本発明の新規な特徴を添付の請求の範囲に記述するが、本発明は、構成および内容の両方に関し、本発明の他の目的および特徴と併せ、図面を照合した以下の詳細な説明によりさらによく理解されるであろう。
本開示に係る非水電解質二次電池用の負極活物質は、ケイ素を含有する活物質粒子と、活物質粒子の表面に形成された表面層とを含む。当該負極活物質および当該表面層を以下では、「負極活物質(N)」および「表面層(L)」と称する場合がある。表面層(L)は、所定の化合物がシロキサン結合を形成するように反応した反応生成物を含む。当該化合物を以下では、「化合物(1)」と称する場合がある。化合物(1)は、Si-R1-Siで表される構造を含む。R1は、硫黄原子、酸素原子、および窒素原子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種とアルキレン基とを構成要素として含む鎖状部を有する原子団である。2つのSiの一方には、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx1H2x1+1Oy1)で表される基(x1は2以上6以下の整数でありy1は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの原子団が結合している。2つのSiの他方には、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx2H2x2+1Oy2)で表される基(x2は2以上6以下の整数でありy2は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの原子団が結合している。

(V1)R2~R7のそれぞれに含まれる炭素数は4以下である。
(V2)R2、R3、およびR4からなる群より選択される少なくとも2つは炭素数が1~4の範囲にあるアルコキシ基であり、R5、R6、およびR7からなる群より選択される少なくとも2つは炭素数が1~4の範囲にあるアルコキシ基である。R2~R7のうち、炭素数が1~4の範囲にあるアルコキシ基ではないものは、炭素数が1~6の範囲にある炭化水素基(アルキル基、アルケニル基、アルキニル基)、または水素原子である。

(W1)R1は、硫黄原子、酸素原子、窒素原子からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種とアルキレン基とによって構成された鎖状部を含む原子団である。
(W2)R1は、硫黄原子、酸素原子、および窒素原子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子と、当該少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を挟むように上記鎖状部を構成する2つのアルキレン基とによって構成された鎖状部を含む。当該2つのアルキレン基の炭素数はそれぞれ独立に2~4の範囲にある。当該2つのアルキレン基は、上記ヘテロ原子に直接結合していてもよい。
(W3)R1は、-(CH2)pSn(CH2)q-(1≦n≦6、2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4)、-(CH2)pO(CH2)q-(2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4)、-(CH2)pO(CH2)rO(CH2)q-(2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4、2≦r≦4)、および-(CH2)pNH(CH2)q-(2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4)のいずれかである。この場合、p=q=3であってもよく、さらに、r=2または3であってもよい。なお、n、p、q、rはそれぞれ自然数である。
(W4)条件(W1)または(W2)において、鎖状部の鎖部分を構成する原子数は、2以上、3以上、5以上、または6以上であり、20以下、15以下、または10以下である。例えば、当該原子数は、3~20の範囲、3~15の範囲、または3~10の範囲にあってもよい。これらの範囲の下限を、5または6に置き換えてもよい。ここで、鎖状部の鎖部分を構成する原子数は、2つのケイ素原子を結ぶ鎖を構成する原子のみの数である。例えば、アルキレン基の場合、鎖を構成する炭素原子の数のみをカウントする。
(W5)条件(W1)、(W2)、または(W4)において、R1は、分岐鎖を含まない直鎖である。
