Abstract
Description
以下、本開示の実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ及び磁気ギアについて図面を参照して詳細に説明する。ただし、下記の実施形態において説明する各図は模式的な図であり、各構成要素の大きさ及び厚さのそれぞれの比が必ずしも実際の寸法比を反映しているとは限らない。なお、以下の実施形態で説明する構成は本開示の一例に過ぎない。本開示は、以下の実施形態に限定されず、本開示の効果を奏することができれば、設計等に応じて種々の変更が可能である。
(1)磁気ギアードモータの全体構成
図1~図3を用いて、第1実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ1を説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ1の斜視図である。図2は、同上の磁気ギアードモータ1の縦断面図である。図3は、同上の磁気ギアードモータ1の模式的断面図である。磁気ギアードモータ1は、永久磁石式同期モータであり、例えば、インバータによって駆動される。磁気ギアードモータ1は、固定子10と、第1回転体20と、第2回転体30とを有している。
固定子10は、第1回転体20及び第2回転体30に作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10は、第2回転体30に対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。なお、「周方向」とは、第1回転体20の第1回転軸22の軸心A1と一致する直線を法線とする平面において、第1回転軸22の軸心A1に対応する点を中心とする円の円周に沿う方向と定義される。
第1回転体20は、筒状の第1回転子21と、第1回転軸22とを有している。
第2回転体30は、第1回転子21の径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31と、第1回転軸22と同軸となる第2回転軸32とを有している。
筐体40は、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40は、筒状の筒部41と、第1ブラケット42と、第2ブラケット43とを有する。
第1回転体20及び第2回転体30は、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
インバータからの交流電流が固定子10のコイル12に通電されると、コイル12に界磁電流が流れて、電流制御相に応じて固定子10に磁束が発生する。そして、固定子10に生じる磁束と第2回転体30の永久磁石34から生じる磁束との相互作用によって生じた磁気力が第2回転体30を回転させるトルクとなり、第2回転体30が回転する。このとき、第2回転体30から発生する磁束が、第1回転体20のポールピース26によって変調され、そのため、第1回転体20と固定子10との間に高調波磁束が生成する。この結果、第1回転体20が所定のギア比(減速比)にしたがって減速されて高トルクで回転する。
上述のように、第2軸受52は、第2回転子31の径方向内側に配置されている。したがって、第2軸受52として小径の軸受を使用でき、低コスト化を実現できる。
第1実施形態では磁気ギアードモータ1は第2回転軸32を有していたが、第2回転軸は省略されてもよい。
磁気ギアードモータ1Aは、固定子10Aと、第1回転体20Aと、第2回転体30Aとを有している。
固定子10Aは、第1回転体20A及び第2回転体30Aに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Aは、第2回転体30Aに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Aは、筒状の第1回転子21Aと、第1回転軸22Aとを有している。
第2回転体30Aは、第1回転子21Aの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Aを有している。
筐体40Aは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40は、筒状の筒部41Aと、第1ブラケット42Aと、第2ブラケット43Aとを有する。
第1回転体20A及び第2回転体30Aは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Aは第2回転子31Aの径方向内側に配置されており、そのため第1実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
第1実施形態及び第2実施形態では磁気ギアードモータ(1、1A)の第2軸受(52、52A)はダブルベアリングであったが、第2軸受の数は1個であってもよい。
磁気ギアードモータ1Bは、固定子10Bと、第1回転体20Bと、第2回転体30Bとを有している。
固定子10Bは、第1回転体20B及び第2回転体30Bに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Bは、第2回転体30Bに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Bは、筒状の第1回転子21Bと、第1回転軸22Bとを有している。
第2回転体30Bは、第1回転子21Bの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Bを有している。
筐体40Bは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Bは、筒状の筒部41Bと、第1ブラケット42Bと、第2ブラケット43Bとを有する。
