Definitions
- the present invention relates to an oral implantable care system, and more specifically, to a system that can manage the user's teeth by inserting it into the user's mouth.
- the teeth of a patient who has difficulty moving or is unconscious can be viewed by a guardian or caregiver. It is about technical ideas that enable easy management.
- such oral care devices are known to be shaped like mouthpieces to cover all of the user's teeth at once.
- the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to enable guardians or caregivers to more easily insert and remove the patient's teeth, even when performing oral care for a patient who has difficulty moving or is unconscious. It provides technical ideas that ensure hygiene as well as safety.
- a tooth joint formed by being curved to correspond to the shape of the tooth arrangement in the user's mouth

- the at least one spray hole may be formed to face the occlusal surface or gingival boundary of the user's teeth.
- the outer portion has at least one suction hole formed on the outer surface, and air is sucked in through an air pipe connected through the handle portion to form a vacuum layer within the outer portion, so that when air is sucked in, it is sprayed into the user's mouth. It may be characterized in that the water can be sucked through the suction hole.

- the oral implantable management system 1 includes a tooth joint 100 that is curved to correspond to the shape of the tooth arrangement in the user's mouth, and/or the tooth joint 100 and It may include a connected handle portion 200.
- the tooth joint portion 100 and the handle portion 200 are coupled through the joint portion 300 so that the angle of the handle portion 200 is freely deformed within a predetermined range.
- the tooth joint portion (100) has both side surfaces and an upper surface that are open, so that when inserted into the user's mouth, the user's teeth can be accommodated in the internal space of the tooth joint 100 through the open surface.
- the case where the upper surface of the tooth joint 100 is opened will be described as an example, but when the tooth joint 100 is inserted into the lower jaw side in the user's mouth, the tooth joint ( 100) can be turned over so that the upper surface faces downward.
- the tooth joint 100 is formed to cover the upper half or the lower half of the user's teeth. It can be formed to cover only one area. This example will be described with reference to FIG. 5.
- Figure 5 shows an example of a user's oral image.
- the teeth in the user's mouth can be broadly divided into four areas: left/right based on the center of the mouth, and up/down based on the upper and lower jaw.
- the tooth bonding portion 100 may be formed to cover only teeth belonging to one of the four regions at a time.
- the tooth joint 100 when the tooth joint 100 is inserted into the user's oral cavity, the user's upper right (area (1)) or upper left (area (2)), lower jaw right (area (3)) or lower jaw left. It can be configured to accommodate only teeth in (region (4)).
- the tooth joint 100 covers only an exact half area based on the left and right sides.
- the tooth abutment 100 when the tooth abutment 100 is inserted into area 1, that is, the right side of the maxilla, in the oral image, the tooth abutment 100 does not necessarily have to cover only the 8th tooth, and the 9th tooth or the 10th tooth. It may be formed to partially cover even the first tooth.
- the tooth joint 100 may be formed to accommodate only teeth in one of the regions 1 to 4 shown in FIG. 5 at a time. Therefore, in order to perform management of all teeth with the oral implantable management system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, at least four managements may be required.
- tooth joint 100 is formed to cover only approximately 1/4 of the teeth in the oral cavity is that the technical idea of the present invention is for patients who have difficulty moving or are unconscious, so that the guardian or caregiver rather than the patient himself or herself This is because the focus is on performing dental care for these patients.
- the tooth joint 100 may cover about 1/4 of the teeth in the oral cavity, but may also be formed to cover only a smaller number of teeth.
- the tooth joint 100 may be formed to have a length that can cover two or more teeth, or, depending on the implementation, may be formed to cover only one tooth.
- the tooth joint 100 is described as an example of being formed to cover about 1/4 of the tooth as described above, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto, and the tooth joint 100 may be formed as necessary.
- the range that 100 can cover can be formed to have various lengths smaller than 1/4 of the tooth. However, it may be preferable that the tooth joint 100 is not formed to cover a wider area than about 1/4 of the tooth to facilitate insertion/removal into the user's mouth.
- the tooth joint 100 which can accommodate only about 1/4 of the tooth, is open on the upper and both sides except the front/back/bottom, so the tooth joint 100 is attached to the patient's teeth. It is relatively easy to insert, and it can be very easy to remove the tooth joint 100 from the patient's mouth after the toothbrushing action is completed.
- the water sprayed through the tooth abutment 100 can be re-inhaled so that the water can be sprayed onto the patient. It prevents the risk of blocking your airway, and cleanup becomes neater and easier.
- Figures 3 and 4 are diagrams for explaining the operation method of the oral implantable management system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 shows a side cross-section when the tooth joint 100 is inserted into the user's oral cavity. In this case, it can be implemented so that the tooth can be inserted into the tooth joint 100 as shown in the drawing.
- water can be sprayed through at least one spray hole 111 formed on the inner surface of the tooth joint 100 to clean the user's teeth.
- the spray holes 111 may be formed in various numbers at various positions as needed, and are preferably formed so that water can be sprayed toward the gingival border or occlusal surface of teeth, where cavities or calculus are relatively likely to occur. You can.
- the tooth joint 100 can be divided into an inner part 110 and an outer part 120.
- the tooth joint 100 is indicated by hatching in the drawing and includes an inner part 110 that is close to the tooth when the user's teeth are accommodated, and an outer part 120 formed to surround the inner part 110. ) can be divided into:

- the inner part 110 of the tooth joint 100 may be a space through which water to be sprayed onto the user's teeth passes, and the outer part 120 may be a vacuum for sucking the water sprayed into the user's mouth. It may be a layered space.
- the spray hole 111 described above in the inner part 110 is not shown in FIG. 4 for convenience of explanation, there is a spray hole 111 passing inside the inner part 110 on the inner surface of the inner part 110 as described in FIG. 3. As described above, at least one spray hole 111 through which water can be sprayed may be formed.
- the outer portion 120 is formed as a vacuum layer for suctioning water from the user's oral cavity, and at least one suction hole 121 for this purpose may be formed on the outer surface of the outer portion 120.