化合物(1)(例えば式(1)で表される化合物)において、R1の鎖状部は硫黄を含んでもよい。例えば、化合物(1)はビス(アルコキシシリルアルキル)スルフィドであってよい。R1の鎖状部が硫黄を含む場合の化合物(1)の一例について以下に説明する。R1はCt1H2t1Szで表されるスルフィド基であり、t1およびzは、それぞれ1以上の整数である。R2~R4の少なくとも1つは、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、上述したアルキルオキシ基、水酸基、およびクロロ基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である。R5~R7の少なくとも1つは、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基、上述したアルキルオキシ基、水酸基、およびクロロ基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である。R2~R7の残りはそれぞれ独立に、上述した基であってもよい。具体的には、R2~R7のうち、上述した原子団(G)ではないものは、それぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にある炭化水素基、水素原子、または上記の式Cx3H2x3+y3+1Ny3Oz3Sw3で表される基であってもよい。
化合物(1)(例えば式(1)で表される化合物)において、R1の鎖状部は窒素を含んでもよい。例えば、化合物(1)は、ビス(アルコキシシリルアルキル)アミンであってよい。R1の鎖状部が窒素を含む場合の化合物(1)は、R1の鎖状部が硫黄を含む化合物(1)に関する上記の説明において、Sz基を、2級アミノ基(-NH-)または3級アミノ基に置き換えた化合物であってもよい。3級アミノ基の場合、窒素原子に結合する側鎖の例には、アルキル基や、アルコキシシリルアルキル基が含まれる。ビス(アルコキシシリルアルキル)アミンの一例を、以下に示す。これらは、市販品を用いてもよいし、公知の方法で合成してもよい。
R1の鎖状部がアミド結合を有する化合物(1)は、R1の鎖状部が硫黄を含む化合物(1)に関する上記の説明において、Sz基を、アミド基に置き換えた化合物であってもよい。
化合物(1)(例えば式(1)で表される化合物)において、R1の鎖状部はエーテル結合を含んでもよい。その場合の化合物(1)は、R1の鎖状部が硫黄を含む化合物(1)に関する上記の説明において、R1を、エーテル結合を含む原子団に置き換えた化合物であってもよい。
活物質粒子は、ケイ素(ケイ素元素)を含む。ケイ素を含む材料は、合金系材料の一種として扱われることがある。ここでは、合金系材料とは、リチウムと合金形成可能な元素を含む材料をいう。リチウムと合金を形成することが可能な元素として、ケイ素、スズなどが挙げられ、特にケイ素(Si)が有望である。活物質粒子の製造方法に限定はない。活物質粒子は、公知の方法で製造してもよいし、市販のものを用いてもよい。
本開示に係る製造方法は、本開示に係る非水電解質二次電池用の負極活物質(N)を製造する方法である。ただし、負極活物質(N)は以下で説明する方法以外の方法で製造してもよい。負極活物質(N)について説明した事項は、以下の製造方法に適用できるため、重複する説明を省略する場合がある。以下の製造方法について説明した事項は、本開示に係る負極活物質に適用してもよい。
第1の工程は、化合物(1)、または化合物(1)が溶解された液体と、ケイ素を含有する活物質粒子とを接触させる工程である。当該液体を、以下では「液体(S)」と称する場合がある。第1の工程は、化合物(1)または液体(S)にケイ素を含有する活物質粒子を分散させる工程であってもよい。あるいは、第1の工程は、ケイ素を含有する活物質粒子の表面に、化合物(1)または液体(S)を塗布する工程であってもよい。
第2の工程は、化合物(1)または液体(S)と活物質粒子とが接触している状態で、シロキサン結合を形成するように化合物(1)を反応させる工程である。第2の工程は、例えば、液体(S)および活物質粒子を所定の温度に昇温した状態で所定の時間維持することによって行ってもよい。液体(S)に活物質粒子を分散させている場合、第2の工程において液体(S)を攪拌してもよい。当該所定の温度は、10~200℃の範囲(例えば40~100℃の範囲)にあってもよい。当該所定の時間は、1~120時間の範囲(例えば12~72時間の範囲)にあってもよい。
本開示は、非水電解質二次電池用の負極を提供する。当該負極は、本開示に係る負極活物質(N)を含む。
本開示に係る非水電解質二次電池は、正極と負極と非水電解質とを含む。当該負極は、負極活物質(N)を含む。負極以外の構成に特に限定はなく、非水電解質二次電池に用いられる公知の構成を適用してもよい。負極活物質(N)を含むことを除いて、負極の構成に特に限定はない。負極活物質(N)以外の負極の構成要素には、非水電解質二次電池用の負極の公知の構成要素を適用してもよい。本開示に係る負極の一例は、負極集電体と負極集電体の表面に配置された負極合剤層とを含む。負極活物質(N)を用いることを除いて、本開示に係る非水電解質二次電池の製造方法に限定はなく、公知の方法で製造してもよい。
負極は、例えば、負極集電体と、負極集電体の表面に形成された負極合剤層とを含む。負極合剤層は、必須成分として負極活物質(N)を含み、結着材、導電材、増粘材などの任意成分を含んでもよい。負極合剤層は、負極活物質(N)に加えて、負極活物質(N)以外の負極用の活物質を含んでもよい。結着材、導電材、増粘材などの任意成分には、それぞれ公知の材料を利用できる。
