Abstract

Description
本発明は、情報処理装置、情報処理方法、プログラム、医療機器及び吸入機器に関する。
近年、携帯型医療機器において、気化した薬剤量等の医療データを外部装置と通信する技術が開発されている。
例えば、特許文献1には、医療機器において取得した気化物質に関するデータを、外部に送信することが開示されている。

ここで、特許文献1では、医療機器を制御し、気化した物質の投与量に関する情報を外部装置に提供している。しかしながら、気化した物質は、ユーザに摂取される前に、空中に霧散してしまうおそれがある。そのため、気化された物質量とユーザの実際の摂取量にずれが生じる場合がある。
そこで、本発明は、医療用吸入機器におけるユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の一態様に係る情報処理装置は、医療機器で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、医療機器からユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得する第1の取得部と、第1の取得部により取得された吸入情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報計算する第1の計算部と、薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得する第2の取得部と、第1の計算部により計算された総吸入情報及び第2の取得部により取得された霧化情報を用いてユーザによる薬剤の摂取量を計算する第2の計算部と、第2の計算部により計算された薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力する出力部と、を備える。
本発明の一態様に係る情報処理方法は、医療機器で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、医療機器からユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得することと、取得された吸入情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報を計算することと、薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得することと、計算された総吸入情報及び取得された霧化情報を用いてユーザによる薬剤の摂取量を計算することと、計算された薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力することと、を備える。
本発明の一態様に係るプログラムは、コンピュータに、医療機器で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、医療機器からユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得する第1の取得部と、第1の取得部により取得された吸入情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報を計算する第1の計算部と、薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得する第2の取得部と、第1の計算部により計算された総吸入情報及び第2の取得部により取得された霧化情報を用いてユーザによる薬剤の摂取量を計算する第2の計算部と、第2の計算部により計算された薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力する出力部と、を実現させる。
なお、本発明において、「部」、「装置」とは、単に物理的手段を意味するものではなく、その「部」、「装置」が有する機能をソフトウェアによって実現する場合も含む。また、1つの「部」、「装置」が有する機能が2つ以上の物理的手段や装置により実現されても、2つ以上の「部」、「装置」の機能が1つの物理的手段や装置により実現されてもよい。
また、「気化」又は「霧化」とは、薬剤をミスト化又はエアロゾル化することを一般的に意味する。
本発明によれば、医療用吸入機器におけるユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出可能な技術を提供することができる。
以下、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明する。各図面において同一の構成要素に対しては可能な限り同一の符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。
<<情報処理システムの構成例>>
図1は、本発明の本実施形態に係る情報処理システムの概略構成図である。
図1に示すように、情報処理システム10は、例示的に、医療用吸入機器1と、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2と、ユーザ端末2とネットワークNを介して通信可能に構成される情報処理サーバ3と、を備えて構成される。以下の説明において、例えば、医療用吸入機器1及びユーザ端末2は、同一のユーザによって所持されている。医療用吸入機器1は、医療機器又は吸入機器の一例である。情報処理サーバ3は情報処理装置の一例である。ユーザは、患者又は人と読み替えてもよい。
図1は、本発明の本実施形態に係る情報処理システムの概略構成図である。
図1に示すように、情報処理システム10は、例示的に、医療用吸入機器1と、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2と、ユーザ端末2とネットワークNを介して通信可能に構成される情報処理サーバ3と、を備えて構成される。以下の説明において、例えば、医療用吸入機器1及びユーザ端末2は、同一のユーザによって所持されている。医療用吸入機器1は、医療機器又は吸入機器の一例である。情報処理サーバ3は情報処理装置の一例である。ユーザは、患者又は人と読み替えてもよい。
情報処理システム10は、いわゆるクライアント・サーバシステムである。情報処理システム10は、クライアントであるユーザ端末2と、情報処理サーバ3とがネットワークNを介して相互に通信を行うことにより実現される。なお、ネットワークNは、例えば、インターネット、携帯電話網といったネットワーク、LAN(Local Area Network)、あるいはこれらを組み合わせたネットワークにより実現される。
医療用吸入機器1は、ユーザにより吸入される物質を生成する電子デバイスである。例えば、医療用吸入機器1は、ネブライザである。その他にも例えば、加熱用のスティックをデバイスに挿入し、吸入する形態でも構わない。医療用吸入機器1となり得る医療用吸入機器の構成例については後述する。
ユーザ端末2は、通信機能を有する携帯型の電子デバイスである。例えば、ユーザ端末2は、スマートフォン又はタブレット端末などである。ユーザ端末2の構成例については後述する。
情報処理サーバ3は、情報処理機能を有するコンピュータである。情報処理サーバ3は、例えば、1つ又は複数(少なくとも一つ)のサーバ装置により実現される。情報処理サーバ3の構成例については後述する。
医療用吸入機器1とユーザ端末2とは、互いに関連付けられており、例えば、Bluetooth(登録商標)やBLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)通信等の近距離無線通信を実行することで双方でのデータの送受信が可能となる。なお、医療用吸入機器1とユーザ端末2の間のデータの送受信は、BLE通信に限られず、例えば、Wi-Fi(登録商標)やLPWAN(Low Power Wide Area Network)、NFC(Near Field Communication)など、どのような通信で実行されてもよい。また、医療用吸入機器1とユーザ端末2の間のデータの送受信は、必ずしも無線通信に限られず、USB(Universal Serial Bus)やMini USB、Micro USB、Lightningなどの有線通信であってもよい。
<<医療用吸入機器の構成例>>
医療用吸入機器は、ユーザにより吸入される物質を生成する装置である。以下では、医療用吸入機器により生成される物質が、エアロゾルであるものとして説明する。他に、医療用吸入機器により生成される物質は、気体であってもよい。

図2に示すように、本構成例に係る医療用吸入機器1は、電源ユニット110及びカートリッジ120及びマウスピース124を含む。電源ユニット110は、電源部111、センサ部112、通知部113、記憶部114、通信部115、及び制御部116を含む。カートリッジ120は、加熱部121、液誘導部122、及び貯蔵部123を含む。カートリッジ120には、空気流路180が形成される。
図2に示すように、本構成例に係る医療用吸入機器1は、電源ユニット110及びカートリッジ120及びマウスピース124を含む。電源ユニット110は、電源部111、センサ部112、通知部113、記憶部114、通信部115、及び制御部116を含む。カートリッジ120は、加熱部121、液誘導部122、及び貯蔵部123を含む。カートリッジ120には、空気流路180が形成される。
電源部111は、電力を蓄積する。そして、電源部111は、制御部116による制御に基づいて、医療用吸入機器1の各構成要素に電力を供給する。電源部111は、例えば、リチウムイオン二次電池等の充電式バッテリにより構成され得る。
