Abstract

Es wird eine Anordnung einzelner Magnetaufnahmen (4) an einem Rotor (2) oder Stator vorgeschlagen, welche jeweils offen und radial innen- oder außenliegend am Rotor oder Stator sowie spritzgussfrei ausgebildet sind, in welche jeweils ein Permanentmagnet (6) unter Ausbildung eines Form- und Kraftschlusses klemmend angeordnet ist. Dabei sind in Umfangsrichtung des die Magnetaufnahmen (4) aufweisenden Rotors (2) oder Stators zwischen jeweils zwei benachbarten Permanentmagneten (6) einzelne, in Längsrichtung (Z-Z) des Rotors (2) oder Stators zueinander beabstandete und die jeweilige Magnetaufnahme (4) mitbildende Haltezungen (8) vorgesehen, welche die Klemmung des jeweils zugeordneten Permanentmagneten (6) gegen ein Blechpaket (10) bewirken. Die einzelnen Haltezungen (8) sind dabei an einer zugeordneten Blechlage (10I) des Blechpakets (10) angeformt, wobei die einzelnen Haltezungen (8) an zumindest einem von zwei benachbarten Permanentmagneten (6) klemmend anliegen. Es werden ferner ein E-Motor, ein Rotor sowie ein Stator mit einer solchen Anordnung sowie ein Fügeverfahren vorgeschlagen.