正極は、例えば、正極集電体と、正極集電体の表面に形成された正極合剤層とを含む。正極合剤層は、必須成分として正極活物質を含み、結着材、導電材、増粘材などの任意成分を含んでもよい。結着材、導電材、増粘材などの任意成分には、それぞれ公知の材料を利用できる。
非水電解質二次電池は、通常、正極と負極との間に配置されたセパレータを含む。セパレータは、イオン透過度が高く、適度な機械的強度および絶縁性を有する。セパレータとしては、微多孔膜、織布、不織布などを用いることができる。セパレータの材質の例には、ポリオレフィン(ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンなど)が含まれる。
非水電解質(別の観点では非水電解液)は、非水溶媒と、非水溶媒に溶解された塩(溶質)とを含む。塩(溶質)は、非水溶媒中でイオン解離する電解質塩である。非水電解質がリチウムイオン二次電池に用いられる場合、塩は少なくともリチウム塩を含む。非水電解質は、非水溶媒および塩以外の添加剤を含んでもよい。例えば、非水電解質は、化合物(1)および/または化合物(1)の反応生成物を含んでもよい。
R1の鎖状部が酸素を含む化合物(1)の一例は、以下の方法で合成してもよい。まず、乾燥させた4つ口容器(100mL)に、アリルエーテル1.0g、ジクロロエタン(C2H4Cl2)40.0mL、トリメトキシシラン(HSi(OMe)3)3.7g、シクロオクタジエンイリジウム塩化物二量体([Ir(COD)Cl]2)0.1gを加えて撹拌し、下記式に示す反応を進行させた。原料であるアリルエーテルがなくなるまで、室温下から50℃まで加熱撹拌した。原料が消えたことを確認後、加熱撹拌をやめた。次に、エバポレーターを用いて反応液からジクロロエタン(溶媒)を留去し、アルコキシシリル化合物Aを含む粗体である褐色オイルK1(4.0g)を得た。
室温下で、200mL反応器にエチレングリコールモノビニルエーテル(5.0g、1.0eq.)、超脱水ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)50mL、アリルブロミド(7.55g、1.1eq.)を加えた。この溶液に、攪拌しながらNaH(2.27g、1.0eq.)を、複数回に分けて、ゆっくりと20分かけて加え、白色懸濁液を得た。白色懸濁液を室温で16時間撹拌し、下記式に示す反応を進行させた。撹拌後、水を加えて反応をクエンチし、化合物Bを含む反応液を得た。
[負極活物質の作製]
炭酸リチウム(Li2CO3)と二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)とを、Li2CO3:SiO2=34:66のモル比で混合し、混合物を不活性ガス雰囲気中において1500℃で5時間加熱することによって溶解させて融液を得た。当該融液を金属ローラに通してフレーク状の固体とし、当該固体を750℃で5時間熱処理することによって、非晶質と結晶質との混合相として存在するリチウムシリケート複合酸化物を得た。得られたリチウムシリケート複合酸化物は、平均粒径が10μmになるように粉砕した。
活物質粒子(a0)の断面をTEMで観察した結果、Si粒子(Si相)の平均粒径は50nm未満であった。活物質粒子(a0)の粒子断面をSEMで観察した。その結果、シリケート相内に多数のSi粒子(Si相)がほぼ均一に分散していることが確認された。
エタノール342mL、純水10mL、塩酸(濃度:37質量%)326μLを混合し、pH4.5程度の溶液(以下「母液」と称する場合がある)を調製した。上記の母液にビス[3-(トリエトキシシリル)プロピル]テトラスルフィド(市販品、以下「P1」と称する場合がある)を濃度が0.5質量%になるように添加して混合し、P1溶液を調製した。次に、P1溶液に活物質粒子(a0)22gを混合して懸濁液とし、撹拌子を用いて50℃で24時間撹拌した。これによって、シロキサン結合を形成するようにP1を反応させた。
純水17mLにP1を0.77質量%添加して混合し、P1水溶液を調製した。活物質粒子(a0)を31gとP1水溶液とを混合してペーストを得た。次に、当該ペーストを100℃で24時間真空乾燥した。これによって、シロキサン結合を形成するようにP1を反応させ、粉末状の負極活物質(a1-2)を得た。
エタノール342mL、純水10mL、塩酸(濃度:37質量%)326μLを混合し、pH4.5程度の溶液(以下「母液」)を調製した。上記の母液に上述した化合物Cを0.5質量%添加して混合し、化合物Cの溶液を調製した。次に、化合物Cの溶液に活物質粒子(a0)を22g混合して懸濁液とし、撹拌子を用いて50℃で24時間撹拌した。その後、PTFEメンブレンフィルターを用いて懸濁液を吸引濾過し、エタノール500mL、続いて純水500mLでリンスした。回収した粒子を100℃で24時間真空乾燥することによって、負極活物質(a2-1)を得た。この負極活物質(a2-1)の断面をTEM-EDX装置(日本電子社製、JEM-F200)で観察した。その結果、Si含有リチウムシリケート複合酸化物粒子上に表面層が形成されていることを確認した。表面層には、導電層(導電性カーボンの層)と、当該導電層に浸潤した状態で化合物C由来の物質(化合物Cの反応生成物を含む)とが存在していることを確認した。
