前記材料準備ステップは、フィルム状又はシート状の熱可塑性合成樹脂製の上層材料の表面の所望領域に、ウレタンビーズをメジュームに混合した加飾インクにより加飾印刷する加飾印刷ステップを含んでおり、
前記彫刻金型は、前記上層材料の前記所望領域と対向する領域にレーザー彫刻によりテクスチャが彫刻されたテクスチャ彫刻面を有し、
前記高周波誘電加熱ステップにより、前記上層材料の前記所望領域には、スエード調の凹凸が形成される。

前記テーブルと前記彫刻金型間に高周波を発振させることで、前記上層材料を高周波誘電加熱する高周波誘電加熱ステップと、
を含む熱可塑性合成樹脂製装飾片の製造方法であって、
前記材料準備ステップは、フィルム状又はシート状の熱可塑性合成樹脂製の上層材料の表面の所望領域に、ウレタンビーズをメジュームに混合した加飾インクにより加飾印刷する加飾印刷ステップを含んでおり、
前記彫刻金型は、前記上層材料の前記所望領域と対向する領域にレーザー彫刻によりテクスチャが彫刻されたテクスチャ彫刻面を有し、
前記高周波誘電加熱ステップにより、前記上層材料の前記所望領域には、スエード調の凹凸が形成される、
熱可塑性合成樹脂製装飾片の製造方法。 - 前記材料準備ステップは、前記上層材料の前記表面に顔料及び/又は染料を含む着色インクによりシルクスクリーン印刷を施した後、前記加飾印刷を行なう、
