Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour identifier un modèle de dynamique de glucose personnalisé pour gérer le glucose d'un patient. Le procédé consiste à collecter des données de sortie de concentration de glucose du patient pendant une période. Les données d'entrée de taille des glucides et de perfusion d'insuline sont collectées à partir du patient pendant la période. Des paramètres d'un modèle de dynamique de glucose sont optimisés par résolution d'un problème d'optimisation itératif tel qu'un problème des moindres carrés non linéaire sur la base des données collectées parallèlement à l'établissement d'un temps et d'une quantité constants d'une valeur de correction. Le temps et la quantité d'une valeur de correction modifiée sont déterminés sur la base de l'exécution d'un programme quadratique entier mixte sur les données collectées parallèlement à l'établissement d'une valeur constante pour les paramètres du modèle de dynamique de glucose. Une valeur de correction finale et des paramètres optimisés finaux du modèle sont fournis sur la base de l'itération des paramètres d'optimisation et de la détermination de la valeur de correction modifiée.
