Abstract
本申请提出光谱传感器、光谱传感器模组、传感器装置和电子设备。光谱传感器包括光谱芯片和光学组件,光谱芯片包括光调制层和光电探测层,光调制层在光电探测层的感测路径上设置于光电探测层的入光面一侧并包括用于对入射光进行调制的调制单元,光学组件设置于光谱芯片的感测路径上,光学组件至少包括光阑,入射光通过光阑形成照射到光调制层的光斑,其覆盖光调制层的至少一个调制单元,或者光学组件包括匀光件及光阑,入射光通过其将光信号导引至光调制层上表面,或者光学组件包括匀光器件及透镜,入射光经其被以设定的入射角度和均匀光强的方式引导至光谱芯片表面。此外,光谱传感器模组至少包括光谱传感器、线路板。本申请提出的光谱传感器能够改善光电性能,例如提高恢复光谱的准确性和稳定性等。