センサ部112は、医療用吸入機器1に関する各種情報を取得する。一例として、センサ部112は、マイクロホンコンデンサ等の圧力センサ、流量センサ、電圧センサ又は温度センサ等により構成され、ユーザによる吸入に伴う値を取得する。例えば、センサ部112は、ユーザが吸入した吸引容量[ml/sec]を測定し、吸引容量を取得してもよい。他の一例として、センサ部112は、ボタン又はスイッチ等の、ユーザからの情報の入力を受け付ける入力装置により構成される。さらに、センサ部112は、生体データを測定するバイタルセンサを含む。
通知部113は、情報をユーザに通知する。通知部113は、例えば、発光する発光装置、画像を表示する表示装置、音を出力する音出力装置、又は振動する振動装置等により構成される。
記憶部114は、医療用吸入機器1の動作のための各種情報を記憶する。記憶部114は、例えば、フラッシュメモリ等の不揮発性の記憶媒体により構成される。
通信部115は、有線又は無線の任意の通信規格に準拠した通信を行うことが可能な通信インタフェースである。かかる通信規格としては、例えば、Wi-Fi(登録商標)、又はBluetooth(登録商標)等が採用され得る。
制御部116は、演算処理装置及び制御装置として機能し、各種プログラムに従って医療用吸入機器1内の動作全般を制御する。制御部116は、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)、及びマイクロプロセッサ等の電子回路によって実現される。制御部116は、記憶部114に記憶されたプログラムを実行することで後述する各部を実現し、種々の動作を実行する。
貯蔵部123は、エアロゾル源を貯蔵する。エアロゾル源が霧化されることで、エアロゾルが生成される。エアロゾル源は、例えば、グリセリン及びプロピレングリコール等の多価アルコール、並びに水等の液体であり、薬剤を含む薬液である。
液誘導部122は、貯蔵部123に貯蔵された液体であるエアロゾル源を、貯蔵部123から誘導し、保持する。液誘導部122は、例えば、ガラス繊維等の繊維素材又は多孔質状のセラミック等の多孔質状素材を撚って形成されるウィックである。その場合、貯蔵部123に貯蔵されたエアロゾル源は、ウィックの毛細管効果により誘導される。
加熱部121は、エアロゾル源を加熱することで、エアロゾル源を霧化してエアロゾルを生成する。図2に示した例では、加熱部121は、コイルとして構成され、液誘導部122に巻き付けられる。加熱部121が発熱すると、液誘導部122に保持されたエアロゾル源が加熱されて霧化され、エアロゾルが生成される。加熱部121は、電源部111から給電されると発熱する。一例として、ユーザが吸入を開始したこと、及び/又は所定の情報が入力されたことが、センサ部112により検出された場合に、給電されてもよい。そして、ユーザが吸入を終了したこと、及び/又は所定の情報が入力されたことが、センサ部112により検出された場合に、給電が停止されてもよい。加熱部121は、霧化部の一例である。
空気流路180は、ユーザに吸入される空気の流路である。空気流路180は、空気流路180内への空気の入り口である空気流入孔181と、空気流路180からの空気の出口である空気流出孔182と、を両端とする管状構造を有する。空気流路180の途中には、上流側(空気流入孔181に近い側)に液誘導部122が配置され、下流側(空気流出孔182に近い側)にカートリッジ120が配置される。ユーザによる吸入に伴い空気流入孔181から流入した空気は、加熱部121により生成されたエアロゾルと混合され、矢印190に示すように、空気流出孔182へ輸送される。
マウスピース124は、吸入の際にユーザに咥えられる部材である。マウスピース124には、空気流出孔182が配置される。ユーザは、マウスピース124を咥えて吸入することで、エアロゾルと空気との混合流体を口腔内へ取り込むことができる。マウスピース124は、吸入部の一例である。マウスピース124は、加熱部121により霧化されたエアロゾル源を吸入するために用いられる。
以上、医療用吸入機器1の構成例を説明した。もちろん医療用吸入機器1の構成は上記に限定されず、以下に例示する多様な構成をとり得る。
他の一例として、医療用吸入機器1は、複数種類のエアロゾル源を含んでいてもよい。複数種類のエアロゾル源から生成された複数種類のエアロゾルが空気流路180内で混合され化学反応を起こすことで、さらに他の種類のエアロゾルが生成されてもよい。
また、エアロゾル源を霧化する手段は、加熱部121による加熱に限定されない。例えば、エアロゾル源を霧化する手段は、振動霧化、又は誘導加熱であってもよい。
上述のように構成される医療用吸入機器1は、起動に基づいて生体データの測定を開始し、情報処理サーバ3に向けて、ユーザ端末2を介して、測定した生体データを送信する。生体データは、リアルタイムで送信されてもよく、所定の情報が送信されるタイミングで送信されてもよい。生体データは、医療用吸入機器1の起動中に測定される。生体データは、ユーザが医療用吸入機器1を用いた吸入中に測定される。一例では、医療用吸入機器1は、ユーザによる医療用吸入機器1の吸入動作に応じた医療用吸入機器1の起動に基づいて生体データの測定を開始する。別の例では、医療用吸入機器1は、ユーザによる医療用吸入機器1のボタン又はスイッチ等を用いた起動の入力に基づいて生体データの測定を開始する。
ここで、医療用吸入機器1で測定される生体データの例について説明する。生体データは、脈拍、発汗、唾液成分、心拍、呼吸、言葉、握力等の各指標について、既知の技術を用いて医療用吸入機器1において測定可能なデータである。唾液成分に関するデータは、アミラーゼ(u/L)、セロトニン(μg/mL)、コチゾール(Pmol/mL)、一酸化窒素代謝産物(μg/g)(唾液硝酸イオン)に関する濃度等のデータを含んでもよい。唾液成分に関する測定データは、上記の他、揮発性硫黄化合物(ppb)(硫化水素、メチルメルカブタン、ジメチルサルファイド)、酸性度(pH)、緩衝能(pH)、白血球(個/μL)、タンパク質(mg/mL)、アンモニア(μg/mL)、粘性(cp)等のデータを含んでもよい。
上述の制御部116に実現される各部について説明する。
制御部116は、出力部1161、取得部1162及び霧化制御部1163を実現する。各部は、制御部116が備えるプロセッサ等の処理回路によって実現されるということもできる。各部は、各機能ということもできる。下記で説明する各部は、制御部116またはプロセッサ等の処理回路と読み替え可能である。

出力部1161は、医療用吸入機器1の起動又は吸入動作に基づく種々の情報を情報処理サーバ3に出力する。
例えば、出力部1161は、マウスピース124を介したユーザによる薬剤の吸入に関する吸入情報を情報処理サーバ3に出力する。以下では、「薬剤」は、薬剤を含む液体または薬液を意味する。吸入情報は、吸入動作の検知に基づき取得される情報である。吸入動作の検知は、ユーザの吸入動作により生じる空気流路180内の空気流を検知することで実現される。吸入情報は、例えば、ユーザの吸入容量に関する情報を含む。ユーザの吸入容量に関する情報は、単位時間当たりのユーザの吸入容量[ml/sec]であってもよいし、一回の吸引ごとの吸入容量[ml]であってもよい。医療用吸入機器1は、センサ部112である圧力センサや流量センサにより、ユーザの吸入容量に関する情報を取得する。また、吸入情報は、開始情報、終了情報又は吸入時間情報を含んでいてもよい。医療用吸入機器1は、例えば、ユーザによる医療用吸入機器1の吸入動作に基づく吸入動作の開始又は終了の検知に応答して、吸入動作の開始又は終了を示す情報を取得する。吸入動作の開始を示す情報は、吸入の開始を示す開始情報に相当する。吸入動作の終了を示す情報は、吸入の終了を示す終了情報に相当する。吸入時間情報は、吸入動作の開始から終了までの時間を計測した吸入時間を示す情報である。
例えば、出力部1161は、医療用吸入機器1の起動に基づいて取得された生体データを出力する。例えば、出力部1161は、温度情報を出力する。温度情報は、加熱部121の温度を示す情報である。加熱部121の温度は、センサ部112によって計測される。例えば、出力部1161は、電圧情報を出力する。電圧情報は、加熱部121の電圧を示す情報である。加熱部121の電圧は、センサ部112によって測定される。電圧の表記は、電圧値を意味する。加熱部121の電圧と加熱部121の温度との間には相関がある。
取得部1162は、出力部1161により出力された吸入情報の応答として、情報処理サーバ3から加熱部121の動作指示を取得する。動作指示は、温度調節指示、停止指示等を含む。温度調節指示は、例えば、加熱部121の給電量を増減し、温度を調節させる指示である。停止指示は、例えば、加熱部121への給電を停止させる指示である。
霧化制御部1163は、動作指示に基づいて加熱部121の温度調節又は停止を制御する。霧化制御部1163は、加熱部121を制御する制御部の一例である。
<<ユーザ端末の構成例>>
図4は、本発明の実施形態に係るユーザ端末の構成例を概略的に示すブロック図である。
ユーザ端末2は、制御部21、記憶部22、入力部23、表示部24、通信部25及び検出部26を備える。各部は、バスラインを介して相互に接続されている。

入力部23は、ユーザによる操作に基づいて指示を受け付ける。例えば、入力部23は、キーボード又はタッチパッドなどで構成される。
表示部24は、種々の画面を表示する。例えば、表示部24は、液晶ディスプレイなどで構成される。
