  • Walking is one of the most basic movements for humans, but many people tend to have a habit of walking as a result of walking without being particularly conscious of their walking posture for many years.
  • the habit of walking usually appears as a tilt of the body, and in a continuous walking motion, it is observed as a swing during walking in which the body leans to one side or left and right.
  • Such walking habits may occur not only when the walking habits are accumulated for many years, but also when it is difficult to take a correct walking posture due to the influence of illness or injury.
  • the habit of walking is mild, the effect on the body is small, but if the degree is severe, a biased load is applied to the knees and hips, and the effects of joint inflammation and pain are likely to occur. Therefore, it is important for people with strong walking habits to correct their walking habits before they affect the body.
