Abstract
Description
環境保護や健康被害抑制といった観点から、性能向上とともにより環境・安全に配慮された製品が特に望まれており、脱離する化合物の安全性が高く、性能に優れる室温硬化性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物に対する需要が高まっている。
〔1〕
(A)分子鎖末端が加水分解性シリル基及び/又はヒドロキシシリル基で封鎖された、ポリマー主鎖がオルガノポリシロキサン以外の有機ポリマー:100質量部、
(B)下記一般式(1)で示される加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物:1~40質量部
を含有する室温硬化性樹脂組成物。

[(A)成分]
本発明に用いられる(A)成分は、分子鎖末端が加水分解性シリル基及び/又はヒドロキシシリル基(ケイ素原子に結合した水酸基を有するシリル基又はシラノール基)で封鎖された、ポリマー主鎖がオルガノポリシロキサン以外の有機ポリマー(変成シリコーンポリマー(modified silicone polymer))であり、本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物においてベースポリマーとして作用するものである。なお、(A)成分の変成シリコーンポリマーは、分子鎖末端のシリル基と主鎖とを連結する連結部(リンカー部)に短鎖のシロキサン構造(好ましくは繰り返し数が1~5程度のジオルガノシロキサン単位)を有するものであってもよい。
また、分子鎖末端がシラノール基で封鎖されたポリマーが、速硬化性、深部硬化性の観点から好ましいことから、特には分子鎖両末端がシラノール基で封鎖されたポリプロピレンオキシドを主鎖とするシリル化オキシプロピレンポリマーが好ましい。
式(3)中、cは結合するケイ素原子毎に独立に0、1又は2であり、好ましくは0又は1であり、特に好ましくは1である。
式(4)中、dは独立に1~5の整数であり、好ましくは1~4の整数である。
なお、本発明において、分子量(又は重合度)は、例えば、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、トルエン等を展開溶媒として、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)分析におけるポリスチレン換算の数平均分子量(もしくは数平均重合度)又は重量平均分子量(もしくは重量平均重合度)等として求めることができる(以下、同じ)。
本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物に用いられる(B)成分は、下記一般式(1)で示される加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物で、架橋剤(硬化剤)として用いられるものであり、加水分解によってシクロブタノンやシクロペンタノン等の環状ケトン化合物を脱離基(脱離物質)として放出するものであることを特徴とする。
なお、本発明において「部分加水分解縮合物」とは、該加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物を部分的に加水分解・縮合して生成する、分子中に残存加水分解性基を3個以上、好ましくは4個以上有するオルガノシロキサンオリゴマーを意味する。
触媒(金属銅化合物)の添加量としては、クロロシラン化合物1モルに対して0.001~0.5モルが好ましく、0.002~0.2モルがより好ましく、0.003~0.1モルが更に好ましい。触媒の添加量が少ないと反応が終結しないおそれがあり、触媒の添加量が多すぎるとコスト的に不利となる。
塩基性物質の添加量としては、クロロシラン化合物中の塩素原子数1モルに対して0.95~2.5モルが好ましく、0.99~2.0モルがより好ましく、1.0~1.5モルが更に好ましい。塩基性物質の添加量が少ないと反応が終結しないおそれがあり、塩基性物質の添加量が多すぎると経済的に不利である。
溶剤の使用量としては特に限定されないが、通常、使用する環状ケトン化合物100質量部に対して、10~500質量部、好ましくは30~400質量部、より好ましくは50~300質量部等の範囲で使用される。
また、反応終了後の精製は減圧環境下で目的物を蒸留することで可能であり、減圧度は好ましくは1×10-5~3,000Pa、より好ましくは1×10-5~2,000Paであり、精製時の温度は好ましくは100~250℃、より好ましくは120~230℃である。減圧時の圧力(減圧度)が高すぎると蒸留が困難となる場合がある。また、精製時の温度が低すぎると、蒸留による精製が困難となる場合があり、高すぎると反応物の着色や分解を招くおそれがある。
(B)成分の配合量は、(A)成分100質量部に対して1~40質量部であり、好ましくは3~30質量部であり、更に好ましくは5~20質量部である。(B)成分の配合量が上記下限値の1質量部未満であると、密封容器中に保管した際の保存性が悪化する場合がある。また、(B)成分の配合量が上記上限値の40質量部を超えると、室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化性が著しく低下し、更には接着性が悪化する場合がある。
なお、(B)成分の加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物は、分子中に、窒素原子、硫黄原子及び酸素原子から選ばれる1種以上の原子を含む官能性基を少なくとも1個有する一価炭化水素基を有しないものである点において、後述する任意成分としての(D)成分のシランカップリング剤及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物とは明確に区別されるものである。
