Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une fermeture pour un récipient présentant un élément de base, un couvercle rabattable et un bec verseur. Ledit élément de base comprend une jupe présentant un moyen de fixation pour fixer la fermeture et ledit couvercle rabattable comprenant un élément de couvercle supérieur et une paroi latérale externe s'étendant à partir de ce dernier. L'élément de base comporte un 1er élément de mise en prise et un 2nd élément de mise en prise, ledit 1er élément de mise en prise et ledit 2nd élément de mise en prise étant agencés de telle sorte qu'ils entrent en prise l'un avec l'autre lorsque ledit couvercle rabattable est en position fermée et lorsqu'aucune force n'est exercée sur ladite paroi latérale externe dudit couvercle rabattable. Le second élément de mise en prise peut être déplacé dans une direction de dégagement lorsqu'une pression est exercée sur ladite paroi latérale externe dudit couvercle rabattable.
