Claims (12)
- 일방향으로 긴 형상으로 내부에 형성된 공간을 포함하는 바디부;일단부는 상기 바디부의 일단부와 결합하고 타단부에는 정해진 길이로 형성된 길이방향의 슬릿이 형성된 중공 형상의 니들;상기 바디부의 내부 공간에서 상기 니들 방향인 전방과 상기 니들의 반대방향인 후방으로 이동 가능하게 수용되되, 일부는 상기 니들의 중공부에 수용되고 나머지 일부는 바디부의 내부에 수용되는 일방향으로 긴 형상의 푸시로드와, 상기 푸시로드와 결합하며 걸림턱과 수용홈을 포함하는 슬라이더를 포함하는 푸시부; 및상기 걸림턱에 걸려 상기 슬라이더가 후방으로 이동하는 것을 제한하는 제1위치와 상기 걸림턱에 걸림이 해제되고 상기 수용홈에 삽입되어 상기 슬라이더가 후방으로 정해진 거리만큼 이동하는 것을 허용하는 제2위치 사이에서 회전하는 캠로드;를 포함하고,제1임플란트는 상기 니들의 타단부에 배치되어 상기 푸시로드가 전방으로 이동함에 따라 푸시로드에 의해 가압되어 환부로 전개되고,제2임플란트는 상기 니들의 타단부 중 상기 제1임플란트의 후방에 배치되고, 상기 제2임플란트의 하부가 푸시로드에 의해 지지되고 상기 제2임플란트의 상부는 상기 니들의 슬릿에 수용되도록 구성된, 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬라이더가 후방으로 이동하도록 탄성 가압하는 탄성가압수단을 더 포함하는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 바디부의 외부로 노출된 핸들을 포함하고 상기 바디부를 관통한 상태로 슬라이더와 결합하여 푸시부와 함께 이동하는 푸시핸들을 더 포함하여 푸시핸들을 전방이나 후방으로 이동시켜 푸시부가 이동하는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 캠로드를 회전시킬 수 있도록 일부는 바디부의 외부로 노출되고 일부는 바디부를 관통하여 캠로드와 결하는 회전레버를 더 포함하여 회전레버를 회전시켜 캠로드를 제1위치 또는 제2위치로 회전시키는 임플란트 전개장치
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 캠로드를 회전시킬 수 있도록 일부는 바디부의 외부로 노출되고 일부는 바디부를 관통하여 캠로드와 결하는 회전레버를 더 포함하여 회전레버를 회전시켜 캠로드를 제1위치 또는 제2위치로 회전시키는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 바디부의 일단부에서 니들과 결합하고 바디부의 길이방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 길이조절부재를 더 포함하고,상기 니들은 상기 길이조절부재에 의해 전방으로 이동 가능한 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 바디부의 일단부에서 니들과 결합하고 바디부의 길이방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 길이조절부재를 더 포함하고,상기 니들은 상기 길이조절부재에 의해 전방으로 이동 가능한 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 바디부와 길이조절부재에는 길이조절부재가 전방으로 이동하는 것은 허용하고 후방으로 이동하는 것은 제한하는 제한수단이 형성되는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 바디부와 길이조절부재에는 길이조절부재가 전방으로 이동하는 것은 허용하고 후방으로 이동하는 것은 제한하는 제한수단이 형성되는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제한수단은,상기 바디부에 형성되는 직각삼각형 톱니형상의 제1톱니와상기 길이조절부재에 형성되며 제1톱니에 치합되는 직각삼각형 톱니형상의 제2톱니를 포함하며, 길이조절부재가 니들 방향으로 이동할 때에는 제2톱니가 탄성 변형 되면서 길이조절부재가 이동할 수 있고, 반대방향의 이동은 제2톱니가 제1톱니에 걸려 방지되는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제한수단은,상기 바디부에 형성되는 직각삼각형 톱니형상의 제1톱니와상기 길이조절부재에 형성되며 제1톱니에 치합되는 직각삼각형 톱니형상의 제2톱니를 포함하며, 길이조절부재가 니들 방향으로 이동할 때에는 제2톱니가 탄성 변형 되면서 길이조절부재가 이동할 수 있고, 반대방향의 이동은 제2톱니가 제1톱니에 걸려 방지되는 임플란트 전개장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 푸시로드의 니들 쪽 단부의 상면은 평면이고, 상기 제2임플란트의 하면은 평면이며 제2임플란트의 하면이 푸시로드의 단부 상면에 지지가 되는 임플란트 전개장치.
