Claims (11)
- 一种锁扣保持装置,用于确保插头和插座的配合,其中,所述锁扣保持装置包括:基体,所述基体具有框架部,所述框架部的两侧延伸有相对设置的连接部,所述连接部设置有成对的第一锁扣,所述第一锁扣用于将所述锁扣保持装置固定并处于预装状态;所述框架部还设置有引导所述基体与插头、插座中任一者配合的引导面;以及与所述框架部连接的弹性臂,所述弹性臂的自由端设置有第二锁扣,所述第二锁扣用于在插头与插座对插后,将所述锁扣保持装置固定并处于锁紧状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述框架部具有沿引导插入方向延伸且相对设置的第一框架部段和第二框架部段,相对设置的所述连接部分别位于所述第一框架部段和所述第二框架部段的沿所述引导插入方向的后端。
- 如权利要求2所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述连接部呈板状,自所述连接部的外边缘向板内开设有凹槽以形成扣合臂,所述第一锁扣设置于所述扣合臂上。
- 如权利要求2所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述引导面为所述第一框架部段和所述第二框架部段两者的沿所述引导插入方向的前端的至少部分装配表面。
- 如权利要求2所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述第一框架部段和所述第二框架部段的沿所述引导插入方向的后端之间还连接有握持段,所述握持段的外表面形成有防滑槽。
- 如权利要求5所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述防滑槽沿所述引导插入方向呈阶梯状。
- 如权利要求5所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述握持段相对于所述第一框架部段和所述第二框架部段的装配表面凸伸形成手指勾扣部。
- 如权利要求4所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述第一框架部段和所述第二框架部段的沿所述引导插入方向的前端之间还连接有第三框架部段,所述弹性臂从所述第三框架部段的中间位置继续向前延伸而出。
- 如权利要求8所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述弹性臂包括朝背离所述装配表面的方向倾斜延伸的第一悬臂段,和弯折连接所述第一悬臂段的第二悬臂段,所述第二悬臂段的末端设置所述第二锁扣,所述第二锁扣朝背离所述装配表面的方向突出。
- 如权利要求9所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述第一悬臂段与所述框架部之间呈预设角度β,所述预设角度β为160°-176°。
- 一种连接器组件,包括相互插接的插头和插座,以及设置在所述插头或所述插 座上的如权利要求1-9任一项所述的锁扣保持装置,其中,所述插头和所述插座中的一者上设有两个相对设置的凹部,所述凹部与所述第一锁扣卡接,以令所述锁扣保持装置处于预装状态;所述插头和所述插座中的另一者上设置有凸起,在所述插头与所述插座相互插接时,所述凸起顶起所述第二锁扣,在所述插头与所述插座相互插接后,所述第二锁扣越过所述凸起并与所述凸起卡合,以令所述锁扣保持装置处于锁紧状态。
