连接件133包括第二连接本体和第二连接支架1332,其中第二连接本体包括第一连接腔体13311和第二连接腔体13312,所述第一连接腔体13311和第二连接腔体13312开口相对设置,且第一连接腔体13311和第二连接腔体13312之间的距离大于所属第一连接本体1321在连接轴131上的轴向距离,转动轴131在套设第一连接本体1321后,其轴向两端可转动式插入第一连接腔体13311和第二连接腔体13312,其中,转动轴131的转动方式包括齿轮转动、皮带传动或电机转动,在此不做限制。
第二连接支架1332一端连接至第二连接本体1331,另一端连接至第二显示装置12。
连接部13一侧面设有第二柔性屏1301,其中第二柔性屏1301一端与第一显示装置11的柔性屏100一体设置,另一端与第二显示装置12的柔性屏100一体设置,保证了显示设备1的显示质量。

Claims (10)
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括:框架,其宽度可调节;柔性屏,安装至所述支架,且其宽度可调节。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述框架包括壳体,设有多个彼此平行的滑槽,每一滑槽包括彼此相对的第一槽口及第二槽口;第一支架,包括第一滑块,可滑动式插入至至少一滑槽,所述第一滑块穿过该些滑槽的第一槽口;以及第二支架,包括第二滑块,可滑动式插入至至少一滑槽,所述第二滑块穿过该些滑槽第二槽口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一支架包括第一盒体;以及第一卷轴,可转动式连接至所述第一盒体的两个相对的内侧壁;其中,所述第一卷轴的中心轴线与所述滑槽的延伸方向垂直;所述第二支架包括第二盒体;以及第二卷轴,可转动式连接至所述第一盒体的两个相对的内侧壁;其中,所述第二卷轴的中心轴线与所述第一卷轴的中心轴线平行。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,包括第一电机,其转子连接至所述第一卷轴;以及第二电机,其转子连接至所述第二卷轴。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性屏包括一体设置的中央显示区,包括彼此相对的第一侧边和第二侧边;第一延伸区,其一端连接至所述中央显示区的第一侧边,其另一端螺旋式套设于第一卷轴外侧壁,且连接至所述第一卷轴;以及第二延伸区,其一端连接至所述中央显示区的第二侧边,其另一端螺旋式套设于第二卷轴外侧壁,且连接至所述第二卷轴。
- 一种显示设备,包括两个如权利要求1所述的显示装置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示设备,其中,包括第一显示装置,包括第一框架及第一柔性屏;以及第二显示装置,包括第二框架及第二柔性屏;其中,第一柔性屏与第二柔性屏为一体设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,其中,还包括连接部,其两端分别可转动式连接至所述第一框架和所述第二框架。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示设备,其中,所述连接部包括转动轴,包括第一连接件,一端可转动式连接于所述转动轴,另一端固定连接所述第一框架;第二连接件,一端可转动式连接于所述转动轴,另一端固定连接所述第二框架。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,其中,所述连接部表面设有第三柔性屏,所述第三柔性屏与所述第一柔性屏和第二柔性屏一体设置。
