Such that if user is in communication with caretaker, and the caretaker diagnose a need for different, further, or additional medication. It may be that a user is unable to operate the dispenser unsupervised, and thus a remotely connected caretaker may use the remote services 180 to operate the dispenser and to allow medicine to be dispensed and for example an alarm to sound.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une cassette (10, 10') comprenant une ou plusieurs cellules (14) permettant de contenir le contenu, les cellules (14) étant disposées de manière circonférentielle, et chaque cellule (14) comprend une partie inférieure (15) et des parois latérales (16), et une extrémité ouverte (17). Les cellules disposées de manière circonférentielle (14) comportent au moins un espace borgne (18) entre deux cellules adjacentes (14) présentant une largeur correspondant au moins à la largeur d'une cellule (14), la cassette (10, 10') étant sensiblement circulaire et comportant une ouverture circulaire interne (19) autour de laquelle les cellules (14) sont disposées, et l'ouverture circulaire interne (19) peut être disposée sur un carter de moteur de forme circulaire correspondante (50, 50'), la cassette (10, 10') comprend en outre un disque de couvercle de cassette relié en rotation (11, 11') recouvrant l'extrémité ouverte (17) des cellules (14), le disque de couvercle de cassette (11, 11') peut tourner par rapport à la cassette (10, 10'), et le disque de couvercle de cassette (11, 11') comprend en outre au moins une ouverture de couvercle (12) présentant une taille et une forme correspondant sensiblement à l'extrémité ouverte (17) d'au moins l'une des cellules (14) ou plus grandes que celle-ci. L'invention concerne en outre un distributeur (20, 20') permettant de surveiller et de distribuer des doses de contenu, un dispositif de remplissage permettant de remplir une cassette, un système permettant de faire fonctionner un distributeur (20, 20') et un procédé de fonctionnement d'un distributeur (20, 20').