通信部25は、有線又は無線の任意の通信規格に準拠した通信を行うことが可能な1以上の通信インタフェースで構成される。通信部25は、上述のようにユーザ端末2と医療用吸入機器1との間で通信を行うことが可能な1以上の通信インタフェースを含む。通信部25は、上述のようにネットワークNを介してユーザ端末2と情報処理サーバ3との間で通信を行うことが可能な1以上の通信インタフェースを含む。
検出部26は、各種情報を検出するセンサで構成される。検出部26は、ユーザ端末2の位置情報を検出するセンサを含む。例えば、位置情報は、緯度及び経度を示す情報である。例えば、位置情報を検出するセンサは、GPS(Global Positioning System)センサである。
上述のユーザ端末2は、特定のアプリケーションの起動によって医療用吸入機器1と連携する。ユーザ端末2は、以下に例示するように、吸入情報を含むログ情報を情報処理サーバ3へ送信する。例えば、ログ情報は、吸入情報の取得に関する時刻情報、位置情報等を含み得る。吸入情報の取得に関する時刻情報は、例えば、ユーザ端末2が吸入情報を取得した時刻を示す情報である。吸入情報の取得に関する位置情報は、例えば、ユーザ端末2が吸入情報を取得した時点のユーザ端末2の位置を示す情報である。
ユーザ端末2は、ユーザによる医療用吸入機器1の吸入動作に基づいて、ログ情報を情報処理サーバ3へ送信する。まず、ユーザ端末2は、特定のアプリケーションの起動中、医療用吸入機器1の吸入動作の検知に応答して、通信部25を介して、医療用吸入機器1から吸入情報を受信する。なお、ユーザ端末2と医療用吸入機器1との間の通信の接続は、特定のアプリケーションの起動中又は常時通信可能に接続されていてもよいし、医療用吸入機器1の起動に基づいて断続的に通信可能に接続されてもよい。
次に、ユーザ端末2は、通信部25を介して、少なくとも吸入情報を含むログ情報を情報処理サーバ3へ送信する。ユーザ端末2は、吸入情報の取得に応じてリアルタイムにログ情報を情報処理サーバ3へ送信してもよい。
なお、ユーザ端末2は、特定のアプリケーションの起動に基づいて吸入情報を取得する例について説明したが、これに限定されない。ユーザ端末2は、特定のアプリケーションの起動によらず、吸入情報を取得してもよい。
ユーザ端末2は、医療用吸入機器1の吸入動作の検知に応答して、通信部25を介して、医療用吸入機器1の起動中の温度情報を受信し得る。ユーザ端末2は、医療用吸入機器1の吸入動作の検知に応答して、通信部25を介して、医療用吸入機器1の起動中の電圧情報を受信し得る。ユーザ端末2は、通信部25を介して、ユーザが医療用吸入機器1を使用している間の生体データを受信し得る。ユーザが医療用吸入機器1を使用している間は、医療用吸入機器1の起動中に対応する。ログ情報は、温度情報、電圧情報または生体データを含んでもよい。ログ情報は、医療用吸入機器1で使用中のエアロゾル源に含まれる薬剤の薬剤情報を含んでもよい。薬剤情報は、薬剤名又は薬剤IDを示す。薬剤情報は、ユーザ端末2の入力部23からユーザにより入力されてもよい。薬剤情報は、ユーザ端末2が医療用吸入機器1から取得したものでもよい。
ログ情報は、医療用吸入機器1を所持するユーザのユーザ情報を含んでもよい。ユーザ情報は、ユーザ端末2を所持するユーザに固有な情報である。例えば、ユーザ情報は、予め設定されたユーザID、ユーザの属性情報及びユーザの医療関連情報等である。ユーザIDは、ユーザ端末2に一意に割り当てられた識別子である。属性情報は、性別、年齢、体格等、ユーザの属性を示す情報である。医療関連情報は、ユーザの症状、治療法、投薬法等を示す情報である。属性情報及び医療関連情報は、入力部23からユーザにより入力され得る。属性情報及び医療関連情報は、適宜更新されてもよい。ユーザ情報は、記憶部22に格納される。
ログ情報は、医療用吸入機器1の種類を示す種類情報を含んでもよい。例えば、種類情報は、医療用吸入機器1の型番等の情報である。種類情報は、記憶部22に格納される。ログ情報は、その他の情報を含んでもよい。
なお、ログ情報に含まれる情報をどのように送信するかは設計事項であり、各情報は別々に送信されてもよい。
なお、ユーザ端末2のハードウェア構成は、上述の構成に限定されるものではない。ユーザ端末2は、適宜、上述の構成要素の省略及び変更並びに新たな構成要素の追加を可能とする。

ログ情報DB321は、ユーザ端末2から情報処理サーバ3へ送信されるログ情報に基づくデータを記憶するデータベースである。ログ情報DB321は、情報処理サーバ3がユーザ端末2からログ情報を受信する毎に更新される。
霧化量データDB322は、複数の薬剤ごとに、吸入容量[ml]の単位量当たりの霧化量を示す情報を記憶するデータベースである。吸入容量の単位量当たりの薬剤の霧化量は、例えば、ユーザの吸入容量の単位量(例えば、1[ml])に含まれる、霧化された薬剤の量である。吸入容量の単位量当たりの薬剤の霧化量は、複数の薬剤ごとに記憶される。

粒径データDB324は、複数の薬剤の温度に応じた粒径を示す情報を記憶するデータベースである。粒径は、霧化された薬剤の平均粒径(直径)を示す。粒径データDB324は、例えば、各薬剤を識別する「薬剤名」又は「薬剤ID」と、温度に応じた各薬剤の「粒径」が関連付けられたレコードを記憶する。温度に応じた各薬剤の「粒径」を示すデータは、粒径データに相当する。粒径データDB324は、予め記憶部32に格納されているものでもよいし、ネットワークNを介して図示しないサーバから情報処理サーバ3へダウンロードされるものでもよい。粒径データDB324は、適宜更新されてもよい。粒径データDB324の構成例については後述する。
デリバリ割合DB325は、複数の薬剤の粒径に応じたデリバリ割合を示す情報を記憶するデータベースである。デリバリ割合は、薬剤がユーザの体内(例えば、肺)に到達する割合を示す。デリバリ割合DB325は、例えば、各薬剤を識別する「薬剤名」又は「薬剤ID」と、粒径に応じた各薬剤の「デリバリ割合」が関連付けられたレコードを記憶する。粒径に応じた各薬剤の「デリバリ割合」を示すデータは、デリバリ割合データに相当する。デリバリ割合DB325は、予め記憶部32に格納されているものでもよいし、ネットワークNを介して図示しないサーバから情報処理サーバ3へダウンロードされるものでもよい。デリバリ割合DB325は、適宜更新されてもよい。デリバリ割合DB325の構成例については後述する。
通信部33は、無線の任意の通信規格に準拠した通信を行うことが可能な1以上の通信インタフェースで構成される。通信部33は、上述のようにネットワークNを介して情報処理サーバ3とユーザ端末2との間で通信を行うことが可能な1以上の通信インタフェースを含む。
なお、情報処理サーバ3のハードウェア構成は、上述の構成に限定されるものではない。情報処理サーバ3は、適宜、上述の構成要素の省略及び変更並びに新たな構成要素の追加を可能とする。
上述の制御部31に実現される各部について説明する。

第1の取得部311は、医療用吸入機器1で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、医療用吸入機器1からユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得する。例えば、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、ユーザによる一回の吸入の吸入容量[ml]に関する情報を取得する。一回の吸入は、ユーザによる一回の吸入動作の開始から終了までを意味する。また、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、単位時間当たりのユーザによる吸入容量[ml/sec]に関する情報を取得してもよい。第1の取得部311は、ユーザによる一回の吸入毎に吸入情報を取得する。また、例えば、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の開始又は終了に基づいて吸入情報を取得してもよい。また、第1の取得部311は、加熱部121の温度を示す温度情報又は加熱部121の電圧を示す電圧情報を医療用吸入機器1から取得する。また、第1の取得部311は、ユーザが医療用吸入機器1を使用している間のユーザの生体データを取得する。
第1の計算部312は、第1の取得部311により取得された吸入情報に基づいてユーザの吸入毎の吸入容量を計算してもよい。第1の計算部312は、ユーザによる一回の吸入の単位時間当たりの吸入容量[ml/sec]に関する情報を取得した場合、一回の吸入の時間(ユーザによる一回の吸入動作の開始から終了までの時間)[sec]に基づいて、一回の吸入毎の吸入容量[ml]を計算してもよい。
また、第1の計算部312は、第1の取得部311により取得された吸入情報に基づいて、吸入ごとの吸入容量を合計した総吸入容量を計算する。吸入容量は、吸入に関する情報の一例である。総吸入容量は、一連の連続した吸入についての吸入容量の合計である。一連の連続した吸入は、二つの連続した吸入間の時間が一定時間未満である吸入を含む。一連の連続した吸入は、終了情報又は実行情報を受信してから一定期間経過した場合に終了する。総吸入容量は、総吸入情報の一例である。
第1の計算部312は、第1の取得部311により取得された吸入情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入毎の吸入時間を合計した総吸入時間を計算してもよい。ここで、吸入時間は、一回の吸入の時間的な長さを示す。吸入時間は、吸入に関する情報の一例である。総吸入時間は、一連の連続した吸入についての吸入時間の合計である。一連の連続した吸入は、二つの連続した吸入間の時間が一定時間未満である吸入を含む。一連の連続した吸入は、終了情報又は実行情報を受信してから一定期間経過した場合に終了する。総吸入時間は、総吸入情報の一例である。