本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて(C)成分の硬化触媒を任意成分として配合することができる。(C)成分の硬化触媒としては、室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化促進剤として従来から一般的に使用されている金属系又は非金属系の縮合触媒を使用できる。例えば、ジブチル錫メトキサイド、ジブチル錫ジアセテート、ジブチル錫ジオクテート、ジブチル錫ジラウレート、ジオクチル錫ジラウレート、ジオクチル錫ジオクテート、ジメチル錫ジメトキサイド、ジメチル錫ジアセテート等の有機錫化合物(錫触媒)、テトラプロピルチタネート、テトラブチルチタネート、テトラ-2-エチルヘキシルチタネート、ジメトキシチタンジアセチルアセトナート、チタンジイソプロポキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)等の有機チタン化合物(チタン触媒)、トリエチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、テトラメチルグアニジン、γ-テトラメチルグアニジルプロピルトリメトキシシラン等のアミン化合物やこれらの塩(有機強塩基触媒)、ビスマストリス(2-エチルヘキサノエート)、ビスマストリス(ネオデカノエート)等の有機ビスマス化合物及びそれらの混合物(有機ビスマス触媒)などが挙げられ、これらの少なくともいずれか1つ、即ち1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
なお、本発明においては、上記触媒のうち、チタン触媒、有機強塩基触媒及び有機ビスマス触媒のいずれを配合しても、錫触媒を配合した場合と同等の硬化性及び硬化物性能を示すことから、錫触媒を配合せずにチタン触媒、有機強塩基触媒又は有機ビスマス触媒を配合することが環境保護の観点から好ましい。
本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて(D)成分のシランカップリング剤及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物を任意成分として配合することができる。(D)成分は、下記一般式(2)で示されるシランカップリング剤(即ち、官能性基含有一価炭化水素基を有する加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物又はカーボンファンクショナルシラン)及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物であり、本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物に良好な接着性を発現させるための成分である。

(式中、R2は窒素原子、硫黄原子及び酸素原子から選ばれる1種以上のヘテロ原子を含む官能性基(但し、グアニジル基を除く)を少なくとも1個有する炭素数1~20の一価炭化水素基である。R3は炭素数1~10の非置換又は置換の一価炭化水素基であり、Xは加水分解性基である。aは0、1又は2である。)
本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて(E)成分の無機質充填剤を任意成分として配合することができる。(E)成分の無機質充填剤は、本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物にゴム物性を付与するための補強性、非補強性充填剤である。(E)成分の無機質充填剤としては、表面疎水化処理又は無処理の、焼成シリカ、溶融シリカ、破砕シリカ、煙霧質シリカ(ヒュームドシリカ)等の乾式シリカ、沈降性シリカ、ゾル-ゲル法シリカ等の湿式シリカ、結晶性シリカ(微粉末石英)などのシリカ系充填剤、珪藻土、カーボンブラック、タルク、ベントナイト、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸亜鉛、炭酸マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム等が例示され、その中でも炭酸カルシウム、煙霧質シリカ、沈降性シリカ、カーボンブラック、酸化アルミニウムが好ましく、より好ましくは表面が疎水化処理された、炭酸カルシウム、煙霧質シリカ、沈降性シリカ、カーボンブラック、酸化アルミニウムである。この場合、これら無機質充填剤は、水分量が少ないことが好ましい。
なお、該表面処理剤(疎水化処理剤)の種類、量や処理方法等については特に制限はないが、代表的には、クロロシラン、アルコキシシラン、オルガノシラザン等の有機ケイ素化合物や、脂肪酸、パラフィン、シランカップリング剤、チタンカップリング剤等の処理剤が適用できる。
(E)成分の無機質充填剤は、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
また、本発明の室温硬化性樹脂組成物には、上記成分以外に一般に知られている添加剤を本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で使用しても差し支えない。添加剤のうち、可塑剤としては、フタル酸ジメチル(DMP)、フタル酸ジエチル(DEP)、フタル酸ジ-n-ブチル(DBP)、フタル酸ジヘプチル(DHP)、フタル酸ジオクチル(DOP)、フタル酸ジイソノニル(DINP)、フタル酸ジイソデシル(DIDP)、フタル酸ジトリデシル(DTDP)、フタル酸ブチルベンジル(BBP)、フタル酸ジシクロヘキシル(DCHP)、テトラヒドロフタル酸エステル、アジピン酸ジオクチル(DOA)、アジピン酸ジイソノニル(DINA)、アジピン酸ジイソデシル(DIDA)、アジピン酸ジ-n-アルキル、ジブチルジグリコールアジペート(BXA)、アゼライン酸ビス(2-エチルヘキシル)(DOZ)、セバシン酸ジブチル(DBS)、セバシン酸ジオクチル(DOS)、マレイン酸ジブチル(DBM)、マレイン酸ジ-2-エチルヘキシル(DOM)、フマル酸ジブチル(DBF)、リン酸トリクレシル(TCP)、トリエチルホスフェート(TEP)、トリブチルホスフェート(TBP)、トリス(2-エチルヘキシル)ホスフェート(TOP)、トリ(クロロエチル)ホスフェート(TCEP)、トリスジクロロプロピルホスフェート(CPP)、トリブトキシエチルホスフェート(TBXP)、トリス(β-クロロプロピル)ホスフェート(TMCPP)、トリフェニルホスフェート(TPP)、オクチルジフェニルホスフェート(ODP)、クエン酸アセチルトリエチル、アセチルクエン酸トリブチルなどがあり、その他にはトリメリット酸系可塑剤、ポリエステル系可塑剤、塩素化パラフィン、ステアリン酸系可塑剤など、更にジメチルポリシロキサン等のシリコーンオイル(無官能性オルガノポリシロキサン)、最近ではポリオキシプロピレングリコール系、アクリルレジン、アクリルポリマー系、パラフィン系、ナフテン系、高沸点イソパラフィン系等の石油系高沸点溶剤などが挙げられる。