第1回転体20B及び第2回転体30Bは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Bは第2回転子31Bの径方向内側に配置されており、そのため磁気ギアードモータ1Bの径方向の小型化に関して、第1実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
第1実施形態では第1回転子21は第1回転軸22によって片持ち支持されていたが、第1回転子は第1回転軸によって両端支持されていてもよい。
磁気ギアードモータ1Cは、固定子10Cと、第1回転体20Cと、第2回転体30Cとを有している。
固定子10Cは、第1回転体20C及び第2回転体30Cに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Cは、第2回転体30Cに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Cは、筒状の第1回転子21Cと、第1回転軸22Cとを有している。
第2回転体30Cは、第1回転子21Cの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Cを有している。
筐体40Cは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Cは、筒状の筒部41Cと、第1ブラケット42Cと、第2ブラケット43Cとを有する。
第1回転体20C及び第2回転体30Cは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
以上に述べたように、第1回転子21Cの軸心方向第2側の一端は、第1回転軸22Cに支持されている。具体的には、第1回転子21Cの軸心方向第1側の一端は、第2回転軸32Cに第3軸受531Cを介して支持され、さらに筐体40Cに第4軸受532Cを介して支持されている。このように第1回転子21Cは両端支持されているので、第1回転子21Cの回転が安定する。したがって、第1実施形態と同様に、従来では2個必要とされていた第1回転軸と筐体との間の軸受の数を1個にでき(具体的には、本実施形態では第1軸受51Cは1個である)、その結果、磁気ギアードモータ1C全体の軸心方向長さを短くできる。
第4実施形態では磁気ギアードモータ1Cは第2回転軸32Cを有していたが、第2回転軸は省略されてもよい。
磁気ギアードモータ1Dは、固定子10Dと、第1回転体20Dと、第2回転体30Dとを有している。
固定子10Dは、第1回転体20D及び第2回転体30Dに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Dは、第2回転体30Dに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Dは、筒状の第1回転子21Dと、第1回転軸22Dとを有している。
第2回転体30Dは、第1回転子21Dの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Dを有している。
筐体40Dは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Dは、筒状の筒部41Dと、第1ブラケット42Dと、第2ブラケット43Dとを有する。
第1回転体20D及び第2回転体30Dは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Dは第2回転子31Dの径方向内側に配置されており、そのため第4実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
図8は、第6実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ1Eの模式的断面図である。図8に示す磁気ギアードモータ1Eは、第1回転体が両端支持されているという点で、第4実施形態の磁気ギアードモータ1Cと基本構造が同じである。
磁気ギアードモータ1Eは、固定子10Eと、第1回転体20Eと、第2回転体30Eとを有している。
固定子10Eは、第1回転体20E及び第2回転体30Eに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Eは、第2回転体30Eに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Eは、筒状の第1回転子21Eと、第1回転軸22Eとを有している。
(4)第2回転体
第2回転体30Eは、第1回転子21Eの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Eを有している。
筐体40Eは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Eは、筒状の筒部41Eと、第1ブラケット42Eと、第2ブラケット43Eとを有する。
第1回転体20E及び第2回転体30Eは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Eが、第2回転子31Eの径方向内側に配置されており、そのため第4実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
第1~第6実施形態では支持軸は第1回転子の一部であったが、支持軸は筐体の一部でもよい。
磁気ギアードモータ1Fは、固定子10Fと、第1回転体20Fと、第2回転体30Fとを有している。
固定子10Fは、第1回転体20F及び第2回転体30Fに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Fは、第2回転体30Fに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Fは、筒状の第1回転子21Fと、第1回転軸22Fとを有している。
第2回転体30Fは、第1回転子21Fの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Fを有している。