1つ目の例では、第1の計算部312は、開始情報及び終了情報に基づいて一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を求め、吸入毎の吸入時間の合計により総吸入時間を計算する。2つ目の例では、第1の計算部312は、吸入時間情報に基づいて一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を取得し、吸入毎の吸入時間の合計により総吸入時間を計算する。3つ目の例では、第1の計算部312は、実行情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入の実行回数をカウントし、実行回数及び記憶部32に記憶されている平均吸入時間情報に基づいて総吸入時間を計算する。実行情報は、例えば、開始情報又は終了情報である。実行回数は、例えば、実行情報を受信した回数である。情報処理サーバ3が開始情報又は終了情報のいずれかを実行情報として受信した場合は、実行回数は、開始情報又は終了情報を受信した回数である。情報処理サーバ3が開始情報及び終了情報の両方を実行情報として受信した場合は、実行回数は、開始情報又は終了情報のいずれかを受信した回数である。平均吸入時間情報は、一般的なユーザによる一回の吸入当たりの平均吸入時間を示すものでもよく、医療用吸入機器1のユーザの過去の履歴からユーザの一回の吸入当たりの平均吸入時間を計算したものでもよい。平均吸入時間情報は、予め設定されてもよく、適宜更新されてもよい。
第2の取得部313は、ユーザの吸入容量の単位量当たりの薬剤の霧化量を取得する。例えば、第2の取得部313は、霧化量データDB322を参照し、吸入容量の単位量当たりにおける、第1の霧化量データ及び温度情報、又は、第2の霧化量データ及び温度情報に基づいて、ユーザの吸入容量の単位量当たりの薬剤の霧化量を取得する。ユーザの吸入容量の単位量当たりの薬剤の霧化量は、薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報の一例である。
第2の計算部314は、第1の計算部312により計算された総吸入容量、及び第2の取得部313により取得されたユーザの吸入容量の単位量当たりの薬剤の霧化量を用いて、ユーザによる薬剤の摂取量を計算する。
また、第2の取得部313は、薬剤の単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得してもよい。例えば、第2の取得部313は、霧化量データDB322を参照し、第1の霧化量データ及び温度情報、又は、第2の霧化量データ及び電圧情報に基づいて単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得してもよい。薬剤の単位時間当たりの霧化量は、薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報の一例である。
第2の計算部314は、第1の計算部312により計算された総吸入時間、及び第2の取得部313により取得された単位時間当たりの霧化量を用いて、ユーザによる薬剤の摂取量を計算してもよい。
一例では、第2の計算部314は、薬剤の不変性割合を追加で用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算することができる。不変性割合は、温度に応じた各薬剤のタンパク質の熱変性割合に基づき計算される、各薬剤の熱変性が起こらないと予測される割合である。この例では、第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の温度及び変性データDB323に記憶されている変性データに基づいて、薬剤の不変性割合を取得する。第2の計算部314は、取得した薬剤の不変性割合を用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算する。
別の例では、第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合を追加で用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算することができる。この例では、第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の温度及び粒径データDB324に記憶される粒径データに基づいて医療用吸入機器1により霧化された薬剤の粒径を取得する。第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1により霧化された薬剤の粒径及びデリバリ割合DB325に記憶されるデリバリ割合データに基づいて、加熱部121の温度に応じたデリバリ割合を取得する。第2の計算部314は、取得したデリバリ割合を用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算する。第2の計算部314による薬剤の摂取量の計算は、薬剤の不変性割合及びデリバリ割合の両方を用いてもよい。
さらに、第2の計算部314は、薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたか否かを判断する。基準量は、例えば、ユーザの治療法に従った薬剤の用量である。基準量は、一回の投与量でもよく、一日の投与量でもよい。基準量は、予め設定されていてもよく、適宜更新されてもよい。第2の計算部314は、薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えていないことに応答して基準量までの残りの摂取量を計算する。また、第2の計算部314は、残りの摂取量に基づいて残りの吸入回数を計算する。残りの吸入回数は、許容吸入回数に相当する。許容吸入回数は、例えば、摂取量が基準量に達するまでに許容される吸入回数である。
出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力する。薬剤の摂取量に関する情報は、薬剤の摂取量を示す情報、残りの摂取量を示す情報、及び残りの吸入回数を示す情報の一部又は全部を含む。出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された薬剤の摂取量を示す情報を出力する。出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された残りの摂取量を示す情報を出力する。出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された残りの吸入回数を示す情報を出力する。ここで、「出力」は、ユーザ端末2又は任意の端末へ情報を送信すること、又は情報を表示することを含む。

なお、以下で説明する処理手順は一例に過ぎず、各処理は可能な限り変更されてよい。また、以下で説明する処理手順について、実施形態に応じて、適宜、ステップの省略、置換、及び追加が可能である。
第1の取得部311は、医療用吸入機器1で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、医療用吸入機器1から吸入情報を取得する(ステップS1)。ステップS1では、例えば、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、吸入情報を含むログ情報を取得する。
1つ目の例では、第1の取得部311は、ユーザ端末2から、ユーザによる一回の吸入の開始又は終了に基づいて吸入情報を取得する(例1)。この例では、吸入情報は、一回の吸入毎の開始情報又は終了情報を含む。第1の取得部311は、開始情報及び終了情報を取得する。
2つ目の例では、第1の取得部311は、ユーザ端末2から、ユーザによる一回の吸入毎に吸入情報を取得する(例2)。この例では、吸入情報は、一回の吸入についての吸入時間の長さを示す吸入時間情報を含む。第1の取得部311は、一回の吸入毎に吸入時間情報を取得する。
3つ目の例では、第1の取得部311は、ユーザの一回の吸入毎の実行を示す実行情報を取得する(例3)。この例では、実行情報は、吸入毎の吸入の開始又は終了を示す情報である。この例では、吸入情報は、一回の吸入毎の開始情報及び終了情報の少なくとも何れか一方を含む。第1の取得部311は、一回の吸入毎に開始情報又は終了情報を実行情報として取得してもよい。あるいは、第1の取得部311は、一回の吸入毎に開始情報又は終了情報の両方を実行情報として取得してもよい。
なお、第1の取得部311は、温度情報又は電圧情報を医療用吸入機器1から取得することができる。例えば、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、温度情報又は電圧情報を含むログ情報を取得する。第1の取得部311は、ユーザが医療用吸入機器1を使用している間のユーザの生体データを取得することができる。例えば、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、生体データを含むログ情報を取得する。
