次に、本実施形態に係る作業管理システム1による作業管理方法について説明する。本実施形態に係る作業管理方法は、概略的には、一又は複数の部品を含む製品に関する情報と、部品及び製品を製作するための一又は複数の作業工程に関する情報とを含む製作手配情報12を個々の作業工程に関する情報毎に分割して作業工程情報142とする作業工程分割工程と、分割した複数の製作手配情報12の作業工程情報142を作業グループに組分けする組分け工程とを備える。
本実施形態に係る作業管理方法について図13を参照して詳述する。なお、以下の説明においては、一連の作業工程のうちのブランク工程のみを取り扱うものとし、作業工程情報142の組分けはユーザが手動で行うものとして説明するが、これに限定されない。また、工場内の各作業場所で取り扱う作業工程は事前に設定されているものとする。さらに、作業グループセットの設定は行わないものとする。

以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る作業管理装置100は、一又は複数の部品を含む製品に関する情報と、部品及び製品を製作するための一又は複数の作業工程に関する情報とを含む製作手配情報12を個々の作業工程に関する情報毎に分割して作業工程情報142とする作業工程分割処理と、分割した複数の製作手配情報12の作業工程情報142を作業グループに組分けする組分け処理とを実行可能に構成されている。
以上、本発明の好適な実施形態について説明したが、本発明の技術的範囲は、上述した実施形態に記載の範囲には限定されない。上述した実施形態には、多様な変更又は改良を加えることが可能である。
理とを実行可能に構成されているものとして説明したが、これに限定されない。生産管理部(生産管理装置10)は、製作手配情報12の帳票を発行できなくてもよい。また、生産管理部(生産管理装置10)は、製作手配情報抜粋処理及び帳票発行処理を実行できなくてもよい。

- 一又は複数の部品を含む製品に関する情報と、前記部品及び前記製品を製作するための一又は複数の作業工程に関する情報とを含む製作手配情報を個々の前記作業工程に関する情報毎に分割して作業工程情報とする作業工程分割処理と、
分割した複数の前記製作手配情報の前記作業工程情報を作業グループに組分けする組分け処理と
を実行可能に構成されている

請求項1又は2に記載の作業管理装置。 - 個々の前記作業工程情報を一の前記作業グループとして、前記作業工程情報を前記作業グループ毎に組分け可能に構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載の作業管理装置。 - 組分けした前記作業グループに含まれる前記作業工程情報から前記作業工程を特定する作業工程特定処理と、
前記作業グループと特定した前記作業工程を実施する作業場所に関する情報とを紐づける作業場紐づけ処理と
を実行可能に構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載の作業管理装置。 - 組分けした前記作業グループの作業に要する予想作業時間を算出するよう構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載の作業管理装置。 - 組分けした前記作業グループの作業に要した実作業時間を記録し、記録した前記実作業時間から前記作業グループに含まれる個々の前記作業工程情報の前記実作業時間を算出するよう構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載の作業管理装置。 - 組分けした前記作業グループ毎に前記作業グループの作業に係る作業者に関する情報を記録可能に構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載の作業管理装置。 - 組分けした前記作業グループに含まれる前記部品及び前記製品の数量が予め定められた作業可能数量を超えているかを判定し、前記作業可能数量を超えていると判定した場合、新たな作業グループを作成し、超過した前記部品及び前記製品を前記新たな作業グループ
に割り当てるよう構成されている