純水17mLに化合物Cを0.6質量%添加して混合し、化合物C水溶液を調製した。活物質粒子(a0)を31gと化合物C水溶液とを混合しペーストを得た。次に、当該ペーストを100℃で24時間真空乾燥することによって、粉末状の負極活物質(a2-2)を得た。この負極活物質(a2-2)の断面をTEM-EDX装置(日本電子社製、JEM-F200)で観察した。その結果、Si含有リチウムシリケート複合酸化物粒子上に表面層が形成されていることを確認した。表面層には、導電層(導電性カーボンの層)と、当該導電層に浸潤した状態で化合物C由来の物質(化合物Cの反応生成物を含む)とが存在していることを確認した。
負極活物質(a1-1)と、黒鉛とを、負極活物質(a1-1):黒鉛=5:95の質量比で含む活物質混合物と、カルボキシメチルセルロースのナトリウム塩(CMC-Na)と、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)とを、活物質混合物:CMC-Na:SBR=97.5:1.0:1.5の質量比で混合し、水を添加して混合物を得た。当該混合物を、混合機(プライミクス製、T.K.ハイビスミックス)を用いて攪拌することによって、負極スラリーを調製した。次に、銅箔(負極集電体)の両面に負極スラリーを塗布し、塗膜を乾燥させた後、圧延して、銅箔の両面に密度1.6g/cm3の負極合剤層が形成された負極を得た。
コバルト酸リチウムと、アセチレンブラック(電気化学工業社製、HS100)と、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVdF)とを、コバルト酸リチウム:アセチレンブラック:PVdF=98.7:0.7:0.6の質量比で混合した。当該混合物に分散媒としてN-メチル-2-ピロリドン(NMP)を添加した後、混合機(プライミクス社製、T.K.ハイビスミックス)を用いて攪拌し、正極スラリーを調製した。次に、アルミニウム箔(正極集電体)の両面に正極スラリーを塗布し、塗膜を乾燥させた後、圧延ローラにより圧延して、正極集電体の両面に密度が3.6g/cm3の正極合剤層が形成された正極を作製した。
エチレンカーボネート(EC)と、エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)と、ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)とを、EC:EMC:DMC=4:1:15の体積比で混合した混合溶媒に、六フッ化リン酸リチウム(LiPF6)を、1.3モル/リットル添加して非水電解液を調製した。
上記各電極にタブをそれぞれ取り付けた。次に、正極と負極とをセパレータとを、正極と負極との間にセパレータが配置されるように渦巻き状に巻回することによって巻回型の電極群を作製した。このとき、タブが最外周部に位置するように極板を巻回した。得られた極板群を、高さ62mm×幅35mmのアルミニウムラミネートシートで構成される外装体に挿入して、105℃で2時間真空乾燥した。次に、外装体内に上記非水電解液を注入し、外装体の開口部を封止した。このようにして非水電解質二次電池である電池(A1-1)を作製した。この電池の設計容量は360mAhであった。
負極活物質(a1-1)の代わりに負極活物質(a1-2)を用いたこと以外は、電池(A1-1)の作製と同じ条件で、電池(A1-2)を作製した。
負極活物質(a1-1)の代わりに負極活物質(a2-1)を用いたこと以外は、電池(A1-1)の作製と同じ条件で、電池(A2-1)を作製した。
負極活物質(a1-1)の代わりに負極活物質(a2-2)を用いたこと以外は、電池(A1-1)の作製と同じ条件で、電池(A2-2)を作製した。
<電池B>
負極活物質(a1-1)の代わりに活物質粒子(a0)を用いたこと以外は、電池(A1-1)の作製と同じ条件で、比較例の電池Bを作製した。
上記非水電解質二次電池について、温度25℃で合計400回の充放電サイクルを実施した。充放電サイクルは、100回の充放電サイクルで構成された1セットの充放電サイクルを4回繰り返すことによって行った。1セットの充放電サイクルは、以下の充放電条件1での充放電サイクルを1回、充放電条件2での充放電サイクルを1回行った後、充放電条件3での充放電サイクルを98回繰り返すことによって行った。
0.3C(1Cは設計容量を1時間で放電する電流値)の定電流で電池電圧が4.2Vとなるまで定電流充電を行い、4.2Vの定電圧で電流値が0.02Cとなるまで定電圧充電を行った。20分間休止した後、0.05Cの定電流で電池電圧が2.5Vとなるまで定電流放電を行い、20分間休止した。
[充放電条件2]