第1の計算部312は、第1の取得部311により取得された吸入情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入毎の吸入時間を合計した総吸入時間を計算する(ステップS2)。上述の例1では、第1の計算部312は、開始情報及び終了情報に基づいて一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を求め、吸入毎の吸入時間の合計により総吸入時間を計算する。この例では、第1の計算部312は、一組の開始情報と終了情報について、ログ情報に含まれる時刻情報に基づき、開始から終了までの時間を取得する。例えば、第1の計算部312は、開始情報に対応する時刻情報で示される時刻と終了情報に対応する時刻情報で示される時刻との差により開始から終了までの時間を取得する。一組の開始情報と終了情報に基づく開始から終了までの時間は、一回の吸入の吸入時間である。第1の計算部312は、一組の開始情報と終了情報毎に取得した時間を合計し、総吸入時間を計算する。例1によれば、医療用吸入機器1において時間をカウントする処理が不要となるため、医療用吸入機器1の処理工程が削減可能である。
上述の例2では、第1の計算部312は、吸入時間情報に基づいて一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を取得し、吸入毎の吸入時間の合計により総吸入時間を計算する。例えば、第1の計算部312は、吸入時間情報で示される吸入時間を取得する。第1の計算部312は、吸入時間情報毎に取得した吸入時間を合計し、総吸入時間を計算する。例2によれば、情報処理サーバ3において時間をカウントする必要がないため、情報処理サーバ3の処理工程が軽減できる。
上述の例3では、第1の計算部312は、実行情報に基づいてユーザによる吸入の実行回数をカウントし、実行回数及び記憶部32に記憶されている平均吸入時間情報に基づいて総吸入時間を計算する。例えば、実行情報が開始情報又は終了情報のいずれかである場合は、第1の計算部312は、開始情報又は終了情報の受信回数をカウントし、実行回数を取得する。実行情報が開始情報及び終了情報の両方である場合は、第1の計算部312は、開始情報又は終了情報のいずれかの受信回数をカウントし、実行回数を取得する。第1の計算部312は、取得した実行回数と平均吸入時間情報で示される平均吸入時間との積により総吸入時間を計算する。例3によれば、医療用吸入機器1において時間をカウントする処理が不要となるため、医療用吸入機器1の処理工程が削減可能である。
第2の取得部313は、薬剤の単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得する(ステップS3)。ステップS3では、例えば、第2の取得部313は、第1の霧化量データ及び温度情報に基づいて単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得する。この例では、第2の取得部313は、霧化量データDB322から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられている第1の霧化量データを取得する。また、第2の取得部313は、温度情報を記憶部32から取得する。第2の取得部313は、第1の霧化量データを参照し、温度情報により示される加熱部121の温度に対応する単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得する。温度情報は、ログ情報DB321から取得したものでもよく、予め記憶部32に記憶されているものでもよい。温度情報をログ情報DB321から取得する場合、第2の計算部314は、例えば、第1の取得部311により取得された温度情報に基づいて加熱部121の温度を取得する。加熱部121の温度が予め設定されている場合、温度情報は予め記憶部32に記憶されている。この場合、第2の計算部314は、記憶部32に記憶されている温度情報に基づいて加熱部121の温度を取得する。
別の例では、第2の取得部313は、第2の霧化量データ及び電圧情報に基づいて単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得する。この例では、第2の取得部313は、霧化量データDB322から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられている第2の霧化量データを取得する。また、第2の取得部313は、電圧情報を記憶部32から取得する。第2の取得部313は、第2の霧化量データを参照し、電圧情報により示される加熱部121の電圧に対応する単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得する。電圧情報は、ログ情報DB321から取得したものでもよく、予め記憶部32に記憶されているものでもよい。電圧情報をログ情報DB321から取得する場合、第2の計算部314は、例えば、第1の取得部311により取得された電圧情報に基づいて加熱部121の電圧を取得する。加熱部121の電圧が予め設定されている場合、電圧情報は予め記憶部32に記憶されている。この場合、第2の計算部314は、記憶部32に記憶されている電圧情報に基づいて加熱部121の電圧を取得する。
第2の計算部314は、第1の計算部312により計算された総吸入時間及び第2の取得部313により取得された単位時間当たりの霧化量を用いてユーザによる薬剤の摂取量を計算する(ステップS4)。ステップS4では、例えば、第2の計算部314は、総吸入時間と単位時間当たりの霧化量の積により摂取量を算出する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3はユーザが薬剤を吸入した時間と単位時間当たりの霧化量により摂取量を算出できるため、空気中に霧散した薬剤の量が摂取量に含まれるおそれが少ない。そのため、情報処理サーバ3は、ユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出でき、摂取量の算出の精度を向上することができる。
一例では、第2の計算部314は、薬剤の不変性割合を追加で用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算することができる。この例では、まず、第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の温度を示す温度情報を記憶部32から取得する。温度情報は、ログ情報DB321から取得したものでもよく、予め記憶部32に記憶されているものでもよい。第2の計算部314は、変性データDB323から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられている変性データを取得する。次に、第2の計算部314は、変性データに基づいて、加熱部121の温度に対応する薬剤の変性割合を取得する。第2の計算部314は、取得した薬剤の変性割合から、薬剤の不変性割合を算出する。例えば、変性割合が30%である場合、不変性割合は、残りの70%である。次に、第2の計算部314は、総吸入時間、単位時間当たりの霧化量、及び薬剤の不変性割合の積により摂取量を算出する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、温度により異なる薬剤の変性割合を考慮して摂取量を算出できるため、ユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出できる。そのため、情報処理サーバ3は、摂取量の算出の精度をさらに向上することができる。
別の例では、第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合を追加で用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算することができる。この例では、まず、第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の温度を示す温度情報を記憶部32から取得する。温度情報は、ログ情報DB321から取得したものでもよく、予め記憶部32に記憶されているものでもよい。第2の計算部314は、粒径データDB324から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられている粒径データを取得する。次に、第2の計算部314は、粒径データに基づいて、加熱部121の温度に対応する医療用吸入機器1により霧化された薬剤の粒径を取得する。次に、第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合DB325から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられているデリバリ割合データを取得する。第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合データに基づいて、取得した薬剤の粒径に対応するデリバリ割合を取得する。第2の計算部314により取得されるデリバリ割合は、加熱部121の温度に応じたものである。第2の計算部314は、総吸入時間、単位時間当たりの霧化量、及びデリバリ割合の積により薬剤の摂取量を計算する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、温度により異なる薬剤の粒径と、粒径により異なるデリバリ割合を考慮して摂取量を算出できるため、ユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出できる。そのため、情報処理サーバ3は、摂取量の算出の精度をさらに向上することができる。