筐体40Fは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Fは、筒状の筒部41Fと、第1ブラケット42Fと、第2ブラケット43Fとを有する。
第1回転体20F及び第2回転体30Fは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Fは、第2回転子31Fの径方向内側に配置されており、そのため第1実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
図10は、第8実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ1Gの模式的断面図である。図10に示す磁気ギアードモータ1Gは、第2回転体が筐体の支持軸によって支持されているという点で、第7実施形態の磁気ギアードモータ1Fと基本構造が同じである。
磁気ギアードモータ1Gは、固定子10Gと、第1回転体20Gと、第2回転体30Gとを有している。
固定子10Gは、第1回転体20G及び第2回転体30Gに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Gは、第2回転体30Gに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Gは、筒状の第1回転子21Gと、第1回転軸22Gとを有している。
第2回転体30Gは、第1回転子21Gの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Gを有している。
筐体40Gは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Gは、筒状の筒部41Gと、第1ブラケット42Gと、第2ブラケット43Gとを有する。
第1回転体20G及び第2回転体30Gは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Gは、第2回転子31Gの径方向内側に配置されており、そのため第7実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。また、第3軸受53Gも、第2回転子31Gの径方向内側に配置されている。
第1~8実施形態では、磁気ギア―ドモータとしてインナーロータ型のモータが説明されたが、本開示はアウターロータ型の磁気ギア―ドモータにも適用できる。
図11を用いて、第9実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ1Hを説明する。図9は、第9実施形態に係る磁気ギアードモータ1Hの模式的断面図である。
固定子10Hは、第1回転体20H及び第2回転体30Hに作用する磁力を発生させる。具体的には、固定子10Hは、第2回転体30Hに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Hは、筒状の第1回転子21Hと、第1回転軸22Hとを有している。第1回転体20Hは、固定子10Hから発生する磁束が第1回転子21Hに作用することにより第1回転軸22Hの軸心A1を中心に回転する。
第2回転体30Hは、筒状の第2回転子31Hを有している。第2回転子31Hは、固定子10Hの径方向内側に配置されている。
第1回転体20H及び第2回転体30Hは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
上述のように、第2軸受52Hは、第2回転子31Hの径方向内側に配置されている。したがって、第2軸受52Hとして小径の軸受を使用でき、低コスト化を実現できる。さらに、第2回転子31Hの内部空間61Hを活用することで、磁気ギアードモータ1Hの小型化が可能となる。
第1~第9実施形態では、本開示は、磁気ギアとモータとが一体となった磁気ギアードモータに適用されていたが、本開示は、モータとは独立した磁気ギア単独に適用できる。
磁気ギア3Iは、固定子10Iと、第1回転体20Iと、第2回転体30Iとを有している。
固定子10Iは、第2回転体30Iに対面するエアギャップ面にN極とS極とが周方向に交互に表れるように構成されている。
第1回転体20Iは、筒状の第1回転子21Iと、第1回転軸22Iとを有している。
第2回転体30Iは、第1回転子21Iの径方向内側に配置された筒状の第2回転子31Iを有している。
筐体40Iは、複数の部品によって構成されている。具体的には、筐体40Iは、筒状の筒部41Iと、第1ブラケット42Iと、第2ブラケット43Iとを有する。
第1回転体20I及び第2回転体30Iは、同軸で互いに独立して回転できるように構成されている。
第2回転体30Iが回転すると、第2回転体30Iから発生する磁束及び固定子10Iから発生する磁束が、第1回転体20Iのポールピース26Iに作用し、その結果、第1回転体20Iが所定のギア比(減速比)にしたがって減速されて高トルクで回転する。
この実施形態でも、第2軸受52Iは第2回転子31Iの径方向内側に配置されている。したがって、第2軸受52として小径の軸受を使用でき、低コスト化を実現できる。
なお、第3実施形態(図5)、第4実施形態(図6)、第6実施形態(図8)の磁気ギアードモータの構成も磁気ギアに適用できる。
上述の実施形態は、本開示の様々な実施形態のいくつかに過ぎない。上述の実施形態は、本開示の目的を達成できれば、設計等に応じて種々の変更が可能である。以下、上述の実施形態の変形例を列挙する。以下に説明する変形例は、適宜組み合わせて適用可能である。

筒状の第1回転子と、軸心を回転中心とする回転軸とを有する第1回転体と、
前記第1回転子と前記回転軸の前記軸心との間に配置された第2回転子、を有する第2回転体と、
前記第2回転子からみて前記回転軸の前記軸心へ向けて配置された支持軸と、
前記支持軸と前記第2回転子との間に配置された軸受と、
を備える、
磁気ギア。 - 前記軸受は、前記軸心の延びる方向に並んで複数設けられている、
