本发明涉及合页,尤其涉及一种暗藏合页。
背景技术
目前,暗藏合页用于门扇安装越来越多,带自动关闭功能用液压控制关闭速度的暗藏合页亦开始普及,但其液压控制关闭速度的调节极不便利,如:专利号为201922463281.5的专利和专利号为201922463124.4的专利必须在合页安装前调节好速度,安装后合页的壳体嵌入门扇或门框就无法调整关闭速度,如果闭门速度不理想要调节,只能重新将壳体拆出合页调整,这样就重复操作装门过程,给安装调试带来极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种暗藏合页,能够解决目前市场上的液压缓冲暗藏合页安装后不能简便地调节关闭速度的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种暗藏合页,包括功能轴、用于盛装功能轴的壳体、用于调整功能轴内的液压油流动速度的调速螺丝,壳体的一端的板材上设置有与功能轴的轴向方向相垂直的纵向通道,壳体的同一端的侧壁上设置有与功能轴的轴向方向相一致的横向通道,横向通道与纵向通道交错贯通,调速螺丝的一端为呈变径状的针杆部,调速螺丝的另一端为柱身设置有第一齿牙的驱动部,调速螺丝的中段设置有与功能轴下封盖内壁上的第一螺纹相啮合的螺纹,针杆部伸入功能轴内活塞上的调速阀孔,驱动部设置在功能轴的外部并伸入壳体上的横向通道,纵向通道用于伸入驱动件,驱动件上设置有与第一齿牙相啮合的啮合部。
进一步,调速螺丝的针杆部、调速螺丝的中段以及驱动部为分体式。
进一步,驱动件整体为圆柱状,包括设置有凹部的上端部、设置有啮合部的中段柱身、啮合部呈螺纹状。
进一步,驱动件的下段为直径小于中柱柱身直径的下段柱身,中段柱身与下段柱身之间形成台阶面,下段柱身用于穿过纵向通道并露出壳体的下底面,露出的部位装有垫片。

使用本发明的技术方案,在合页的壳体上设置调速结构,可以在安装合页后在合页的端面方向用工具调节合页的关闭速度,解决目前市场上的液压缓冲暗藏合页安装后不能调节关闭速度的麻烦,便于安装调节,节约人力财力与时间,满足现代社会生活需要。

与图1所示的现有技术对比,本发明将调速螺丝在现有技术的基础上在轴向上进行了延长。
在该实施例中,在合页安装完成后,用户通过用适配工具转动驱动件上的凹部,驱动件啮合部的螺纹在转动时通过与调速螺丝上的第一齿牙啮合联动。备注:驱动件与调速螺丝之间的联动实质就是蜗杆与蜗轮的传动,调速螺丝的转动,等于在功能轴内的螺纹孔即下封盖内壁上的第一螺纹的孔内转动,使到调速螺丝整体轴向移动位置,就可改变针杆部伸入功能轴内的调速阀孔的孔位置,就可改变针杆部与调速阀孔的间隙,针杆部变径也就是说针杆部根据需要设置各位置段横截面大小,伸入调速阀孔的不同位置深度时,针杆部与调速阀孔的间隙亦随之改变,从而改变功能轴中的液压油从受压油腔流向储油腔的流量,实现合页关闭时活塞的轴向运动的速度调整,也就等于实现合页关闭时速度调整。以在安装合页后在合页的端面方向用工具调节合页的关闭速度,解决目前市场上的液压缓冲暗藏合页安装后不能调节关闭速度的麻烦,便于安装调节,节约人力财力与时间,满足现代社会生活需要。

在本实施例中,除了原理与第一个实施例大致相同,效果也大致相同外,具有优于第一个实施例的地方,也即是驱动件制造更方便,使用起来不需要借助另一个扭动驱动件的工具,因而,更加的便捷。
用户将驱动件的柱身插入纵向通道201,啮合部401与调速螺丝上的第一齿牙302 互相啮合,柱身下行的过程中,带动调速螺丝旋转,调速螺丝会产生整体前后位移,伸入调速阀孔的位置发生改变,改变了液压油的流量,实现对合页闭合的调速。当柱身推入到底不能再前进时,将柱身扭转如图10所示,其啮合部401与调速螺丝的第一齿牙302相分离,柱身可以抽出。当需要调速螺丝往另一方向转动时,用户以柱身——其啮合部朝向与合页的功能轴的轴向相同——插入到壳体底部,拧转驱动件,使得其啮合部与调速螺丝中的第一齿牙互相啮合,再往外拉出,就可以实现调速螺丝向另一个方面转动。通过推入或抽出柱身,就可以实现调速螺丝的正向与反向转动,实现调速螺丝前后移动的可调性。
在上述实施例中,调速螺丝3的针杆部301、调速螺丝的中段以及驱动部为分体式,目的在于便于生产以及各部位可采用不同材质,使之更加耐用,提高质量。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,包括功能轴(1)、用于盛装所述功能轴(1)的壳体(2)、用于调整所述功能轴(1)内的液压油流动速度的调速螺丝(3),所述壳体(2)的一端的板材上设置有与所述功能轴(1)的轴向方向相垂直的纵向通道(201),所述壳体的同一端的侧壁上设置有与所述功能轴(1)的轴向方向相一致的横向通道(202),所述横向通道(202)与所述纵向通道(201)交错贯通,所述调速螺丝(3)的一端为呈变径状的针杆部(301),所述调速螺丝(3)的另一端为柱身设置有第一齿牙(302)的驱动部,所述调速螺丝的中段设置有与所述功能轴(1)下封盖内壁上的第一螺纹(101)相啮合的螺纹(303),所述针杆部(301)伸入所述功能轴(1)内活塞上的调速阀孔(102),所述驱动部设置在所述功能轴(1)的外部并伸入所述壳体(2)上的横向通道(202),所述纵向通道(201)用于伸入驱动件(4),所述驱动件(4)上设置有与所述第一齿牙(302)相啮合的啮合部(401)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,所述调速螺丝(3)的针杆部(301)、所述调速螺丝的中段以及所述驱动部为分体式。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,所述驱动件(4)整体为圆柱状,包括设置有凹部(402)的上端部、设置有啮合部(401)的中段柱身、所述啮合部(401)呈螺纹状。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,所述驱动件(4)的下段为直径小于所述中柱柱身直径的下段柱身,所述中段柱身与所述下段柱身之间形成台阶面(403),下段柱身用于穿过所述纵向通道(201)并露出所述壳体(2)的下底面,露出的部位装有垫片(404)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,所述横向通道((202))贯穿所述壳体(1)的同一端的侧壁。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,所述驱动件(4)整体为扁条状,包括手柄部(405)、设置有啮合部(401)的柱身,所述啮合部(401)呈齿牙状。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种暗藏合页,其特征在于,所述纵向通道(201)贯穿所述壳体(1)一端的板材,所述横向通道((202))贯穿所述壳体(1)同一端的板材。