第2の計算部314は、薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたか否かを判断する(ステップS5)。ステップS5では、例えば、第2の計算部314は、薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えていないことに応答して、基準量までの残りの摂取量を計算する。第2の計算部314は、残りの摂取量に基づいて残りの吸入回数を計算してもよい。この例では、第2の計算部314は、一回の吸入時間又は平均吸入時間及び残りの摂取量を用いて、残りの吸入回数を算出する。なお、ステップS5は、省略可能である。
出力部315は、第2の計算部314による計算に基づき、摂取量に関する情報を出力する(ステップS6)。ステップS5を省略した場合、出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された薬剤の摂取量を示す情報をユーザ端末2へ出力する。ユーザ端末2は、通信部25を介して、出力部315から受信した情報を表示部24に表示する。ユーザ端末2は、任意の表示態様で受信した情報を表示部24に表示する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、摂取量をユーザに通知することで、薬剤の過剰摂取の防止を促すことができる。
ステップS5の処理を行った場合、一例では、出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された残りの摂取量を示す情報をユーザ端末2へ出力する。別の例では、出力部315は、第2の計算部314により計算された残りの吸入回数を示す情報をユーザ端末2へ出力する。ユーザ端末2は、通信部25を介して、出力部315から受信した情報を表示部24に表示する。ユーザ端末2は、任意の表示態様で受信した情報を表示部24に表示する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、残りの摂取量又は残りの吸入回数をユーザに通知することで、ユーザによる摂取量の把握を容易にし、薬剤の過剰摂取の防止をさらに促すことができる。
さらに、出力部315は、第2の計算部314により薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたと判断されたことに応答して、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の停止指示を出力する。一例では、出力部315は、第2の計算部314により残りの摂取量が基準量を超えたと判断されたことに応答して、停止指示を出力する。別の例では、出力部315は、残りの吸入回数分の吸入を検知したことに応答して、加熱部121の停止指示を出力する。この例では、第1の取得部311により取得された吸入情報に基づき、第2の計算部314は、吸入回数をカウントする。出力部315は、残りの吸入回数分の吸入がカウントされた時点で、加熱部121の停止指示を出力してもよい。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、ユーザの判断を必要とすることなく、薬剤の排出を停止でき、ユーザによる薬剤の過剰摂取を防止することができる。
さらに別の例では、出力部315は、医療用吸入機器1が残りの吸入回数の吸入を検知したことに応答して医療用吸入機器1の加熱部を停止させる停止指示を出力する。この場合、出力部315は、医療用吸入機器1に残りの吸入回数の情報を出力する。医療用吸入機器1は、残りの吸入回数の吸入を検知したことに応答して加熱部を停止する。この例によれば、医療用吸入機器1自体が、加熱部121を停止し、薬剤の排出を停止するため、情報処理サーバ3は、ユーザによる薬剤の過剰摂取を防止することができる。また、情報処理サーバ3において残り吸入回数のカウントをする処理が省略でき、情報処理サーバ3における処理工程を減らすことができる。
なお、出力部315は、摂取量に関する情報及び第1の取得部311により取得された生体データをユーザ端末2とは異なる端末へ出力してもよい。出力部315は、摂取量に関する情報及び生体データのいずれかを出力してもよいし、両方を出力してもよい。また、摂取量に関する情報及び生体データは、別々に出力されてもよい。この例によれば、ユーザ端末2とは異なる端末は、医療従事者等の操作に基づいて、医療用吸入機器1への動作指示を出力することができる。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、医療従事者等が所持する端末に摂取量に関する情報及び生体データを提示することができるため、医療従事者等による薬剤摂取の制御が可能となる。
さらに、出力部315は、第1の取得部311により取得されたログ情報に基づき、吸入の履歴情報をユーザ端末2又はユーザ端末2とは異なる端末へ出力してもよい。吸入の履歴情報は、吸入情報、吸入時刻、吸入場所、吸入時の生体データ等を含んでもよい。
図9は、本発明の実施形態に係る情報処理サーバによる処理例を示すフローチャートである。図9の処理例は、情報処理サーバが、吸入情報として、ユーザによる一回の吸入の吸入容量[ml]に関する情報、又はユーザによる一回の吸入の吸入容量[ml]に関する情報を取得する場合の処理例である。
第1の取得部311は、医療用吸入機器1で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、医療用吸入機器1から吸入情報を取得する(ステップS1’)。第1の取得部311は、ユーザ端末2から、ユーザによる一回の吸入の吸入容量[ml]に関する情報を取得する。また、第1の取得部311は、通信部33を介して、医療用吸入機器1と接続するユーザ端末2から、単位時間当たりのユーザによる吸入容量[ml/sec]に関する情報を取得してもよい。
第1の計算部312は、ユーザによる一回の吸入の単位時間当たりの吸入容量[ml/sec]に関する情報を取得した場合、一回の吸入の時間(ユーザによる一回の吸入動作の開始から終了までの時間)[sec]に基づいて、一回の吸入毎の吸入容量[ml]を計算してもよい(ステップS2’)。
また、第1の計算部312は、第1の取得部311により取得された吸入情報に基づいて、吸入ごとの吸入容量を合計した総吸入容量を計算する(ステップS2’)。第1の計算部312は、ユーザによる一回の吸入の吸入容量[ml]に関する情報を取得した場合、一連の連続した吸入についての吸入容量の合計である総吸入容量を計算する。

一例では、第2の計算部314は、薬剤の不変性割合を追加で用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算することができる。この例では、まず、第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の温度を示す温度情報を記憶部32から取得する。温度情報は、ログ情報DB321から取得したものでもよく、予め記憶部32に記憶されているものでもよい。第2の計算部314は、変性データDB323から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられている変性データを取得する。次に、第2の計算部314は、変性データに基づいて、加熱部121の温度に対応する薬剤の変性割合を取得する。第2の計算部314は、取得した薬剤の変性割合から、薬剤の不変性割合を算出する。例えば、変性割合が30%である場合、不変性割合は、残りの70%である。次に、第2の計算部314は、総吸入容量、単位量当たりの霧化量、及び薬剤の不変性割合の積により摂取量を算出する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、温度により異なる薬剤の変性割合を考慮して摂取量を算出できるため、ユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出できる。そのため、情報処理サーバ3は、摂取量の算出の精度をさらに向上することができる。
別の例では、第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合を追加で用いて薬剤の摂取量を計算することができる。この例では、まず、第2の計算部314は、医療用吸入機器1の加熱部121の温度を示す温度情報を記憶部32から取得する。温度情報は、ログ情報DB321から取得したものでもよく、予め記憶部32に記憶されているものでもよい。第2の計算部314は、粒径データDB324から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられている粒径データを取得する。次に、第2の計算部314は、粒径データに基づいて、加熱部121の温度に対応する医療用吸入機器1により霧化された薬剤の粒径を取得する。次に、第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合DB325から、ログ情報DB321に記憶されている薬剤情報に関連付けられているデリバリ割合データを取得する。第2の計算部314は、デリバリ割合データに基づいて、取得した薬剤の粒径に対応するデリバリ割合を取得する。第2の計算部314により取得されるデリバリ割合は、加熱部121の温度に応じたものである。第2の計算部314は、総吸入容量、単位量当たりの霧化量、及びデリバリ割合の積により薬剤の摂取量を計算する。この例によれば、情報処理サーバ3は、温度により異なる薬剤の粒径と、粒径により異なるデリバリ割合を考慮して摂取量を算出できるため、ユーザの薬剤の摂取量をより正確に算出できる。そのため、情報処理サーバ3は、摂取量の算出の精度をさらに向上することができる。
なお、図9におけるS5’及びS6’は、図8のS5及びS6と、それぞれ同様の処理であるため、詳細な説明は省略される。