必要に応じて顔料、染料、蛍光増白剤等の着色剤、防かび剤、抗菌剤、海洋生物忌避剤等の生理活性添加剤、ブリードオイルとしてのフェニルシリコーンオイル、フロロシリコーンオイルなどの有機液体等の表面改質剤、溶剤揮発油、低沸点イソパラフィン等の溶剤も添加できる。
なお、実施例及び比較例はすべて適切な混合機として、プラネタリミキサー((株)井上製作所製)を用いた。また、下記例中、特に記載のない粘度(回転粘度計による測定値)などの物性値は、23℃での値を示す。
<分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレンの合成>
撹拌機、還流冷却管、温度計及び滴下ロートを備えた1Lの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、数平均分子量23,000の分子鎖両末端アリル基封鎖ポリオキシプロピレン600g(末端アリル基の官能基換算0.058モル)、及び白金触媒(カールステッド触媒のトルエン溶液;白金濃度1質量%)2.4gを入れ、加熱攪拌しながら、温度を90℃まで上げた。
次いで、攪拌下で、1-ヒドロキシ-オクタメチルテトラシロキサン(即ち、1-ヒドロキシ-7-ハイドロジェン-1,1,3,3,5,5,7,7-オクタメチルテトラシロキサン)19.6g(末端Si-Hの官能基量0.066モル)を滴下し、反応温度を90~95℃として6時間、この反応系を保持した。反応終了後、室温まで冷却し、分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン(分子鎖両末端が-(CH2)3-[Si(Me)2O]4-Hで封鎖され、主鎖がポリオキシプロピレンである分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシアルキレン化合物(前記式(4)において、R4=メチル基、R5=水素原子、b=3、d=4、Y=ポリオキシプロピレン基))570g(収率92%、粘度24,000mPa・s、数平均分子量;24,000)を得た。
<加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物1の合成>
機械攪拌機、温度計、還流管及び滴下ロートを備えた5,000mLの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、シクロペンタノン834g(9.9mol)、トリエチルアミン(TEA)825g(8.2mol)、塩化銅(I)5g(0.05mol)、及びヘキサン1,500mlを仕込み、40~60℃の範囲でビニルトリクロロシラン400g(2.47mol)を約2時間かけて滴下した。その後、80℃で12時間撹拌後、生成したトリエチルアミン塩酸塩を濾過して取り除き、ろ液から100℃、常圧の条件でヘキサンを留去したのち、180℃、300Paの条件で蒸留することで加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物1を得た(収量532g、収率69%)。この反応式は、下記式[2]で表される。
<加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物2の合成>
機械攪拌機、温度計、還流管及び滴下ロートを備えた5,000mLの四つ口セパラブルフラスコに、シクロペンタノン834g(9.9mol)、トリエチルアミン(TEA)825g(8.2mol)、塩化銅(I)5g(0.05mol)、及びヘキサン1,500mlを仕込み、40~60℃の範囲でメチルトリクロロシラン368g(2.47mol)を約2時間かけて滴下した。その後、80℃で12時間撹拌後、生成したトリエチルアミン塩酸塩を濾過して取り除き、ろ液から100℃、常圧の条件でヘキサンを留去したのち、170℃、300Paの条件で蒸留することで加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物2を得た(収量519g、収率71%)。この反応式は、下記式[3]で表される。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B-1)前記加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物1を8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-1)γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-903、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-1)ジオクチル錫ジラウレートを0.1質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物1を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B-1)前記加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