Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 복수의 전지 셀이 적층된 전지셀 적층체;상기 전지셀 적층체을 수납하는 모듈 프레임; 및상기 복수의 전지셀 중 서로 이웃하는 전지셀 사이, 및 상기 전지셀 적층체와 상기 모듈 프레임 사이 중 적어도 한 곳에 개재되어 있는 적어도 하나의 화염 분리 구조를 포함하고,상기 화염 분리 구조는 상기 전지셀 적층체와 상기 모듈 프레임 사이의 공간까지 연장된 제1 연장부를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에서,상기 화염 분리 구조는 적어도 2개 이상 포함되고, 상기 화염 분리 구조 중 이웃하는 2개의 화염 분리 구조 사이에는 하나 이상의 전지 셀이 위치하는 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에서,상기 화염 분리 구조 중 이웃하는 2개의 화염 분리 구조 사이에서, 상기 제1 연장부, 상기 모듈 프레임, 및 상기 전지셀 적층체로 둘러싸인 고립 공간이 형성되는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에서,상기 복수의 전지 셀 각각은 전극 리드를 포함하고,상기 화염 분리 구조는 상기 전극 리드가 돌출된 영역에 대응하여 연장된 제2 연장부를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제4항에서,상기 화염 분리 구조는 상기 제1 연장부 및 상기 제2 연장부를 제외한 나머지 부분의 적어도 일부에 형성된 개방부를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제4항에서,상기 화염 분리 구조는 난연 패드 및 화염 분리 시트 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제6항에서,상기 난연 패드는 실리콘 폼 패드를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제6항에서,상기 화염 분리 구조는 상기 난연 패드를 포함하고, 상기 난연 패드의 적어도 일면의 적어도 일부에 형성된 화염 분리 시트를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제8항에서,상기 화염 분리 시트는 상기 제1 연장부에 대응하는 부분에 형성되어 있는 전지 모듈.
- 제8항에서,상기 화염 분리 시트는 상기 제2 연장부에 대응하는 부분에 형성되어 있는 전지 모듈.
- 제8항에서,상기 화염 분리 시트는 탄산 칼슘(CaCO3), 운모(mica), 유리 섬유, 미네랄 섬유 복합체 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에서,상기 전지셀 적층체의 전면 및 후면을 커버하는 엔드 플레이트, 및상기 전지셀 적층체와 상기 엔드 플레이트 사이에 배치되는 절연 커버를 더포함하고,상기 전지셀 적층체와 마주하는 상기 절연 커버의 내면에는 상기 전지셀 적층체를 향하여 돌출된 복수의 격벽을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제12항에서,상기 복수의 격벽 중 하나의 격벽은 상기 화염 분리 구조가 형성된 위치의 양측으로 형성된 한 쌍의 서브 격벽을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제13항에서,상기 절연 커버는, 상기 복수의 격벽 중 이웃하는 격벽 사이에 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1 벤트홀을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제14항에서,상기 엔드 플레이트는, 상기 적어도 하나의 제1 벤트홀에 대응하여 형성된적어도 하나의 제2 벤트홀을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 따른 전지 모듈을 포함하는 전지팩.