<<医療用吸入機器による処理例>>
図10は、本発明の実施形態に係る医療用吸入機器による処理例を示すフローチャートである。

なお、以下で説明する処理手順は一例に過ぎず、各処理は可能な限り変更されてよい。また、以下で説明する処理手順について、実施形態に応じて、適宜、ステップの省略、置換、及び追加が可能である。
出力部1161は、マウスピース124を介したユーザによる薬剤の吸入に関する吸入情報を情報処理サーバ3に出力する(ステップS11)。ステップS11では、例えば、出力部1161は、通信部115を介して、吸入動作の検知に基づき取得された情報処理サーバ3向けの吸入情報をユーザ端末2に出力する。
取得部1162は、出力部1161により出力された吸入情報の応答として、情報処理サーバ3から加熱部121の動作指示を取得する(ステップS12)。ステップS12では、例えば、取得部1162は、ユーザ端末2を介して、情報処理サーバ3から加熱部121の停止指示を取得する。別の例では、取得部1162は、ユーザ端末2を介して、情報処理サーバ3から加熱部121の温度調節指示を取得する。なお、取得部1162は、ユーザ端末2を介して、医療用吸入機器1が残りの吸入回数の吸入を検知したことに応答して加熱部121を停止させる停止指示を取得してもよい。この場合、取得部1162は、ユーザ端末2を介して、情報処理サーバ3により計算された残りの吸入回数の情報を取得する。
霧化制御部1163は、動作指示に基づいて加熱部121の温度調節又は停止を指示する(ステップS13)。ステップS13では、霧化制御部1163は、情報処理サーバ3からの動作指示に基づいて、加熱部121への給電量を増減、又は加熱部121への給電を停止する。この例によれば、医療用吸入機器1は、ユーザの判断を必要とすることなく、薬剤の排出を停止でき、ユーザによる薬剤の過剰摂取を防止することができる。
なお、霧化制御部1163は、残りの吸入回数の吸入を検知したことに応答して加熱部121を停止してもよい。この場合、霧化制御部1163は、取得部1162により取得された残りの吸入回数の情報に基づき、吸入情報などを参照して、残りの吸入回数をカウントする。霧化制御部1163は、カウントした吸入回数が残り吸入回数に達した場合、加熱部121を停止する。この例によれば、医療用吸入機器1は、ユーザの判断を必要とすることなく、薬剤の排出を制御でき、ユーザによる薬剤の過剰摂取を防止することができる。また、情報処理サーバ3において残り吸入回数のカウントをする処理が省略でき、情報処理サーバ3における処理工程を減らすことができる。
なお、エアロゾル源が加熱以外の振動などの手段により霧化される場合、医療用吸入機器1は、加熱部121とは異なる要素を霧化部として備える。この場合、霧化制御部1163は、霧化部の動作を制御する。
上述の実施形態は、香味吸引具などの種々の吸引機器又は吸入機器にも適用できる。上述の実施形態を香味吸引具に適用した場合、貯蔵部123は、エアロゾル源を貯蔵する。エアロゾル源は、溶液の一例である。エアロゾル源は、例えば、たばこ由来又は非たばこ由来の香味成分を含んでいてもよい。
一例として、香味吸引具は、香味付与カートリッジを含んでもよい。その場合、香味付与カートリッジに香味源及びマウスピース124が設けられる。香味源は、エアロゾルに香味成分を付与するための構成要素である。香味源は、たばこ由来又は非たばこ由来の香味成分を含んでいてもよい。ユーザによる吸入に伴い空気流入孔181から流入した空気は、加熱部121により生成されたエアロゾルと混合され、香味源を通過して空気流出孔182へ輸送される。エアロゾルと空気との混合流体が香味源を通過する際には、香味源に含まれる香味成分がエアロゾルに付与される。
実施形態に係る情報処理装置は、情報処理サーバ3を例に説明したが、ユーザ端末2により実現されてもよい。この場合、ユーザ端末2は、情報処理サーバ3の機能を備えて上記実施形態を実現してもよい。
実施形態に係る情報処理装置は、情報処理サーバ3を例に説明したように1つの装置で実現されてもよいし、機能を分散させた複数の装置で実現されてもよい。
プログラムは、装置に記憶された状態で譲渡されてよいし、装置に記憶されていない状態で譲渡されてもよい。後者の場合は、プログラムは、ネットワークを介して譲渡されてよいし、記録媒体に記録された状態で譲渡されてもよい。記録媒体は、非一時的な有形の媒体である。記録媒体は、コンピュータ可読媒体である。記録媒体は、CD-ROM、メモリカード等のプログラムを記憶可能かつコンピュータで読取可能な媒体であればよく、その形態は問わない。
なお、本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、実施段階ではその要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々に変形することが可能である。また、各実施形態は適宜組み合わせて実施してもよく、その場合組み合わせた効果が得られる。更に、上記実施形態には種々の発明が含まれており、開示される複数の構成要件から選択された組み合わせにより種々の発明が抽出され得る。例えば、実施形態に示される全構成要件からいくつかの構成要件が削除されても、課題が解決でき、効果が得られる場合には、この構成要件が削除された構成が発明として抽出され得る。

Claims (22)
- 医療機器で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、前記医療機器から前記ユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得する第1の取得部と、
前記第1の取得部により取得された前記吸入情報に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入毎の吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報を計算する第1の計算部と、
前記薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得する第2の取得部と、
前記第1の計算部により計算された前記総吸入情報及び前記第2の取得部により取得された前記霧化情報を用いて前記ユーザによる前記薬剤の摂取量を計算する第2の計算部と、
前記第2の計算部により計算された前記薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力する出力部と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 前記吸入情報は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の吸入容量を含み、
前記第1の計算部は、前記第1の取得部により取得された前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の吸入容量に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入毎の吸入容量を合計した総吸入容量を計算し、
前記第2の取得部は、前記ユーザの吸入容量の単位量当たりの前記薬剤の霧化量を取得し、
前記第2の計算部は、前記第1の計算部により計算された前記総吸入容量及び前記第2の取得部により取得された前記単位量当たりの前記薬剤の霧化量を用いて前記ユーザによる前記薬剤の摂取量を計算する、
請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記第1の計算部は、前記第1の取得部により取得された前記吸入情報に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入毎の吸入時間を合計した総吸入時間を計算し、
前記第2の取得部は、前記薬剤の単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得し、
前記第2の計算部は、前記第1の計算部により計算された前記総吸入時間及び前記第2の取得部により取得された前記単位時間当たりの霧化量を用いて前記ユーザによる前記薬剤の摂取量を計算する、
請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記吸入情報は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の開始情報又は終了情報を含み、
前記第1の取得部は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の開始又は終了に基づいて前記吸入情報を取得し、
前記第1の計算部は、前記開始情報及び前記終了情報に基づいて一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を求め、吸入毎の吸入時間の合計により前記総吸入時間を計算する、
請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記吸入情報は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を示す吸入時間情報を含み、
前記第1の取得部は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎に前記吸入情報を取得し、
前記第1の計算部は、前記吸入時間情報に基づいて一回の吸入毎の吸入時間を取得し、吸入毎の吸入時間の合計により前記総吸入時間を計算する、