0.05Cの定電流で電池電圧が4.2Vとなるまで定電流充電を行い、4.2Vの定電圧で電流値が0.02Cとなるまで定電圧充電を行った。20分間休止した後、0.5Cの定電流で電池電圧が2.5Vとなるまで定電流放電を行い、20分間休止した。その後、0.2Cの定電流で電池電圧が2.5Vとなるまで定電流放電を行い、20分間休止した。
[充放電条件3]
0.5Cの定電流で電池電圧が4.2Vとなるまで定電流充電を行い、4.2Vの定電圧で電流値が0.05Cとなるまで定電圧充電を行った。20分間休止した後、0.7Cの定電流で電池電圧が2.5Vとなるまで定電流放電を行い、20分間休止した。
上記充放電条件における3サイクル目の放電容量と、400サイクル目の放電容量とを測定し、400サイクル後の容量維持率を下記式から求めた。その結果を表1に示す。
本発明を現時点での好ましい実施態様に関して説明したが、そのような開示を限定的に解釈してはならない。種々の変形および改変は、上記開示を読むことによって本発明に属する技術分野における当業者には間違いなく明らかになるであろう。したがって、添付の請求の範囲は、本発明の真の精神および範囲から逸脱することなく、すべての変形および改変を包含する、と解釈されるべきものである。
Claims (12)
- 非水電解質二次電池用の負極活物質であって、
ケイ素を含有する活物質粒子と、
前記活物質粒子の表面に形成された表面層とを含み、
前記表面層は、化合物がシロキサン結合を形成するように反応した反応生成物を含み、
前記化合物は、Si-R1-Siで表される構造を含み、
前記R1は、硫黄原子、酸素原子、および窒素原子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種とアルキレン基とを構成要素として含む鎖状部を有する原子団であり、
前記2つのSiの一方には、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx1H2x1+1Oy1)で表される基(x1は2以上6以下の整数でありy1は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの原子団が結合しており、
前記2つのSiの他方には、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx2H2x2+1Oy2)で表される基(x2は2以上6以下の整数でありy2は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの原子団が結合している、非水電解質二次電池用の負極活物質。 - 前記化合物は以下の式(1)で表される化合物である、請求項1に記載の負極活物質。
[式(1)において、R2、R3、およびR4からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つはそれぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx1H2x1+1Oy1)で表される基(x1は2以上6以下の整数でありy1は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、または水酸基である。R5、R6、およびR7からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つはそれぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx2H2x2+1Oy2)で表される基(x2は2以上6以下の整数でありy2は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、または水酸基である。R2~R7の残りはそれぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にある炭化水素基、水素原子、またはCx3H2x3+y3+1Ny3Oz3Sw3で表される基(x3は1以上6以下の整数であり、y3は0以上3以下の整数であり、z3は0以上3以下の整数であり、w3は0以上3以下の整数であり、1≦y3+z3+w3である)である。R2~R7は、同じであってもよいし異なってもよい。] - 前記式(1)において、R2~R7はメトキシ基またはエトキシ基である、請求項2に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記R1は、硫黄原子、酸素原子、および窒素原子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子と、前記少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を挟むように前記鎖状部を構成する2つのアルキレン基とを含み、
