Claims (10)
- 一种遮挡装置,其特征在于,用于遮挡发光组件(800),所述发光组件(800)具有光路方向,所述遮挡装置设置于所述发光组件(800)的在所述光路方向的前方,所述遮挡装置包括传动部(200)和多个遮挡组件,所述传动部(200)包括传动齿,所述多个遮挡组件中任一者均包括啮合齿,所述传动齿与所述啮合齿啮合,以驱动每一所述遮挡组件在第一状态和第二状态之间切换;所述遮挡组件处于所述第一状态时,所述多个遮挡组件拼接形成遮挡主体,沿所述光路方向观察,使得所述发光组件(800)的至少部分被所述遮挡主体遮挡;所述遮挡组件处于所述第二状态时,所述传动部(200)分别驱动所述多个遮挡组件相互分离,沿所述光路方向观察,使得所述发光组件(800)暴露。
- 根据权利要求1所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述传动齿为内齿圈(210),对于所述多个遮挡组件中的每一所述遮挡组件,所述遮挡组件包括旋转轴(120),所述啮合齿为旋转齿轮(130),所述旋转齿轮(130)与所述旋转轴(120)同轴设置,所述旋转齿轮(130)与所述内齿圈(210)啮合,以驱动所述遮挡组件绕着所述旋转轴(120)旋转,使得所述遮挡组件在所述第一状态和所述第二状态之间切换。
- 根据权利要求2所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,每一所述遮挡组件包括遮挡片(110),所述旋转轴(120)设置于所述遮挡片(110)的靠近所述内齿圈(210)的一侧;沿所述光路方向观察,所述遮挡主体呈圆形,所述多个遮挡组件的所述遮挡片(110)沿所述圆形的周向均布。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述传动部(200)还包括驱动齿(220),所述遮挡装置还包括驱动组件(300),驱动组件(300)与所述驱动齿(220)啮合;所述传动部(200)为环形垫圈,所述内齿圈(210)设置于所述环形垫圈的内圈,驱动齿(220)设置于所述环形垫圈的外圈的至少部分。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,每一所述遮挡组件包括导向柱(140),所述导向柱(140)设置于所述遮挡片(110)的另一侧;所述遮挡装置还包括导向部(400),所述导向部(400)包括导向槽(410),所述导向柱(140)设置于所述导向槽(410),在所述遮挡组件在所述第一状态和所述第二状态之间切换的过程中,所述导向柱(140)沿着所述导向槽(410)滑动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,还包括第一安置部(500),所述第一安置部(500)包括彼此连接的通道部分和圆环部分,所述通道部分包括圆柱形通道,所述发光组件(800)设置于所述圆柱形通道的一端,所述圆柱形通道的轴线与所述遮挡主体的轴线重合,所述圆环部分设置于所述传动部(200)与所述多个遮挡组件之间,所述旋转轴(120)贯穿所述圆环部分。
- 根据权利要求6所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,还包括第二安置部(600),所述第二安置部(600)呈圆环状,所述第二安置部(600)套设于所述通道部分的外侧,所述第二安置部(600)设置于所述传动部(200)的背离所述多个遮挡组件的一侧,所述旋转轴(120)的两端分别与所述第二安置部(600)和所述遮挡片(110)连接。
- 根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的遮挡装置,其特征在于,所述遮挡装置还包括投射部,每一所述遮挡组件包括所述投射部,所述投 射部设置于所述遮挡片(110)的远离所述圆形的圆心的一侧;所述遮挡片(110)为导光片,所述投射部或者所述发光组件(800)发射光线照射所述导光片,使所述导光片发光,或者所述遮挡片(110)为第一透光片,所述第一透光片的一侧设有彩色镀膜,所述彩色镀膜的预定位置与其他位置的镀膜厚度不同,使得所述第一透光片的预定位置与所述其他位置的透光强度不同,以使得所述第一透光片呈现预定花纹,又或所述遮挡片(110)为第二透光片,所述第二透光片的部分设有不透光镀层。
- 一种车灯,其特征在于,包括权利要求8所述的遮挡装置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的车灯,其特征在于,还包括所述发光组件(800),当所述遮挡组件处于第一状态时,所述车灯能够在静息状态、侧投状态以及正投状态三种状态之间切换;当所述车灯处于所述静息状态时,所述发光组件(800)和所述投射部均被设置为不发光;当所述车灯处于所述侧投状态时,所述投射部被设置为发光,所述发光组件(800)被设置为不发光;当所述车灯处于所述正投状态时,所述发光组件(800)被设置为发光,所述投射部被设置为不发光。