請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記ユーザによる一回の吸入の平均吸入時間を示す平均吸入時間情報を記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記吸入情報は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎の実行を示す実行情報を含み、
前記第1の取得部は、前記ユーザによる一回の吸入毎に前記吸入情報を取得し、
前記第1の計算部は、前記実行情報に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入の実行回数をカウントし、前記実行回数及び前記記憶部に記憶されている前記平均吸入時間情報に基づいて前記総吸入時間を計算する、
請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 温度に応じた単位時間当たりに霧化する前記薬剤の量を示す第1の霧化量データ又は前記医療機器の加熱部の電圧に応じた単位時間当たりに霧化する前記薬剤の量を示す第2の霧化量データを記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記第1の取得部は、前記加熱部の温度を示す温度情報又は前記加熱部の電圧を示す電圧情報を前記医療機器から取得し、
前記第2の取得部は、前記第1の霧化量データ及び前記温度情報、又は、前記第2の霧化量データ及び前記電圧情報に基づいて前記単位時間当たりの霧化量を取得する、
請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記薬剤の温度に応じた変性に関する変性データを記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記第2の計算部は、前記薬剤を霧化する前記医療機器の加熱部の温度及び前記記憶部に記憶されている前記変性データに基づいて前記薬剤の不変性割合を取得し、
前記第2の計算部は、前記薬剤の不変性割合を用いて前記薬剤の摂取量を計算する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 霧化された前記薬剤の温度に応じた粒径に関する粒径データと、粒径に応じた体内へデリバリされる割合に関するデリバリ割合データを記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記第2の計算部は、前記薬剤を霧化する前記医療機器の加熱部の温度及び前記記憶部に記憶されている前記粒径データに基づいて前記医療機器により霧化された前記薬剤の粒径を取得し、前記医療機器により霧化された前記薬剤の粒径及び前記デリバリ割合データに基づいて前記医療機器の前記加熱部の温度に応じたデリバリ割合を取得し、取得したデリバリ割合を用いて前記薬剤の摂取量を計算する、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記第1の取得部は、前記加熱部の温度を示す温度情報又は前記加熱部の電圧を示す電圧情報を前記医療機器から取得し、
前記第2の計算部は、前記温度情報又は前記電圧情報に基づいて前記加熱部の温度を取得する、
請求項8又は9に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記記憶部は、前記加熱部の温度を示す温度情報を記憶し、
前記第2の計算部は、前記記憶部に記憶されている前記温度情報に基づいて前記加熱部の温度を取得する、
請求項8又は9に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記第2の計算部は、前記薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたか否かを判断し、前記薬剤の摂取量が前記基準量を超えていないことに応答して前記基準量までの残りの摂取量を計算し、
前記出力部は、前記第2の計算部により計算された前記残りの摂取量を示す情報を出力する、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記第2の計算部は、前記薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたか否かを判断し、
前記出力部は、前記第2の計算部により前記薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたと判断されたことに応答して、前記医療機器の加熱部の停止指示を出力する、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記第2の計算部は、前記薬剤の摂取量が基準量を超えたか否かを判断し、前記薬剤の摂取量が前記基準量を超えていないことに応答して前記基準量までの残りの摂取量を計算し、前記残りの摂取量に基づいて残りの吸入回数を計算し、
前記出力部は、前記第2の計算部により計算された前記残りの吸入回数を示す情報を出力する、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記出力部は、前記医療機器が前記残りの吸入回数の吸入を検知したことに応答して前記医療機器の加熱部を停止させる停止指示を出力する、
請求項14に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記第1の取得部は、前記ユーザが前記医療機器を使用している間の前記ユーザの生体データを取得し、
前記出力部は、前記摂取量に関する情報及び前記第1の取得部により取得された前記生体データを端末へ出力する、
請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 医療機器で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、前記医療機器から前記ユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得することと、
取得された前記吸入情報に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入毎の吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報を計算することと、
前記薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得することと、
計算された前記総吸入情報及び取得された前記霧化情報を用いて前記ユーザによる前記薬剤の摂取量を計算することと、
計算された前記薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力することと、
を備える情報処理方法。 - コンピュータに、
医療機器で霧化される薬剤のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、前記医療機器から前記ユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得する第1の取得部と、
前記第1の取得部により取得された前記吸入情報に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入毎の吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報を計算する第1の計算部と、
前記薬剤の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得する第2の取得部と、
前記第1の計算部により計算された前記総吸入情報及び前記第2の取得部により取得された前記霧化情報を用いて前記ユーザによる前記薬剤の摂取量を計算する第2の計算部と、
前記第2の計算部により計算された前記薬剤の摂取量に関する情報を出力する出力部と、
を実現させるプログラム。 - 吸入機器で霧化される溶液のユーザによる吸入に基づいて、前記吸入機器から前記ユーザによる吸入に関する吸入情報を取得する第1の取得部と、
前記第1の取得部により取得された前記吸入情報に基づいて前記ユーザによる吸入毎の吸入に関する情報を合計した総吸入情報を計算する第1の計算部と、
前記溶液の霧化量に関する霧化情報を取得する第2の取得部と、
前記第1の計算部により計算された前記総吸入情報及び前記第2の取得部により取得された前記霧化情報を用いて前記ユーザによる前記溶液の摂取量を計算する第2の計算部と、
前記第2の計算部により計算された前記溶液の摂取量に関する情報を出力する出力部と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 薬剤を貯蔵する貯蔵部と、
前記薬剤を加熱する加熱部と、
前記加熱部により霧化された前記薬剤を吸入するための吸入部と、
前記吸入部を介したユーザによる前記薬剤の吸入に関する吸入情報を情報処理装置へ出力する出力部と、
前記出力部により出力された前記吸入情報の応答として、前記情報処理装置から前記加熱部の動作指示を取得する取得部と、
前記動作指示に基づいて前記加熱部の停止を制御する制御部と、
を備える医療機器。 - 前記動作指示は、前記医療機器が前記情報処理装置により計算された許容吸入回数の吸入を検知したことに応答して前記加熱部を停止させる停止指示を含み、
前記制御部は、前記ユーザによる前記許容吸入回数の前記薬剤の吸入に基づいて、前記加熱部を停止する、
請求項20に記載の医療機器。 - 溶液を貯蔵する貯蔵部と、
前記溶液を加熱する加熱部と、
