Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes de restauration collective, notamment des restaurants avec un service automatisé rapide, de qualité et à grande échelle des visiteurs. En outre, ce système permet d'unifier les relations entre les clients et les restaurants, notamment trouver un restaurant pratique convenant aux exigences du client, la prise de commandes sur le menu du restaurant et le paiement à distance, sans perdre de temps dans une attente inutile. Le but de la présente invention est de créer un système assurant la rapidité de service des visiteurs, une interface pratique pour le choix des plats pour une commande anticipée, la possibilité de payer à distance les commandes avant de se rendre au restaurant. Le résultat technique de la présente invention consiste en la création d'un système permettant de simplifier le processus de contrôle de distribution des plats, d'augmenter la précision de ce contrôle et d'accélérer le calcul du coûts des plats choisis par un client. L'invention concerne un système de service automatisé de restaurants, qui comprend un ordinateur avec un dispositif de saisie de données, de représentation d'articles sous forme de plats dans un menu électronique, et avec un logiciel de fonctions de prises de commandes depuis les visiteurs et de systématisation des données de la commande et de suivi des données d'exécution de la commande; le système comprend également une interface de cuisinier assurant l'interaction entre le cuisinier et ledit système, une application électronique utilisée par les visiteurs afin de réaliser la commande en choisissant les plats voulus, ainsi qu'une interface bancaire pur effectuer le paiement et obtenir des informations sur le paiement des commandes.