物1を8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-2)γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-403、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-2)チタンジイソプロポキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)(製品名;オルガチックスTC750、マツモトファインケミカル(株)製)を4質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物2を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B-1)前記加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物1を8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-3)N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-603、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-3)γ-テトラメチルグアニジルプロピルトリメトキシシランを0.6質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物3を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B-1)前記加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物1を8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-1)γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-903、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-4)ビスマストリス(2-エチルヘキサノエート)を主成分とする有機ビスマス触媒(製品名;ネオスタンU-600、日東化成(株)製)を1質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物4を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B-2)前記加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物2を8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-1)γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-903、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-3)γ-テトラメチルグアニジルプロピルトリメトキシシランを0.6質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物5を得た。
(A-2)カネカMSポリマーS303H(分子鎖両末端ジメトキシ(メチル)シリルプロピル基封鎖ポリオキシプロピレン(前記一般式(3)において、R4=R6=メチル基、R5=水素原子、b=3、c=2、Y=ポリオキシプロピレン基)、(株)カネカ製、数平均分子量;17,500)100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B-2)前記加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物2を8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-2)γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-403、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-3)γ-テトラメチルグアニジルプロピルトリメトキシシランを0.6質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物6を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B’)メチルトリメトキシシランを8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-1)γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-903、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-1)ジオクチル錫ジラウレートを0.1質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物7を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B’)メチルトリメトキシシランを8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-1)γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-903、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-3)γ-テトラメチルグアニジルプロピルトリメトキシシランを0.6質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物8を得た。