前記2つのアルキレン基の炭素数はそれぞれ独立に2~4の範囲にある、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質。 - 前記R1は、-(CH2)pSn(CH2)q-(1≦n≦6、2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4)、-(CH2)pO(CH2)q-(2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4)、-(CH2)pO(CH2)rO(CH2)q-(2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4、2≦r≦4)、および-(CH2)pNH(CH2)q-(2≦p≦4、2≦q≦4)のいずれか(ただし、n、p、q、rはそれぞれ自然数である)である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記表面層は導電性カーボンを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記活物質粒子は、LixSiOy(0<x≦4、0<y≦4)で表されるリチウムシリケート相と、前記リチウムシリケート相中に分散しているシリコン相と、を含む複合粒子である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記シリコン相の結晶子サイズは1nm~1000nmの範囲にある、請求項7に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記活物質粒子は、炭素相と、前記炭素相内に分散しているシリコン相と、を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質。
- 正極と負極と非水電解質とを含み、
前記負極は請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の負極活物質を含む、非水電解質二次電池。 - 非水電解質二次電池用の負極活物質の製造方法であって、
化合物、または前記化合物が溶解された液体と、ケイ素を含有する活物質粒子とを接触させる第1の工程と、
前記化合物または前記液体と前記活物質粒子とが接触している状態で、シロキサン結合を形成するように前記化合物を反応させる第2の工程とを含み、
前記化合物は、Si-R1-Siで表される構造を含み、
前記R1は、硫黄原子、酸素原子、および窒素原子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種とアルキレン基とを構成要素として含む鎖状部を有する原子団であり、
前記2つのSiの一方には、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx1H2x1+1Oy1)で表される基(x1は2以上6以下の整数でありy1は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの原子団が結合しており、
前記2つのSiの他方には、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx2H2x2+1Oy2)で表される基(x2は2以上6以下の整数でありy2は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、および水酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの原子団が結合している、負極活物質の製造方法。 - 前記化合物は、以下の式(1)で表される化合物である、請求項11に記載の製造方法。
[式(1)において、R2、R3、およびR4からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つはそれぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx1H2x1+1Oy1)で表される基(x1は2以上6以下の整数でありy1は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、または水酸基である。R5、R6、およびR7からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つはそれぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にあるアルコキシ基、オキシアルキレン基を含み-O-(Cx2H2x2+1Oy2)で表される基(x2は2以上6以下の整数でありy2は1以上3以下の整数である)、クロロ基、または水酸基である。R2~R7の残りはそれぞれ独立に、炭素数が1~6の範囲にある炭化水素基、水素原子、またはCx3H2x3+y3+1Ny3Oz3Sw3で表される基(x3は1以上6以下の整数であり、y3は0以上3以下の整数であり、z3は0以上3以下の整数であり、w3は0以上3以下の整数であり、1≦y3+z3+w3である)である。R2~R7は、同じであってもよいし異なってもよい。]
