- 제1항에 따른 음극의 전리튬화 장치 및 음극 구조체를 준비하는 단계;상기 음극 구조체를 전리튬화 반응조 내 함침 구간을 주행시키면서 전리튬화 용액으로 함침시키는 단계;함침된 음극 구조체를 전리튬화 구간의 전리튬화 용액 내부를 주행시키면서 전리튬화하는 단계; 및전리튬화된 음극 구조체를 에이징 구간에서 에이징하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 전리튬화는, 음극 구조체와 이격되도록 배치된 리튬 금속 대극을 전리튬화 구간에 배치하고 상기 음극 구조체를 전기화학 충전하여 수행되며,상기 리튬 금속 대극과 음극 구조체 사이의 이격 거리는 7 내지 15mm인 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 리튬 금속 대극과 음극 구조체 사이의 이격 거리는 9 내지 13mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 리튬 금속 대극은 음극 구조체와 평행하게 배치되는 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 리튬 금속 대극은 스테인리스 스틸 기판에 리튬 금속이 라미네이션된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 음극 구조체는 음극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 음극 활물질층이 형성되되, 음극 활물질층의 폭 방향의 적어도 일 측에 무지부가 형성된 것인 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,리튬 금속 대극은 음극 활물질층에만 대면하는 상태로 배치되는 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 음극 구조체를 세척 및 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 음극의 전리튬화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 음극 구조체의 표면에 SEI 피막이 형성되고,상기 SEI 피막 내 ROCO2Li에 대한 Li2CO3의 함량비가 1.5 내지 5인 음극의 전리튬화 방법.(상기 R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌 글리콜을 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상이다.)
- 표면에 SEI 피막이 형성되고,상기 SEI 피막 내 ROCO2Li에 대한 Li2CO3의 함량비가 1.5 내지 5인 음극.(상기 R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌 글리콜을 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상이다.)