(A-1)合成例1で合成した分子鎖両末端シラノール基含有ポリオキシプロピレン100質量部に、(E)表面がジメチルジクロロシランにて処理された煙霧質シリカ(製品名;MU-215、信越化学工業(株)製)を10質量部加えて十分に混合した後、(B'')ビニルトリス(メチルエチルケトオキシム)シランを8質量部加え、十分に混合した。最後に(D-3)N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(製品名;KBM-603、信越化学工業(株)製)を1質量部、及び(C-1)ジオクチル錫ジラウレートを0.1質量部加え、減圧下で完全に混合し、組成物9を得た。
上記実施例、比較例で調製された組成物1~9について、下記の評価を行った。
上記実施例、比較例で調製された組成物1~9を用いて、JIS A 5758に規定する方法に準じてタックフリータイム(指触乾燥時間)を測定した。
上記実施例、比較例で調製された組成物1~9を、それぞれ深さ2mmの型枠に流し込み、23℃、50%RHで7日間養生して2mm厚さのゴムシートを得た。JIS K 6249に準じて2mm厚さのゴムシートよりゴム物性(タイプAデュロメータ硬さ、切断時伸び、引張強さ)を測定した。
幅25mm、長さ100mmのアルミニウム板2枚の間で上記実施例、比較例で調製された組成物1~9を、それぞれ23℃、50%RHで7日間養生して硬化させ、上下それぞれのアルミニウム板との接着面積2.5cm2、接着厚さ1mmのゴム硬化物層を形成して、JIS K 6249に規定するせん断接着試験体を作製した。この各試験体を用いてアルミニウムに対するせん断接着力と凝集破壊率をJIS K 6249に規定する方法に準じて測定し、凝集破壊率を比較した。
これらの結果を、上記実施例、比較例で調製された組成物1~9における硬化時に脱離する化合物、脱離する化合物の健康、環境への有害性、脱離基の引火点、沸点、及び使用した触媒とともに以下の表2に示す。
Claims (19)
- (B)成分の加水分解性オルガノシラン化合物及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物が、加水分解によって環状ケトン化合物を脱離するものである請求項1に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 脱離する環状ケトン化合物がシクロブタノン又はシクロペンタノンである請求項2に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- (A)成分の有機ポリマーの数平均分子量が2,000~50,000である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 更に、(C)硬化触媒を(A)成分100質量部に対して0.01~10質量部含有するものである請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- (C)硬化触媒が、錫触媒、チタン触媒、有機強塩基触媒及び有機ビスマス触媒から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項5に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 錫触媒を含有しないものである請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 更に、(D)下記一般式(2)で示されるシランカップリング剤及び/又はその部分加水分解縮合物を(A)成分100質量部に対して0.01~5質量部含有するものである請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。

(式中、R2は窒素原子、硫黄原子及び酸素原子から選ばれる1種以上のヘテロ原子を含む官能性基(但し、グアニジル基を除く)を少なくとも1個有する炭素数1~20の一価炭化水素基である。R3は炭素数1~10の非置換又は置換の一価炭化水素基であり、Xは加水分解性基である。aは0、1又は2である。) - 更に、(E)無機質充填剤を(A)成分100質量部に対して1~500質量部含有するものである請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- (E)成分が、炭酸カルシウム、煙霧質シリカ、沈降性シリカ、カーボンブラック及び酸化アルミニウムから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の無機質充填剤である請求項9に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を有する自動車用部品。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を有する自動車用オイルシール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を有する電気・電子用部品。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を有する建築用構造物。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を有する土木工事用構造物。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物を含有する接着剤。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物を含有するシーリング材。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物を含有するポッティング剤。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の室温硬化性樹脂組成物を含有するコーティング剤。
