Abstract

L'invention concerne un véhicule de transport de conteneurs (100) capable de manipuler des conteneurs ISO standard de 20 pieds et 40 pieds. Grâce à sa structure à 4 bogies (110) et à roues (120), il peut tourner à 360 degrés autour de son centre, marcher en crabe à des angles de 90 degrés et de 45 degrés, et marcher à plat. Le véhicule, qui peut transporter jusqu'à 16 tonnes de conteneurs, y compris le poids du conteneur, a un poids de 6 tonnes. Avec une charge de 16 tonnes, il peut transporter en toute sécurité un poids total de 22 tonnes avec des roues bien gonflées. Le véhicule est capable de se déplacer à une vitesse maximale de 5 km/h sur des terrains présentant une pente de 5 %. Le système reçoit toute sa puissance à partir de sa machine principale diesel de 2000 cm3. La machine principale alimente le système en entraînant le groupe de pompes en tandem. Grâce à la puissance hydraulique, tous les mouvements de marche, de gouvernail et d'allongement/raccourcissement peuvent être réalisés. Grâce à sa structure compacte, le véhicule de transport de conteneurs (100) comprend une conception de carrosserie en aluminium facile à démonter pour faciliter l'entretien de tous les principaux composants du système qui sont placés dans une zone relativement étroite.
