Claims (12)
- 리튬(Li)이 제1 온도에서 용융되어 제1 용융액이 제조되는 단계;상기 제1 용융액과 함께 플루오린화금속 파우더를 제2 온도에서 교반한 제2 용융액을 제조하는 단계;상기 제2 용융액으로 리튬 합금 전극을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 리튬 합금 전극은 플루오린화리튬(LiF)을 포함하는 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 플루오린화금속 파우더는 상기 제2 용융액의 전체 중량 대비 1wt% 이상 30wt% 이하의 중량으로 포함되는 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 플루오린화금속 파우더에 포함된 금속은 규소 (Si), 마그네슘(Mg), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄 (Al), 주석(Sn), 스트론튬(Sr), 란타넘(La), 은(Ag), 인듐(In), 탄탈럼(Ta), 나이오븀(Nb) 중 하나를 포함하는 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제3항에서,상기 플루오린화금속 파우더에 포함된 금속은 마그네슘(Mg)인 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제4항에서,상기 플루오린화금속 파우더는 상기 제2 용융액의 전체 중량 대비 1wt% 이상 10wt% 이하의 중량으로 포함되는 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 리튬 합금 전극은 호일(foil) 형태로 제조되는 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 온도는 섭씨 200도 이상 섭씨 500도 이하이고,상기 제2 온도는 섭씨 200도 이상 섭씨 500도 이하인 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제7항에서,상기 제2 온도는 상기 제1 온도와 동일하거나 상기 제1 온도보다 높은 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에서,상기 리튬 합금 전극은 상기 제2 용융액을 냉각하여 형성된 리튬 합금 잉곳을 압출 및 압연하여 제조되는 이차 전지용 전극 제조 방법.
- 플루오린화리튬(LiF)을 포함하는 리튬 합금으로 제조된 리튬 합금 음극;양극 슬러리 조성물이 도포된 집전체를 포함하는 양극; 및상기 리튬 합금 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 개재된 분리막을 포함하고,상기 리튬 합금은 리튬(Li) 및 플루오린화금속 파우더가 용융된 용융액으로 제조되는 이차 전지.
- 제10항에서,상기 플루오린화금속 파우더는 상기 용융액의 전체 중량 대비 1wt% 이상 30wt% 이하의 중량으로 포함되는 이차 전지.
- 제10항에서,상기 플루오린화금속 파우더에 포함된 금속은 규소 (Si), 마그네슘(Mg), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄 (Al), 주석(Sn), 스트론튬(Sr), 란타넘(La), 은(Ag), 인듐(In), 탄탈럼(Ta), 나이오븀(Nb) 중 하나를 포함하는 이차 전지.
