Abstract
Description
以下、この実施形態にかかる締結具3、遮蔽ユニット1の構成について説明する。
この実施形態にかかる遮蔽ユニット1は、図1から図3に示すように、遮蔽部材(インシュレータ、ヒートインシュレータなど)2と、この実施形態にかかる締結具3と、を備える。
遮蔽部材2は、この例では、金属製の部材であって、金属製のカバー部材や金属製のプレート部材などから構成されている。遮蔽部材2は、構造体4の影響が周囲に伝達するのを遮蔽するものである。すなわち、遮蔽部材2は、構造体4の周囲の部品、装置、部材などを、構造体4の影響から保護するものである。
締結具3は、支持部品5と、固定部品としてのボルト50と、を備える。支持部品5は、遮蔽部材2を支持するものである。ボルト50は、遮蔽部材2を支持部品5を介して構造体4に固定するものである。
支持部品5は、図2および図3に示すように、スリーブ6およびリング60と、ばね部としての第1ばね7および第2ばね8と、介在部としての2枚のワッシャ(皿ワッシャ)9と、を有する。
まず、図2および図3に示すように、遮蔽部材2のうち、孔20が設けられている個所の両面(上下両面)に、2枚のワッシャ9を、それぞれ、当てて配置させる。
この実施形態にかかる締結具3、遮蔽ユニット1は、以上のごとき構成からなり、以下、その作用について説明する。
この実施形態にかかる締結具3、遮蔽ユニット1は、以上のごとき構成、作用からなり、以下、その効果について説明する。
この実施形態においては、筒部および2枚の鍔部として、筒部61と鍔部62とが一体構造のスリーブ6と、鍔部としてのリング60との2つの部品から構成されている例について説明する。しかしながら、この発明においては、筒部および2枚の鍔部として、スリーブ6の一体構造の筒部61と鍔部62とを分割して、筒部61と鍔部62と鍔部としてのリング60との3つの部品から構成されているものであっても良い。

Claims (5)
- 遮蔽部材を構造体に締結する締結具であって、
前記遮蔽部材を支持する支持部品と、
前記遮蔽部材を前記支持部品を介して前記構造体に固定する固定部品と、
を備え、
前記支持部品は、
前記遮蔽部材に設けられている孔中に挿入され、かつ、前記固定部品が挿入される筒部と、
前記筒部の両端にそれぞれ設けられていて、前記遮蔽部材の両面にそれぞれ対向する2枚の鍔部と、
2枚の前記鍔部と前記遮蔽部材の両面との間にそれぞれ介在されるばね部と、
を有し、
前記ばね部は、荷重-たわみ特性が異なる第1ばねと第2ばねとを有し、
前記第1ばねは、2枚の前記鍔部と前記遮蔽部材の両面との間にそれぞれ介在され、
前記第2ばねは、少なくとも1枚の前記鍔部と前記遮蔽部材の少なくとも1面との間に介在される、
ことを特徴とする締結具。 - 前記筒部と2枚の前記鍔部とは、一端に鍔部が一体に設けられているスリーブと、前記スリーブの他端に嵌合されるリングと、から構成されていて、
前記第1ばねは、一端に鍔が一体に設けられているスリーブ形状のばねと、前記スリーブ形状のばねの他端に嵌合されるリング形状のばねと、からなり、
前記スリーブ形状のばねは、前記遮蔽部材の前記孔中に挿入され、かつ、前記スリーブに外側から嵌合され、
前記スリーブ形状のばねの鍔は、2枚の前記鍔部の一方と前記遮蔽部材の両面の一方との間に介在され、
前記リング形状のばねは、2枚の前記鍔部の他方と前記遮蔽部材の両面の他方との間に介在される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結具。 - 前記支持部品は、前記遮蔽部材の両面と前記ばね部との間にそれぞれ介在される介在部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結具。 - 前記第1ばねは、ワイヤメッシュから構成されているばねであり、
前記第2ばねは、ウエーブワッシャである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の締結具。 - 構造体の影響が周囲に伝達するのを遮蔽する遮蔽部材と、
前記の請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の締結具と、
を備え、
前記遮蔽部材には、前記締結具の筒部が挿入される孔が、設けられている、
ことを特徴とする遮蔽ユニット。
